I hurt my lower back today severely today diving in a shallow area and hitting the bottom hard and my feet were numb for few minutes. now all is fine but the severe back pain. I used to get coffee from a Coffee Bean location in the same shopping plaza wherein some Armenian tour group meets. I was always happy to see them on-the-go and active and enjoying the latter years of their lives (I believe most had much more difficult and unhappy lives than mine or that of my generation), yet I couldn't help thinking that my generation will more than likely have to work through their latter years to support selves.
