Aper jan I do not doubt that our culture was well started before the church, but the church is what kept them alive. our values come from the church, our Armenianness. and no thats just it, it wont remain long after the church. Look at the west, that is currently losing its religion and values and is basically being invaded by alien religions and values. Europe, that has had thousands of years of history and tradition is now a multicultural hellhole that will only result in the complete extinction of European culture and give way to Eurabia... this is not crack pot doomsday theories, this is fact. If it weren't for Christianity, Armenia wouldve lost its identity long ago. Christianity is a part of being Armenian and the church is one of the only reason why our language,culture and traditions have survived this long. Islam is an alien religion, so is Buddhism, that brings about a middle eastern (or for Buddhism, Asian) lifestyle and culture that is not part of our traditions and customs. By submitting to foreign religions we lose our identity as Armenians By submitting to Islam, we basically throw away our the sacrifice our ancestors made by crossing that desert. you see, Each and every Armenian has a sacred duty, one that is greater than oneself and that is carrying the names of those who survived. It is a huge responsibility but we owe it to our ancestors to make sure they didnt die for nothing.
