Անդրանիկյանը ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարությանը հանձնարարել է պարզել «Բազալտե երգեհոն սյունաձև բազլատներ» հուշարձանի պահպանական գոտու տարածքների սահմանները, ինչպես նաև` թե ինչ վիճակում է եղել հուշարձանը մինչև 2010-ի օգոստոսը, անհայտ անձանց կողմից նշված դեպքի ընթացքում վնասվե՞լ է արդյոք հուշարձանը, էական վնաս պատճառվե՞լ է հուշարձանին, հուշարձանից պոկված և շրջակայքում թափված բազալտե սյուներ առկա՞ են, ի՞նչ արժեք են դրանք ներկայացնում, տեղափոխված քարերի հետևանքով հուշարձանին էական վնաս պատճառվե՞լ է, կազմվա՞ծ է, արդյոք, հուշարձանի նկարագրական բնութագիրը (անձնագիրը), հսկողություն իրականացվո՞ւմ է հուշարձանի տարածքում, թե՞ ոչ: ԲՆ աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Ս. Only one thing left to do to start prospering - BUILD MORE FACTORIES! Our people should do demonstrations to urge the leadership to open more factories instead of demonstrations against the leaders of our country! And the leaders need to understand that our people need more jobs so instead of importing stuff just open factories, make the stuff and them export it instead of wasting money on imports use it wisely on exports! Operation Power Outage involved nearly 1,000 officers and concentrated primarily on suspects who reside in heavily Armenian neighborhoods in Glendale and East Hollywood, but authorities said arrests and indictments also were made in other parts of the country. Citing the ongoing operation, officials did not immediately release specifics but said nearly 100 individuals had been charged in federal and state court in indictments alleging racketeering, extortion, kidnapping, drug-related offenses and white-collar fraud. Participating law enforcement agencies included the FBI, the Internal Revenue Service, U.S. Secret Service, Immigration Customs Enforcement, the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department and the Burbank, Glendale and Los Angeles police departments. [Updated at 10:14 a.m.: The U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services' Office of Inspector General also participated.] The bulk of the arrests and search warrants had been served without any major incidents. But officials stressed they continued to search for some of the suspects. Armenian Power -- AP for short -- is a small but virulent gang that took root among Armenian immigrants who arrived in Los Angeles in the late 1980s and early 1990s, authorities said. They are concentrated in Glendale and East Hollywood. Law enforcement officials described Armenian Power as having an "extensive portfolio" that combined ruthlessness with opportunism, focusing on white-collar crime that included identity theft crimes such as credit-card skimming. Some questions arise as to why exactly the task force was out of Glendale. Well, good for them. Now that the masterminds and thugs are cleared off the streets, L.A. err...the more affluent cities of Glendale, Sherman Oaks and Encino will be safer. The fact remains that there are LOTS of Armenian criminals throughout the world, in the U.S, and most are concentrated in Los Angeles. I hope they all get caught. And I no longer mind the headlines. It is what it is. And what about our community "leaders"? Those who bark on TV one live show after the other? They don't give a damn about the state of the Armenian communities.
