With the team I have now its highly unlikelly I will ever make it to the playoffs, let alone win the thing. It really looks like all the luck I had last season has turned into 'unluck' this time round: +last pick in draft +1st reciever injured for 2 months +1st back turning out a flop +start QB not performing and now also injred ...the three losses dont phase me as much as the fact that there is now no way I can score points. Its no excuse...and injuries ghappen - deal with it. I've had plenty of teams with major injuries - much worse then you have suffered - and you pick up guys on wiaver and find guys to perform. Additionally the way this league is set up there is a very small bench. in the upcomming bye weeks peole are going to be forced to drop good players...you pick them up....if your team has the worst record you get first dibs...so don't give up now...sure last year was a fluke - (and I told you your team sucked this year...) but look at you - don't be a wimp - see what your made of. Porter and Givens had average games, Staley did quite well, and Carolina got blown out. So it's a bad week. Sip's team scored a few more TDs that's all... Accelerated Posted October 4, 2004 Report Share Posted October 4, 2004 Lelie's a dud he's like my only WR that has scored a TD (last week) You never should have drafted Griffin so early, so that's just your fault I had last pick, all the top RB were gone so I had to take a gamble knowing that Portis did pretty well for Denver last season and I saw Griffin play well in the last regular season game also. Staley did quite well yeah if you dont factor his 2 fumbles and the fact that it seems like Bettis is gonna vulture all his TDs  Sip's team scored a few more TDs that's all... he only scorred 1 (I think), but I did the math and I still loose.
