I just "love" topics like that ..lol For me "Armenian" is no longer something that means ethnic heritage, or a unique Indo-Europian language. It's a state of a mind, heart, beliefe, call it whatever you want. I do not deny the fact that our ethnic type has changed, our language has changed, but not as much as some of you say. All those people who became a "salad", and continued to change, called themselves Armenians, they did, because there still was a "union" The modern Tatars look 80% different from what they looked like 200 years ago.So? They are still Tatars, with their language, culture, etc. Because there' s an indea that unites them and makes them a nation

Russian girls are great.Great friends and sociable companions. But in the marriage case, it's a veri complicated case.R. women are very independent.It looks like they are very family oriented, BUT, they will never tolerate the things most Armenian women do tolerate. They will never, or will hardly accept the man's leading role.I know lots of Arm.(man)- Rus.(woman) couples. It's not as rosy as it may seem.These families have lots of problems in case of accepting each other's traditions.

I will not judge anyone. But as for me it's sad, horrible, disgusting to realize our nation has to face this I agree, that there're other ways to make money, even for women, and even in todays Armenia I always think that our nation had hardships even worse than todays economic situatuon.But still women could somehow live through that.
