Victims Of Intimidation : Turkish Government And Denial Campaign
phantom22 replied to Aratta-Kingdom's topic in Genocide
ArmoArmeN, You are continually posting articles that I have already posted here. Either you do not realize that they have already been posted in this Forum, or this is being done by you to NEGATE my existence here. Perhaps you don't like the fact that I am open about my ambivalent sexuality or perhaps you are annoyed by my digging deeply into our past. After 200 years of Europeanizaton, what Armenian would be confortable with the truths about our mixed genetic background? Yes, we are primarily Caucasian (white) and Indo-European but those Hindu, Semitic (Assyrian and Hebrew) and East Asian (Chinese and Mongol) recessive genes frequently show their face. I can tell you EXACTLY in what provinces of historic Armenia these alien elements resided, when they had arived on our shores (mountain districts) and approximately when they lost themselves into the Armenian genepool and culture. -
The Turkish government is spending millions on that slime-ball Livingston and the likes of him to desperately try to stop the Genocide bill from proceeding. They want to stop a process that could lead to certain families in Turkey having to return even "one red cent" of the assets of Armenians and others that were stolen.

Who needs the hospitable? Why partake of the cheese boormas, paklavas, buttery pilaf, shakarashhee, chee kufas and other rich foods that put my Dad in a nearly grave? He was a mess with advanced heart disease, gout, age-onset diabetes, etc. etc. thanks to the gracious hospitality of the women in our Armenian family.

No Zartonk, you are a VERY thoughtful person who speaks softly and "carries a big stick." You are not a loud-mouth at all. Unfortunately, the Turk Neko's characterization fits some other Hye Forum members to a "T."
-
Yes Z'areh, you are right on target! Sarafian is being lured into a trap. You see the Turks need something fast to deter the Genocide Resolution in the US Congress. Here, they will say, is proof that we are discussing this issue. Thusly, a Genocide Resolution is not necessary.
-
UNBELIEVABLE!! This after the assasination of Hrant Dink?!! Send this article to your Congressperson, pronto!
-
Turks, on the other hand, are unabashed liars, schemers, robbers, brutal killers and bullies. The faults of some Armeninas do not match the massive negative traits of the predominant Turkish psyche. For every compassionate Turk there are nine who are pure vicious animals.

This hit piece came right out of the Turkish Embassy.

The restoration work at Aghtamar was not conducted in a professional manner and Armenian architectural motifs were obliterated. We should expect the same for the "Turkish" churches at Ani. Is there more of an oxymoron than a "Turkish Church." The few Turks who have converted to cChrisitanity fear every day for their lives!
-
ANC Canada should immediately call for a thorough investigation of this affront. Those responsible should be fired and all responsible should be exposed. We should make sure that any who try this kind of BS in the future will be held accountable. We are no longer sheep. We do not live under the Turkish or Soviet yoke. Don't tread on us!

The author of this article, Scott Sullivan, is a typical wing-nut American conservative with NO vision. His brian power is equal to the mental midget placed in the White House by the Christian religious conservatives in cahoots with conservative Jewish neo-cons.

I don't think that anything less than an outright invasion of Iran by the US will stop the Resolution. Bush is greatly weakened and is battling with the Democratic leadership. His administration is on EXTREMELY shaky ground. Speaker Pelosi at any moment may have a change of heart and allow impeachment discussion to commence. An independent Kurdistan on present northern Iraqi territory is also in US interests. It will become a US base of operations and a source of oil too.

Top Ten List Of Phantom On Valentine's Day
phantom22 replied to Yervant1's topic in Love and Romance
Thanks Extra-Hye for mentioning that they are all ganging up on me. I want Armenia to be the greatest nation on Earth. I want persons of all background to be in awe of the Armenian people and Armenian nation. I want millions of private foundation dollars to pour into tiny Armenia because its scientists are so far ahead of the rest of the world. I want Armenians to be the healthiest person on Earth. I am not bragging but proseltyzing, how an old man can slow down the aging process naturally without Anna Aslan's formula or any other unnatural means. Please try to understand my motives when I skewer all of you. -

Columbus, Galilieo, DaVinci and Edison were also judged insane at one time. No the "22" in my moniker has nothing to do with "60" or "38." Just coincidence. -

Hey Anahid, Can we call your list ways of "INSULTING ARMENIANNESS?" You forgot the French and Germans who mixed with us under the Armenian Kingdom in Giligia and the occasional intermixing with Scandinavian merchants in times past. -

Sorry Yervant and Forum, but I have a woman 22 years younger than me chasing me!! ..and she is not a mental health employee. -
Their "dike" is disintegrating and these Turks on are in an alert mode. Soon the "tsunami" that they were predicting will hit with FULL FORCE!!
-
Fadi, I just want to say that you are a national treasure for your scholarly research into the facts of Khojaly. The Azeris accusations are a canard.
-
Mosjan, You are an Eastern Armenian UNLESS your parents came from Western Armenia. Your children are Amerika-Hyes, not Eastern or Western.
-
Arpa, You have it backwards. There is probably very little Armenian blood among the Chinese. The only closely related documentation is that the Nestorian Christians who settled in China later assimilated into the Chinese genepool. The only documentation of anyone close to Armenian becoming Jews is when the nobles of the Kingdom of Adiabene converted to Judaism. A large part of Anatolian Turks are full or part converted Armenians. No Arpa, the MARTIANS as well as the other peoples whom you listed are not Armenian either despite the IAN at the end of their name. Of all the other peoples on earth, the nation other than Armenia or Turks with the most Armenian blood is the Poles, who assimilated many Armenians. Keep laughing Arpa, but it is documented that the Mamikonians brought a large group of loyalists with the when they arrived in Taron. If they were Chinese as stated by the ancient historians (a number of them) then we have Cinese blood in us. Any Armenian scholar knows that Tigran Metz brought thousands of Jews to Tigranakert and Van City. One of them, Smbat, was a progenitor of the Bagratuni royal house.

I had not seen the article for many years and FORGOT the exact particulars. My brain is human and not a computer. I have stated many positive things about Armenians in this Forum. We are not 100% PERFECT. Without self-reflection no nation improves. Centuries of abuse by the Turks has made us sensitive to any kind of constructive criticism. I am only proud of our POSITIVE attributes, not our negative ones. The same goes for myself individually. As for your assertion that I am not Armenian, I may not be Arpa's or Skhara's type of Armenian but I am nevertheless approximately 7/8 Armenian by blood, if NOT by perception.
-
OK Mosjan, Here is the whole article on-line. http://www.johnseed.com/atm/ You have too keep hitting "continued" to see the passage that he was in love with a "Belinda."

http://www.askart.com/AskART/artists/bulle...p;artist=103734 Mr. John Seed sent me his article that he published after he did extensive research on Arman Tateos Manookian. Unfortunately that article disappeared when my hard drive blew Labor Day 2004. Mr. Seed will be glad to send you the article and the information he has. E-mail him at john @johnseed.com. His article appeared in the November 2001 edition of Honolulu Magazine.

Sorry Sip, she was not my type. I go for the Audrey Hepburn type. Yet, I am sure we had mutual acquaintances! You see, one of the great loves of my life was a very hot female executive for Larry Flynt's magazine Hustler. You could not imagine the heat of that relationship!
