My Personal Nkr Resolution

De Niro

Recommended Posts

I would like everyone's feedback to this. I put this together by some research I made regarding the rumored "package" resolution incorporated with some ideas of my own.

1. ALL TURKISH AND AZERI BORDERS, COMMUNICATIONS, ROADS, AND BLOCKADES WITH ARMENIA ARE RESTORED IMMEDIATELY.

2. ARMENIA, TURKEY, AND AZERIES SIGN A CONTRACT THAT WILL GUARENTEE NEITHER PARTY WILL PROMOTE OR DECLARE WAR ON THE OTHER. ALL WAR RHEROTIC BY AZERIES AND ARMENIANS FROM GOVERMENT OFFICIALS AND MEDIA WILL IMMEDIATELY CEASE. THERE WILL BE A COURT FINE OF UP TO $1,500 FOR ANYONE WHO PROMOTES WAR OR HOSTILITY TOWARDS THE OTHER THROUGH THE PUBLIC/MEDIA.

3. NKR REMAINS STATUS QUOTE, UNRECOGNIZED INTERNATIONALLY AND UNRECOGNIZED EVEN BY ARMENIA. NKR WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE THEIR OWN MILITARY DEFENSE, THEIR OWN FLAG, COAT-OF-ARMS, AND PARLIMENT.

4. ALL HISTORICAL CULTURAL MONUMENTS FROM EACH SIDE WILL BE RESPECTED. AZERBAIJAN WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBILE FOR DESTRUCTION OF JUFA CEMENTARY AND PAY AN UNDISCLOSED FINANCIAL FINE TO THE CULTURAL MINISTRY OF ARMENIA BASED ON A COMPLETION OF JOINT INVESTIGATION DETERMINING THE EXTEND OF DAMAGE.

5. THERE WILL BE NO MENTION OF ARMENIAN GENOCIDE ISSUES DURING ANY OF THESE AGREEMENTS AND DOCUMENTS.

6. THE UNITED STATES, RUSSIA, FRANCE, TURKEY, AND AZERIES WILL SIGN AN AGREEMENT RECOGNIZING ARMENIA AS THE GUARANTOR OF NKR'S SECURITY/SAFETY.

7. RUSSIA WILL SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH ARMENIA STATING THAT AN ATTACK AGAINST ARMENIA OR NKR BY TURKEY OR AZERBAIJAN IS AN ATTACK AGAINST RUSSIA. ARMENIA, IN RETURN, WILL CONTINUE TO HOST RUSSIAN MILITARY BASES, COOPERATE WITH RUSSIA IN ALL SPHERES, AND CONTINUE TO PROMOTE RUSSIAN-ARMENIAN RELATIONS ON A STRATEGIC LEVEL.

8. TURKEY WILL SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH AZERBAIJAN STATING THAT AN ATTACK AGAINST AZERBAIJAN BY ARMENIA OR NKR IS AN ATTACK AGAINST TURKEY. AZERBAIJAN, IN RETURN, WILL CONTINUE TO COOPERATE WITH TURKEY IN ALL SPHERES AND CONTINUE TO PROMOTE TURKISH-AZERI RELATIONS ON A STRATEGIC LEVEL.

9. SIX MONTH AFTER SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT, ARMENIANS WITHDRAW FROM FUZULI, AGDAM, CABRAYIL DISTRICTS. ALL AZERI REFUGEES WHO WISH TO MOVE TO THESE LIBERATED TERRITORIES ARE FREE TO DO SO. ARMENIANS SIGN A CONTRACT THAT STATES THEY WILL FULLY COOPERATE AND RESPECT THE SECURITY OF THOSE AZERIES WHO WISH TO MOVE BACK TO THESE TERRITORIES.

10. PEACE KEEPERS FROM RUSSIA, FRANCE, AND GREECE ARE DEPLOYED AT THE SAME TIME ARMENIANS LEAVE THE AREAS. UNITED STATES IS NOT PART OF THE DEPLOYMENT DUE TO ITS TENSE RELATIONS WITH NEIGHBOR IRAN. IRAN'S WISH IS CONSIDERED AND WILL NOT BE AGAINST RUSSIAN, FRENCH, AND GREEK DEPLOYMENT. RUSSIA, FRANCE, AND GREECE WILL ENSURE THAT IRAN'S INTERESTS WILL NOT BE VIOLATED DURING THIS MISSION.

11. BOTH STATES WILL RECEIVE A LARGE SUM OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL AID (TO BE NEGOTIATED WITH THE DONORS) TO REBUILD INFRASTRUCTURE IN AND AROUND NKR.

12. SIX MONTHS AFTER THE LIBERATION OF ABOVE TERRITORIES, THE ARMENIANS WILL WITHDRAW FROM ZANGILAN AND QUABADLI DISTRICTS. ONCE AGAIN, ALL AZERI REFUGEES WILL BE ALLOWED TO VOLUNTARILY MOVE BACK TO THEIR HOMES IN THESE AREAS. ARMENIANS WILL CONTINUE TO COOPERATE WITH THIS PROCESS AND ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE RETURNING REFUGEES. AZERIES WILL ALSO BE ALLOWED TO MOVE BACK TO NKR AS WELL (IN ADDITION TO THE SURROUNDING TERRITORIES) SHOULD THEY WISH TO DO SO.

13. LACHIN WILL REMAIN UNDER ARMENIAN OCCUPATION FOR 20 YEARS IN ORDER TO CONNECT NKR WITH ARMENIA. HOWEVER, ARMENIA WILL NOW HAVE TO PAY RENT TO AZERBAIJAN FOR HAVING ACCESS TO THE ROAD. IN RETURN, AZERBAIJAN WILL HAVE TO PAY RENT TO ARMENIA IN ORDER FOR THEM TO HAVE ACCESS TO NAXICHEVAN THROUGH ARMENIAN TERRITORY. AFTER THE 20 YEAR CONTRACT, ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN CAN RENEW IT ANYTIME.

14. NKR WILL HOLD A REFERENDUM IN APRIL OF 2015 TO OFFICIALLY DETERMINE ITS FINAL STATUS. ALL PERMENANT RESIDENTS OF NKR AGES 18 AND OVER ARE WELCOMED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERENDUM REGARDLESS OF THEIR NATIONALITY. THE REFERENDUM WILL ASK THE FOLLOWING.

A. DO YOU WISH TO JOIN NON-SOVIET AZERBAIJAN?

B. DO YOU WISH TO BECOME AN INDEPENDENT STATE?

THERE WILL BE NO MENTION OF NKR JOINING ARMENIA DURING THIS REFERENDUM. THIS CAN ONLY BE EXPLORED ONCE NKR HAS GAINED FULL INDEPENDANCE AND RECOGNIZTION BY THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY. CURRENTLY, THEY ARE NOT RECGONIZED AS AN INDEPENDANT STATE, THEREFORE, THEY CANNOT MAKE THAT DETERMINATION AT THIS TIME.

15. KALBACAR DISTRICT WILL BE LIBERATED IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE REFERENDUM. PEACE KEEPING FORCES FROM RUSSIA, GREECE, AND FRANCE WILL END THEIR MISSION SIX MONTHS (SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATION) AFTER THE REFERENDUM.

This would probably the "package deal" that we're all talking about. Good try, De Niro, but it's not as easy as you think...

The Karabagh conflict isn't the only reason why Turkey has closed its border with Armenia. It's only one of the reasons why the border is closed.... Turkey can't end the blockade, because the Armenian government asks for the recognition of the Armenian genocide.

Armenia won't just give up all those historically Armenian territories (Fizuli, Kelbajar, etc.) that were paid with Armenian blood, especially when the President of Armenia himself is a native of Karabagh.

I'm sure that Azerbaijan won't agree on getting only a few of the territories held by Armenians. The ideal settlement for Azeris would probably be the return of Karabagh as an autonomous Azerbaijani province.

There is no Artsakh issue.

The issue was resolved in 1994.

Accepting any point of the OSCE faggots' package is to the detriment of the Armenians.

De Niro, aren't you transcender?

You may well be tigranesbasileus and all his aliases. The question is: what are you trying to achieve in this forum?

P.S. I have replied to your post here.

Hellectur,

I'm new here so I don't know who you are comparing me with or what you're trying to say. I don't really care. I have as much right to post here as you or anyone else does. Listen, you cannot be an extremist when it comes to negotiation. If all extremist like you ran Armenia, our country would be isolated from the rest of the world. I think Kocharian knows a little bit more of what is going to happen with the settlement process then he leads us to believe at this time. And I am also certain he is ready for painful compromises which will is part of the settlement. The problems is that the Azeries are cowards and are not ready yet themselves.

In 1988, Armenian did not rise up for liberation of Kalbacar or Fuzuli .. they rose up for the liberation of Artsakh. The rest of the territories are considered to be bargaining chips not for permenant Armenian residence. Everyone knows that.

As far as Turkey, they have made themselves a party to the Artsakh issue by closing their border and now a small piece of the settlement process is contingent upon them re-opening it regardless of how they feel about the Genocide issue. They stood up for their Azerie sisters but in this type of scenerio they would have to bend over for them as well for the sake of the settlement and their precious pipelines.

If Azerie start a war (big IF) Armenia will not only win again but all major pipelines in that terrirtory will be victim to Azerie stupidity. I am not trying to be arrogant about this but merely stating the facts. Otherwise, a new war have started long time ago.

Armenia might also have small deposits of oil and gas next year if what the Canadians are saying is true. Azerie oil is not as significant as people make it out to be.

I don't know what you mean by "our country". From the garbage you posted it's obvious that you are a Turk.

Our best sons and daughters didn't give their lives so that our liberated land could be used as "bargaining chips".

The filth you spew as solution wouldn't even be enforced on losers let alone on the winners of a war.

You do not mention the 400,000 Armenians who were forced to flee after genocidal acts in Sumgait, Baku, Gandzak, Shamkhor, Maragha, Getashen, Shahoomian and all over the place from 1988 to 1992.

You are obsessed with "Azeri" vermin of Ramil Safarov caliber to infest Armenian land to suffocate the people. You call that solution?

Peacekeepers in Artsakh? Why not peacekeepers where peace is not kept?

Once those immoral blue helmet faggots invade Artsakh they'll turn the whole place into a whorehouse and the stories of child molestation and rape will dominate the news. Later Artsakh will have the same fate as Kossovo where no Serbs live anymore. Is that your Armenian-friendly solution? You hypocritical Turk!

For example, your points 13: "ARMENIA WILL NOW HAVE TO PAY RENT TO AZERBAIJAN FOR HAVING ACCESS TO THE ROAD." and 14: "NKR WILL HOLD A REFERENDUM IN APRIL OF 2015 TO OFFICIALLY DETERMINE ITS FINAL STATUS. ALL PERMENANT RESIDENTS OF NKR AGES 18 AND OVER ARE WELCOMED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERENDUM REGARDLESS OF THEIR NATIONALITY." are so blatantly anti-Armenian that I feel like vomiting.

The people of Artsakh have already voted in 1991 and there's no need to vote 10 years later when "Azeri" garbage will have bred tenfold and all their whelps will have abused precious oxygen for 18 years.

It's your total ignorance of history that makes you utter crap like that. All that liberated land is historic Armenian territory. Karvajar for example is where Dadivank is. What do you think the "Azeris" will do to it once, god forbid it falls under their savage paws and hoofs?

Azgarbageland is an artificially created "state" on Armenian territory.

A country named "Azerbaijan" north of the Arax River NEVER existed before 1918.

A nation called "Azeri" NEVER existed throughout human history.

Hellectur,

...Listen, you cannot be an extremist when it comes to negotiation.

While Armenia negotiates with those barbarians they are destroying every piece of Armenian heritage in "Azeri" occupied Armenian land.

Only for this bestiality, Armenia should cease the negotiations and attack Nakhijevan. When are we going to give them the taste of their medicine?

So why doesn't Armenia dispose of garbage in Nakhijevan by carpet bombing the area and negotiates Armenian territory with the sore, genocidal losers?

Since all of 27000 Armenian monuments (cemeteries, khachkars, churches, monasteries, etc.) accounted for by Argam Ayvazian are feared totally destroyed, there will be no fear of unintentionally harming Armenian heritage.

And since the indigenous Armenian population was ethnically cleansed in front of the eyes of the Soviet leaders and later in 1990s, there can be no fear of human casualties.

De Niro, don't scratch too much, the only two solutions are the unilateral inpendence of Karabakh, without conditions, preconditions or weasel words or the better solution, its attachement to Armenia.

Armenia has already made a concession which should have been unacceptable, and it is that Karabakh is indepedent and not a part of it. They have even agreed to the equal States Azerbaijan and Karabakh as part of a confederation, Azerbaijan refused, it is over. Any request of it to remain statu quo is a loss, total loss.

And now Azerbaijan started threatning, if it attack, there will be no other option for Armenia than recognizing an independence.

Azerbaijan has absolutly no business on requesting Karabakh, for them it is only a matter of national pride and there is no rational reason behind their requests. A Statu quo is not functionable in the long run, and Azerbaijan will not accept it even more than an independent Karabakh, the two equal state proposition was the only other alternative, but was refused by Azerbajan, and every parties except Azerbaijan accepted.

National pride? What nation?

A nation called "Azeri" is a fable created by the Bolsheviks and the Turks to usurp the real Azarbaijan (Atrpatakan) south of the Arax.

This was the reason the bogus state stole its name from the southern neighbor in the first place.

They were called Tatars of the Caucasus and it was a promotion that they got after the region fell under Russian rule in the 19th century. They were savage, primitive, cattle-herder, tribes of nomadic bandits who distinguished one another from the color of their sheep.

The reason "Azerbaijan" doesn't agree to any resolution is pan-Turkism plain and simple.

The Turks have never tolerated and will never tolerate the existence of an independent Armenia, no matter how small.

Even if Armenians were to be fooled to (god forbid) cede land to the barbarians, they would demand more.

Even if the whole Artsakh was given to them they would still demand Siunik to have direct access to occupied Nakhijevan. After that they would demand Sevan, later Yerevan and as we are at it why not give Lori to the Georgians and get it over with, with Armenia.

That's their plan. Just look at the points in De Niro's package and please tell me what the sore loser "Azerbaijan" is compromising because I don't see a damn thing they are giving us in return.

Opening of borders? Why on Earth do we need to have open borders with Azgarbageland? It's also a landlocked "country". It has Iran to the south with who we already have an ample border and Daghestan to the north which is a Turkic state and not very interesting for us. To the east it has the Caspian Sea which is in fact a lake however huge it might be. So, they do not have access to international waters, they have beaches where they can go to in the summer though and some Vaseline oil which is worthless without Kazakhstan's share.

Open borders with Turkey? Again what do we gain by that? The Armenian farmer will be ruined by the flood of cheap Turkish products.

Still, what is the guarantee they won't close the border again?

When you cede land you cannot get it back again but you can close borders that you open.

Turkey is No1 when it comes to breech of contracts.

The 17th clause of the treacherous Moscow/Kars treaty makes the maintaining of open borders obligatory.

The 19th clause obliges the sides to keep diplomatic relations.

It's obvious they do not abide by the rules and even the shameful Lausanne treaty demands that Turkey treat its minorities well which they have managed to ignore.

So tell me, is a worthless pissed-on piece of peace paper more important for us than our liberated 2% of our historic homeland, 90% of which is still in Turkish occupation?

Hellektor, it doesn't matter for now when their identity was formed, what matters is that they feel being what is called Azeris and consider Artsakh as theirs.

The president allegedly agreed on the referundum, but this is weird, I suspect them having plans to resettle Azeris there under th pretext of letting refugees return and to sheddule the referundum on something like 15 years from now, and scrap the demography.

I know, QueBeceR, and I know that you know they are fake. What I'm saying is if they can achieve something by lying the whole time and faking a history, then why can't the Armenians who have already got what they wanted, plus truth being on our side, hold on to what we have?

I sincerely hope that the Armenians won't agree to this. The people of Artsakh shouldn't agree to this.

They have already voted in 1991 and had the "Azeri" minority voted, it couldn't have changed the result. The thing is how the Armenians are going to persuade the faggots of the justness of that perfectly legal referendum.

There's nothing they can do neither the Turks nor the Jews nor the Anglo-Saxons. This is a psychological war and the Armenians have to use all the cards to not let the Turks get anything.

After all didn't they start the war?

Isn't the current situation the consequence of their actions?

What about the 400,000 Armenians who had to flee Azgarbageland as a result of the same bestialities?

What about the genocidal acts of Sumgait, Baku, Gandzak, Shahoomian, Maragha, etc.? When will the perpetrators be brought to Justice?

What about the Jugha destructions and the cultural genocide in the whole occupied Nakhijevan and everywhere else in Azgarbageland?

Is the international community so extremely biased that they turn a complete blind eye to all that?

We use these forums to express out thoughts and to think of solutions or what we can do or how we can have any influence on the matter, but I guess these forums only serve as an outlet for our frustration...
