Hey Domino - I thought you were going to show us that you didn't need to know anything about football to win this game etc etc...seems your not doing too well - and you really have been at best an absentee owner - sad...if you really had any intention of participating - do so - and don't ruin it for the rest of us...

Fantasy football is a retarded game... should not be the victories that count, but the maximum points, because the counts are based on the points marked by players of different teams. The idea is stupid.

BTW, Vava and Jug, just tell me which player you want. :)

Edit Note: Domino watch your language

Well Domino - obviously a great many people see it much differently then you do...yeah forst Football itself sucks (and such) - and now fanatsy football is "retarded" - lol - yeah right...anyway FYI - there are some fanatsy games (varients) based on total points and I'm also in a money league where the high points for each week as well as at seasons end win $. However - bottom line - the head to head format of one team vs another is most exciting - and while there may be some disapointments - where your team might score high and still get beat - in the end - of your team is really good and its not an abberation - you should do well in the end. Likewise - some teams may not score so high on average - but have the benefit of matchups where the opponent scores less - well - they win! Just how it is.

If you just offer up players to my opponents etc - I'll have you know that this babyish behavior on your part will not be forgotten or forgiven. Additionally trades can be blocked - sucker - and I (and the other players who are serious and don't want you to ruin our game) will make that they don't go through. Besides you only have about one good player that anyone would want anyway...

And if you persist on calling me stupid or retarded or such you can expect the same back from. Your really showing your extreme immaturity here in a great many ways - and it doesn't look good.

Well that game certainly SUCKED. What a waste of a monday night ... I wish I hadn't watched the packer game ... I was hoping Favre would light things up at the end kinda like how Manning did it last year against the Bucs with the 3 TD's in the 4th Quarter with 4 minutes left ... but no such luck :(

Azat, at least you weren't there for this game ... most points ever allowed in Lambow field

Dude, whats up with the PAC? :(

Maden must have said for like 50 times ... the "lambeau mystique" seems to be gone icon8.gif

Everything went wrong tonight .. but if you look at Favre's numbers, he had like over 300 yards passing ... well, ignoring his interceptions.

Favre seems to have lost his heart.

I don't know if Favre is to blame though ... he's still a hell of a QB. But they were saying his brother in law died on Wed in a quad accident on his property. And he had the concussion last week ... and he's old ... I really hope it's some sort of temporary slump because I think they have a great team.

It's just that Favre has to stop throwing interceptions and green has to stop fumbling at the worst possible time!

HAHA ... what are the odds ... I lose badly this week yet still move into 1st place? This is all assuming Holt doesn't score over 20 or so points because it looks like Extra has put away caltech. Edited by Seapahn

Holt came close - 18 points. How are *you* in first?? I totalled you this week. (my proudest moment - with my top scorer on bye, go figure) Anyway - not too keen on my team, still I figure I may be middle of the pack by the end of the season. Watch out for Domino though - his team has loads of potential - and I think he just knocked off Thoth

But sir, I am humbled this week  :notworthy:

Now I don't feel so bad (you being in 1st, that is...) I still uphold that your system (no fractional points + short bench) has been unduly harsh on me... but we'll firgure that out for next season.

Yah I could have sworn I had enabled fractional points. But then when the league started, it wasn't set and I realized like in 3rd week ... I know my bro saro lost a very close game because of that. But I guess I can't (or shouldn't change) now just to be fair to everyone.

Edit: unless if I change it it's going to go back and recalculate all the points? I doubt it.

  • 3 weeks later...

steamroller huh? You've had a good week Juggs, and with all your expeimenting with your lineup, it was bound to pay off a bit. Points wise, this league is very evenly matched, so you never know who's gonna win on a given week. Poor Thoth had it particularly bad this week.... bound to happen.

I've got some tough matchups and my top scorer (+ 3 players) on bye... so it won't be easy... but I look forward to a good performance next week.

Lets not start complaining now vava, if you hadnt noticed my 1st RB and 1st WR are on the same team as Plummer :boxing:

As for THOTH, like I had said his is a two man team - he scored poorly this week because neither player performed.

....and btw I would have traded Pitman for a solid 2nd WR before this week :D - I would have traded him to Winston for Smith (the reciever he dropped)
