what's so bad about traditional roles?! Women's empowerment in America is one of the biggest reasons that people in America are crap.

Is xenophobia really a bad thing? No. We like being Armenian and staying Armenian. What's so bad about that?

We were calling ourselves 'hye' long before the emergence of Turkic tribes in Central Asia, just in case you're trying to draw some similarities or what not. It is insulting to our ancestors to deviate. Perhaps I would forgive her if she were to lie (I would eventually forgive her as my religion commands me to), and I would certainly not kill her. However, divorce would be likely. If she lied to me about something fundamental such as that that is not the best way to build a marriage, now is it?

i know what you mean, with the black/white, i sometimes wonder if the girl just made a mistake and regrets it, but still- she put herself in those circumstances. and in case anyone wondered, rape doesn't count against the girl at all (except maybe the ones who walk around flaunting it and working it, especially late at nite). any rapist should be castrated, i think that's a little harsher than death.
