  9. It's a shame you don't have more information on him. It's possible, judging from the period he was in NY, that he may have been a recent immigrant having survived the Genocide. This is of course, just conjecture, nevertheless, the story could be quite compelling....
  10. In that case you must listen to Smetana's The Moldau
  11. I'm not a musician, nor a music history buff, but I've always associated Bach with church music; particularly his chorale works and those featuring an organ, but less so for his compositions for solo guitar (Lautenmusik). I don't think you can ignore the "spiritual" feel his music imparts, not surprising as I believe most of his work was commissioned for the church. One of his Canatas, (Christmas Oratorio) is a staple at Christmas time, and although I enjoy listening to it, I find it extremely long so I listen in doses The Brandenburg concertos are also amongst my favourites. Hey Sasun, nice to see you back. BTW - is there something wrong with this poll? I see "six" people have voted but I only see my vote in the graphic results. Hmmmmm.
  12. You may also want to try THIS RECIPE for "garan mis", or lamb. Happy tasting
  13. You guys are both probably right - the inference I made with respect to "our robert" was to Kim Kardashian's late father.
  14. Yessir But i think it's more of a bean than a bagel.
  15. Both St-Viateur & Fairmount are East-West streets, parallel to Jean-Talon, but further south. It's an on-going battle, but the bagel eating townsfolk fall into two categories: Those who love Fairmount, and those whose allegiances lie with St-Viateur. Fairmount Bagel St-Viateur Bagel If you're thinking of a place very close to Jean-Talon, than it's probably one of the bakeries near the Market - and they just don't compare Speaking of bagels, anyone guess where this is?

    Car

Even with the smaller engine (the 2.0 Turbo), it's very nice. Of course, if you just wanted to blow a was of cash, you could look at the RS4
  17. It wasn't. It looks like one of the mods moved it HERE. It's always a good idea to check if a topic exists before creating a new thread. Helps keep the forum more organized.
  18. Um - I was referring the Yervant's orginal castle picture And Anahid, I think you mean Fairmount bagel, or St-Viateur? I don't know of any famous bagels on Van Horne.
  19. I think I've been there. Casa Loma? It's a pretty strange angle, and I can't tell in this photo the colour of the spires (I think Casa Loma has red-ish spires.)

    Car

Back to the topic at hand - helping Azat choose his car I know it's a step "down" from the A4, but have you considered the A3? I think it looks great, it's luxourious and the performance is hard to beat in it's class. Also worth considering is the B200. That it, if you like that "hatchback" kind of look....
