I've heard about lots of Armenians that HATE Turks and Azeris, but I've never actually seen them.It confuses and makes me angry very much in some way.People here have never talked about a Turk loving wave among the hays, but there's such thing, the so-called FORGIVE AND FORGET.... I know an Armenian girl who wants to marry a Turk(Azeri),a guy that has a half Azeri- half Armenian girlfriend , a girl that likes only Turkish songs and culture, a guy whose best friends are all Azeris....and so on and on and on.......Makes me mad...it's too much! One day I heard an Azeri say, that Armenians are like faithful dogs, you beat them, they bark and bite but then they come back again and lick you feet....Ooooooooh,I thought i was gonna slice him into pieces right there...

Please, If anyone here can speak Arabic,what does the title of the famous song HABIBI YA NOUR EL AIN mean?I know HABIBI is "beloved"... And , please, tell me where can i get the lyrics(english fonts) thank you!

Yeah...the situation is pretty rough in Moscow. Those kids are mostly from poor towns around Moscow or they come out of low class families. The worst thing is that the police would rather pay attention to the Armenians than the skinheads. THEY CELEBRATED HITLERS BIRTHDAY! Very funny....considering what Hitler thought of Russians BTW, during the last pogrom in Moscow only 2 people died:An Azeri and an Armenian.All other (including Georgians, Afganis,etc.)were just wounded.

Dear T.Bark, Of course my theory was just my theory....lol.. But there are so many unbelievable things in the world that I wouldn't be surprised if it was true , considering the fact that it's not THAT unbelievable:) As for the Redheads in Armenia, they existed long long before the Celtic crusaders..lol...(BTW,it's a proven fact that the Celts actually come from Middle Asia),the Urartians used to worship all the people that had "Sunlike" hair.All the Kings used to dye their hair and beards RED, to be more like the pagan god Vahagn. As for the dumb "We were blondes before the Turks came" theory, I HATE IT!!!!!!!!and all the Armenians repeat it day by day, just like Hayr mer! It's like we're cripples or something!

Very true, Harut jan Actually it was the Greeks that invented the Armen- name of us.I guess they used to call lots of nations with -men ending wich means LIKE (Nman).So considering that the AR thing comes from a Uratian word for Sun(Arev)...so.... Armen actually means LIKE-the-SUN It looks very valid, considering that there were lots of redhead (Sunlike) Armenians.And this was very unusual for the Greeks, I guess. I wonder how Chinese call us?

I don't see any connection between the Ying/Yang and our Eternaty sign.BTW, they simbolize things that are totally different.The fields of Ying/Yang show the Male(light)/Female(dark)essences.The Armenian sign shows the neverending, repeting circle of life.

Have you guys ever wondered how the other nations call us?It's clear that most of use ARM/ERM type of thing, but lots of our old neighbours have other variants, that can be very different, like: Georgians:SOMEKHI Kurds:FLA I deffinitely like the Farsi one ARMANI Any other variations?
