When one has a child or children it is important to continue the unity for the sake of the child; but at the same time the couple must respect each other, so that they'll be good role models for their offspring. He even said that he drafted the prenup... I don't know anyone who drafts their own prenup. That's what lawyers are for... Don't use him as a pawn.... in the end no one will come out as the winner...least of all your son. Your son has Armenian blood in him. No matter what you do, one day he may very likely be proud of his other half and make it a part of his identity. What if one day your actions backfire and he chooses to see himself as an Armenian and disowns his Greek heritage? Unfortunately, in some countries like Iran (no idea about Greece) women have to agree to certain terms and sign such paperwork before marriage. It may have clauses regarding child custody, alimony, cheating, stealing. and even set expectation of intercourse per week. I just hope his wife did not agree to or sign such docs. If she did...the gov't will strictly enforce it. They do not look kindley towards women in backward countries. Like you, I have a problem believing that she would give up her child in the case of divorce. What Armenian woman you know would make such a choice. Motherhood is as sacred to us as our heritage.
