What is it called? I can't find anything about it online. This is something that has been tested throughout the centuries by ancient Greeks and Armenians. As to tattoos - if you have one or two (God forbid more than that:)) and if you decide to remove them for some reason, please consult an expert, because what can be uglier than a tattoo is the unsuccessful attempt to remove one.
