I will judge....besides my mother's is the best. Made - all from fresh ingredients grown in her own garden....including the onions...and she has been making it for more years then can be counted...

I must think though - that being a Lebanese (and vicintity) thing at its heart - that those from there certainly have the edge (and we should should talk Humous while we're at it....)...anyway...

And speaking of Tabuleh....I know of something even better (OK argualbly) - along very similar lines...who here has ever even heard of Eech ...let alone ever had it....

I don't like it too dry either...ok fine to each his own...but mine taste better then yourssssssssssssssss :D

Only in your dreams. :D :D :D

Maral jan, I give up on anything and say that yours is better, with the exception of Sarma and Tabuleh. You just can't compete on those. HAHAHAH

Yeah whateverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr EXTRA :P

SASUN,where do you live????

AZAT,when the tabouleh is dry the parsley feels like it's going to get stuck in your throat...blaaaaaaaaaaaaaa tasting...

I intent on winning this competition btw

Maral jan, who said anything about being dry? When you use ripe tomatoes and enough olive oil and lemon juice why would it be dry?

Again bring it on sister. I hope you are not a sore looser. :)

Hmm... Maral I am not convinced. There is one way to find out, both you and Azat make tabuleh and send to me, I will tell who makes better :P

Oh, and whoever thinks makes better tabuleh can also send me their work :D

Sasun jan, I would not mind allowing you to be one of the judges, but I am afraid that you taste buds may just change after tasting my tabuleh that you may never want to eat any other food. I don't know if I am willing to do that to a friend in NY who can't get to LA on a moments notice for some food and may starve.

Well, I am making the tabuleh as of now. What torture was it to chop all that stuff. Azat, are you sure it was one hour to wait? It's more than that now but the weat won't get soft enough. Was I supposed to cook it or something before this?

Azat can't be a judge!!!! his one of the contestants.

I think Sev Mard should be a judge.

Alright I must test all samples of tabuleh with a khorovatz oo pilaf and some looligs on the side. After careful taste testing and conversation with my panel of jugdes( old tantignyer Barskastanits en) I will give out the trophy:
