Friends With Privelages

Hey Anon,

These are the best kind of relationships. You got friendship and "priviledges" without the drama and pressures of "committment" (usually).

But these relationships are harder to find for a guy as you get older because most girls want friendship and "priviledges" within the context of a comitted, long term, serious, monogamous relationship.

Good luck

What the hell is this thread? :o

Ok rat I have one for you, she's a bit shy but I think she qualifies.

As you can see she has all the assets you look for in a woman, not very opinionated, not much in the attic and willing and able.

And look she even has a car! I wish you both good luck in the equal exchange! Cheers!

Papi papi, papi chulo...! :P

I don't think it would have the same effect in Armenian though...

hairik, oh hairik jan

It just doesn't really flow...

Hokis, sirelis, knkush, kaxtres, sirtes -> How cool do these terms of endearment sound? My most hated word is "Baby" it's like a screeching sound to my ears. And I am not much into those goo goo ga ga words, but in Armenian and French I would have to make an exception, they just sound so delicious.

Sevulik jan, it's only ouch if you allow it to become a personal issue, as long as there is a mutual understanding it's sort of like tongue in cheek. :P :sweatdrop:

Oh it's all love, you were referring to mousy anyway..hehe

I do agree the armenian terms are much more nice on the ears. I use with prudence of course and with respect, but I'm learning the language and those words are always fun to surprise my girl with and make her smile.

hokis, mat ari 'estegh

that always makes her smile!

There is nothing cooler than an otar guy speaking Armenian, I find that so amusing. Although I have never encountered one that knew Armenian prior to our meeting. There is something really warm about Armenian language, especially when it comes from a mother. I used to love being sick and my mom sitting by my side on the bed, caressing my burning forehead and with those tender Armenian eyes, she would explain with such concern "Vay koranam yes, evulyok!". Yep, those were the days, now it's more like "Don't forget to buy medicine, and try to cook something for yourself." :(

I said "ani, ouch" because I read that you said to Mouse, that you'd apply your foot to his ass..haha, that was my angle. I think we got out signals crossed.

As for hayaren, i'm a big fan of languages. Ever since I was young, was always fascinated by other ppl making sounds that I didn't know. Armenian is deep, and has a lot of feeling and is like a song. Nice on the ears

you guys remeber that song??

"...mami ven aqui, i wanna be your papi chulo can't you see....spanish harlem... long hair, the kind you wanna marry and take away..." (or something close to it anyways)

SEV MARD JAN!!! you are hillarious!!! love your sense of wit!! :P

on a more serious note: i think this is THE WORST deal for a girl...i don't care "what kind of girl either"!! it disrespects women in general...basically saying that your thoughts and emotions don't count...so shut up and satisfy me!! "friends"??? that's not EVEN the definition of friendship!! a friend is someone who will be there...the guys might as well be called 'skid marks'... <_<

however, if a girl is dumb enough or insecure enough to be put in that situation, then she doesn't have my sympathy either!!--volunteering to be a 'victim' or stupid does not win sympathy!!

here's an idea for guys: go out with your hand...ohhhh, the one who knows YOU soooo well and won't cost you a dime either!!

Well I got caught up in the papi chulo joke and didn't even reply to the post title itself. I don't think this can really last and I seen all kinds of people try it. When I've been close it's always been a close friend that you kind of love but also want and then dealing with whether or not to even start that. I've never had a straight up "sex friend" as they call it in Japan. That's going to be trouble regardless.

But i agree with you bruin, yet at the same time nowadays many girls are opting for this type of "relationship" of their own free will. I usually see it as guys getting over, but i'm meeting more and more girls are who are about 'getting theirs' and not being attached to guys. :(
