UN resolution A/RES/62/243

From the baboons/silly resolution:

He noted that, in 1918, Azerbaijan had proclaimed independence and, guided by the principle of good-neighbourliness, handed over the Azerbaijani Iravan ( Yerevan) Province of the Republic of Armenia. Nevertheless, the newly established Armenian Government had raised claims to other territories, including Nagorny Artsax, over which the Armenian Assembly had formally accepted Azerbaijani rule in 1919.

What a pathetic joke.

History is 180 degrees opposite of the truth for the Turks. They project their non-existence on the Armenians. Hardly a year old, the Frankenstein monster that was ejected from the decomposing womb of the Turco-Bolshevik wolves after the bestial copulation between these two, laid claims on 60,000 square km of the 72,000 square km Armenian Republic of the day. Armenians have NEVER accepted fake "Azerbaijani" rule over Artsakh EVER, not in the entire loooong history of 90 years miserable existence of this artificially counterfeited nonentity.

They fabricate history that in the era when they were slaughtering tens of thousands of Armenians of Baku and Shushi “Azerbaijan” offered the “Azeri” khanate of Erivan (!) to Armenians in 1918, while the Armenian king Argishti I founded the Erebuni fortress where the name Yerevan comes from, in 782 BC, 27 centuries before the counterfeiting of fake “Azerbaijan” on Armenian territory, around two thousand years before the ill day the hoofs of the Turks desecrated the civilized lands west of the Caspian.

Just an FYI that we have recorded another defeat in the Artsakh issue. The UN passed a resolution condemning Armenia and demanding the recognition of territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.

You can read the resolution here:

http://daccessdds.un.org/doc/UNDOC/LTD/N08...pdf?OpenElement

The UN news item here:

http://www.un.org/News/Press/docs//2008/ga10693.doc.htm

And this is while the Foreign Minister has abandoned his job and keeps sticking his nose where it doesn't belong - the internal affairs of the country.

Don't worry, Nazarian. Your avatar shows you are a hamagir of Dashnaktsutiun. A Dashnak or a hamagir should not be shaken by this sort of worthless Jewnited "Nations" pieces of pissed-on paper.

The artificially fabricated fictitious state of bogus “Azerbaijan”, fraudulently counterfeited on Armenian territory in 1918 for pan-Turkist purposes, stealing its name from the northwest region in Iran, real Azarbaijan (Atrpatakan), has no integrity whatsoever let alone territorial integrity.

Azerbaboon “integrity”:

From the 1920 document, League of Nations Memorandum on the Application for the Admission of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the League of Nations regarding “The Transcaucasian territory in which the Republic of Azerbaijan has arisen…” with “its population according to the last Russian statistics, is estimated at 4.615.000 inhabitants, including 3.482.000 Musulman Tartars (not a single “Azeri” H.), 795.000 Armenians, 26.580 Georgians and scattered minorities of Russians, Germans and Jews ...occupying a superficial area of 40.000 square miles, appears to have never formerly constituted a State, but has always been included in larger groups such as the Mongol or Persian and since 1813 the Russian Empire. The name Azerbaijan which has been chosen for the new Republic is also that of the neighbouring Persian province.”

From League of Nations Journal N17 of the First Assembly (Geneva 1920, Page 139) “The Committee decided that ...it was difficult to ascertain the exact limits of the territory within which the Government of Azerbaijan exercised its authority. Frontier disputes with the neighbouring States did not permit of an exact definition of the boundaries of Azerbaijan. The Committee decided that the provisions of the Covenant did not allow of the admission of Azerbaijan to the League under present circumstances”. (All emphases are mine. H.)

Let them show ONE document that shows Artsakh and Nakhijevan are legally parts of fake “Azerbaijan”, then let them have Artsakh. (Edited)

I understand why Russia and France did not vote for it, but how come US didn't vote for it too? Isn't their ultimate goal to see NK in Turkish hands, which will suite their agenda in the region?

I am also suprised that Georgia took the Azeri side, although it has back stabbed us before, so not surprise there.

I would love to see Armenia pushing for NK recognition soon. In saying that I do realize that the war would be inevitable then, but perhaps Armenia can start talks towards recognition to scare the hell out of Azeris, even if Armenia won't be pushing for an actual recognition just now.

France, along with Russia and the United Slaves of Israel voted against, because they provide the gang of clowns known as the OSCE Minsk Group jesters. The resolution goes against the wishes of this pack of fools that's trying to prevent war to keep the Baku-Israel pipeline out of danger (Edited).

Let's go Baboons!!! Worsen relations, come on!

--------------------

Azerbaijan warns France, Russia, US over UN vote: report

They won't dare. They're just howling and sniveling. The sub-species of Turkic Inhuman Civilization-deficiency Viruses is just mimicking their progenitors when they retort against any state that recognizes the Armenian Genocide, yet they do not bite. They cannot do shit to any of those states because the most worthless garbage ever to have leaked the trashcan of the universe, the "Azeri" Turk is too little for that.

Don't forget that fake "Azerbaijan" is also a landlocked "country" Caspian being a mere lake, albeit the largest on Earth. Don't forget that occupied Nakhijevan is even more landlocked and half of the vermin infesting it has already left according to their own statistics.

It's a defeat from Armenia's part. Ukraine has discredited itself and unless it explain itself to Armenia, Armenia should boycott any mediation which Ukraine take part in.

During WWII, General Sarkiss Martirossian played the key role in the liberation of Kiev, the capital of "Christian" Ukraine.

After the George Soros Judaic "colorful" revolution Ukraine became Jewkraine and presently it is the major provider of arms to fake "Azerbaijan", selling them countless tanks, rockets and originally Armenian designed MiGs, of which Armenia itself does not own any.

Dom this is where everyone has been wrong, we have more to offer!!! oil can be offered by many great nations... what we offer cannot be offered by any other nation!!!

There you go! You all are forcing me to bring my "Vaseline" analogy out of the closet and the hyeforum mods will yet again rebuke me. Damn!

The few drops of "Azeri" oil will dry up in a decade or two. (Edited)

BTC is nothing but a PR stunt to show that Turds are important, while they are garbage. Without the Kazakhstani oil coming to the aid to strengthen the push, the oil is unable to climb the Georgian mountains and will not cum out the other side. Impotent pipeline...

So be it then!

That only goes to show you that no one is interested in a new Artsax war, and if Azerbaijan even attempts to start something, it will not get any support from the West.

Again, I think we are in a win win situation here because it is to our benefit to have the de fact status of Karabkh for as long as we can, while building the infrustructure and improving the livig conditions there whether it's through the Diaspora or by the government.

Another way that we might gain is if Artsax starts the negotiations over its independence. This will mean for sure that the Azeris won't be sitting on their butts while Artsax is trying to get recognition. If Azeris decide to fight, they will be pressured by the oil companies to not destabilize the region and either Azerbaijan has to stop the aggression for the sake of the oil $$$ (while Artsax is in the process of getting recognition) and keep the oil companies in the country, or it will not listen to them and intensify the conflict, which will only jeapardize the oil pipeline which I heard is not too far away from where the Armenian army is located, and it will also jeaoardize its $$$$ from the oil companies, since which oil company would want to see the pipeline get blown up?

Dear Hellector,

This is the last time I'm editing your posts, if you continue using foul language your whole post will be made invisible. What you are doing is against Hyeforum rules that we all abide by. I expect you to abide by it as well, and please don't give me any explanations as to why you do it, in my opinion there is no excuse for it.

Thanks Yervant

That's exactly right. I'll just add to this that if the OSCE co-jesters would vote for the resolution, something that's close to their heart, despite all the double standards this one would reek sooooo blatantly that it would discredit their "mediation" efforts.

In reality the humiliating pissed-on piece of peace paper, even for a losing side, prepare by the OSCE jerkoffs that Oskanian always claims as fair, is nothing but what this resolution says and I paste from my megafile once again:

These are more or less the contents of the OSCE plan, "leaked" out of Bryza’s loud muzzle:

I. Armenian forces should evacuate and cede the liberated, historically Armenian land to the losers.

(Not a single word about northern Artsakh territories: Shahoomian, Getashen, nor Artzvashen from RoA proper. What about Nakhijevan? What about 90% of Armenian territory occupied by the Turks?)

II. "Azeri" "refugees" should return to "their" homes.

(When do the Armenians have to go back to their homeland? 93 years of exile are not enough? What's the hurry for the "Azeri" garbage?

Bringing one million "Azeri" vermin "back" into Armenia to kill us in our sleep, when they don't even have mercy for our dead is unthinkable.

Since when were there more than a couple 100,000 "Azeris" in Armenia?

Why doesn't the "Azeri" government house them in 120,000 Armenian usurped homes instead of whining like hyenas, parading their "refugees" in front of the world?

Not a single word about the 400,000 to half a million Armenians who had to escape as a result of genocide.)

III."Peace" keepers deployed in Artsakh.

(Why not peacekeepers in the "Azeri" side where peace is not kept?

The moment these Blue Helmet immoral hooligans are unleashed in Artsakh, expect all sorts of child molesting and rape scandals. They'll turn the region into a whorehouse and their ill treatment of locals is well known.)

IV. After 10 to 15 years (when the "Azeri" parasite will have bred like rats and will have multiplied tenfold), people of Artsakh will hold a referendum to decide Artsakh's future.

(The last point is considered a "compromise" from the sore loser "Azeri" side that insists the referendum be held all over fake "Azerbaijan". Give us a break!)

Dear Yervant1,

This is the last time I'm posting in a discussion thread. I am not and have not been offering any excuses. I have my own style of writing and I believe the users are mature enough to understand what I'm saying. Liking or disliking somebody's tone is a matter of taste.

I'll be posting facts about fake "Azerbaijan" sometime in the future but I'm sick of your lack of sense of humor. Or maybe you are just like the creature in your avatar?

Thanks for nothing,

As long as Armenia has Vanuatu on its side, no harm can be done.

I believe the people of this island nation are descendants of ancient Armenia...thus "Van-Urartu"

Hahaha, priceless. I was most surprised when reading about the countries voting against the resolution:

"The US...um hmm...Russia...um hmm....France....India....Holy Crap! Vanatau??!!"

The Azeris better reconsider their threats to renew the Artsax conflict, lest they invoke the wrath of the mighty Vanuatu, descendants of the kings of Nairi :)

I had to look its location up, to be honest.

But seriously I think the representative of Vanuatu had a little too much to drink the day before and pressed the wrong button. Or maybe it wasn't a mistake at all, maybe it was the Armenian delegation that got him drunk on TTi oghi. And he was feeling the Axper love :)

Azerbaijan urged OSCE Secretariat to dismiss Minsk Group

19.03.2008 19:18 GMT+04:00 Print version Send to mail In Russian In Armenian

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Azerbaijan urged the OSCE Secretariat to dismiss the Minsk Group, Armenia’s Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian told the parliament today.

“The information is not made public yet but Armenia is aware of Azerbaijan’s plans,” he said. “Azerbaijan has been for a long time trying to crack the OSCE MG format and transfer the Artsax issue to the UN.”

“During two years, this country did not dare to put the resolution on vote. But the fear that Kosovo’s independence can set a precedent forced Azerbaijan to agree to defeatist result with 39 ‘in favor’, 7 ‘against’ and 150 abstentions,” the Minister said, IA Regnum reports.

Azerbaijan ‘Seeking To Dissolve OSCE Minsk Group’

http://www.armenialiberty.org/armeniarepor...8601CDBE24C.ASP

Azerbaijan is pressing the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe to dissolve its so-called Minsk Group that has long been spearheading international efforts to resolve the Nagorno-Artsax conflict, Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian said on Friday.

“They are trying to start, through the OSCE Secretariat, a process of the dissolution of the Minsk Group,” Oskanian told lawmakers in Yerevan. “They have officially appealed [to the Secretariat.]”

The group, co-chaired by France, Russia and the United States, was set up in 1992 and has been trying to broke a compromise solution to the Artsax dispute. Azerbaijani has repeatedly criticized the three nations for their reluctance to restore its control over the disputed enclave but has stopped short of seeking a major change in the format of Armenian-Azerbaijani peace talks until now.

Still, official Baku threatened to review its relations with the mediating powers after they voted last Friday against a UN General Assembly resolution that upheld Azerbaijani sovereignty over Artsax and demanded an “immediate, complete and unconditional withdrawal of Armenian forces” from occupied Azerbaijani lands. "The UN resolution is a serious message to Armenia and a warning for the co-chairs," Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov said at the weekend. "We will cooperate with them on the basis of their position in the UN General Assembly."

For his part, Vilayat Guliev, a former Azerbaijani foreign minister who currently serves as his country’s ambassador to Poland, said on Wednesday that the existence of the Minsk Group has become “useless” and accused its co-chairs of favoring the Armenian side. “The recent vote in the UN on the resolution presented by Azerbaijan once again showed their strange neutrality,” he told the Day.az news service. “It appears that the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group are more interested in the conflict’s continuation than its fair resolution.”

The Azerbaijani criticism may deal a further blow to the mediators’ hopes for the signing of an Armenian-Azerbaijani framework peace accord on Artsax that was formally put forward by them last November. Diplomats involved in the talks said earlier this year that the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan have agreed on the key points of that accord.

Aper, Russia and U.S. seems finally have reached an agreement about the Artsak issue. It's azerbaijan that keeps bringing these people down. I don't know how many more proposlas OSCE-MG need to come forward with. one might argue that without having a support aliyev junior could never take these many risks, but I'm sure at the end he's gonna pay dearly. Sra vra xabar chka iran chagacnum en vor heto morten. The fool lost the touch with the reality.
