This would probably the "package deal" that we're all talking about. Good try, De Niro, but it's not as easy as you think... The Karabagh conflict isn't the only reason why Turkey has closed its border with Armenia. It's only one of the reasons why the border is closed.... Turkey can't end the blockade, because the Armenian government asks for the recognition of the Armenian genocide. Armenia won't just give up all those historically Armenian territories (Fizuli, Kelbajar, etc.) that were paid with Armenian blood, especially when the President of Armenia himself is a native of Karabagh. I'm sure that Azerbaijan won't agree on getting only a few of the territories held by Armenians. The ideal settlement for Azeris would probably be the return of Karabagh as an autonomous Azerbaijani province.
