Anoushik
a)So are Albanian and Greek, whoop dee doo. b)It's only been isolated from the fall of Cilicia to the founding of the First Republic. c)Armenians did not as they did not exist, the people who spoke the language did and mixed with the native Caucasian speaking peoples such as Urartians and Hurrians What other not so smart things do you have to say? style_images/master/snapback.png a)Where is Greece? Where is Albania? b)You apparently didn't get my point. Isolated - meaning far from Europe. c)Urartians were Armenians. Do the history books, the ones that you read, tell about where the Armenians migrated from? Have I been rude to you?

Isolated - meaning far from Europe. Armenia is Europe. It can't be far from itself. c)Urartians were Armenians. Do the history books, the ones that you read, tell about where the Armenians migrated from? Urartians were NOT Armenians. Why didn't the Urartians speak Armenian or have Armenian names or anything else related to Armenians for that matter? Just like Minoans and Pelasgians weren't Greek and Etruscans weren' Romans. Artaxias
"The Pre-history of the Armenian People" by IM Diakonoff is one of the most informative books on the topic. style_images/master/snapback.png That's very good; however, to get a full picture one also need to read other essential works especilaly: J.P. Mallory, “In search of the Indo-Europeans”, Thames and Hudson Ltd, London, 1989. As well as works by Colin Renfrew and the recent glottochronological studies conducted by Gray & Atkinson. Both theories need to be reviewed for a fair and balanced and objective summary. Not to mention that genetics need to be looked at as well, especially haplogoup R1a1 defined by the M17 marker. Z'areh
Artaxias, "Urartians were NOT Armenians" : doesn't mean Armenians were not Urartians. "Why didn't the Urartians speak Armenian or have Armenian names or anything else related to Armenians for that matter?" How do you know that? Since the Urartian didn't just vanish from the face of the earth and since the emmergence of the Armenians did not occur overnight how can you conclude that Urartians did not have "anything else related to Armenians for that matter?" Uhhm, Urartians and Hurians along with the Hittites are NOT Caucasian but Anatolian races.....since we are correcting one another Oh by the way, Armenia is not and never was in Europe, as much as we'd like to wish

Anoushik
Where they have always been. Armenia is Europe. It can't be far from itself. Urartians were NOT Armenians. Why didn't the Urartians speak Armenian or have Armenian names or anything else related to Armenians for that matter? Just like Minoans and Pelasgians weren't Greek and Etruscans weren' Romans. style_images/master/snapback.png No comment. I'm not sure, I can't tell if you're serious or just joking. I am always serious. But I guess people like you wouldn't understand. It would have made more sense to you if I decided to shamelessly make fun of people's appearances. It certainly would have suited your class.

(yev mi mtatsir im anoushik linelu masin) Senc' asenk, Frunzik=bad, savage - Loris Melikov=good, noble. style_images/master/snapback.png Although if you have those thick puffy semi-negroid lips and gigantic ears associated with such noses along with a flat back of the skull I don't know what to say. style_images/master/snapback.png Du es defectavornerin, vor ughaki bnutyan skhal@, typ@ Quasimodo, hima da normal Fransayci a genetic defect? style_images/master/snapback.png ... that last comment especially... If you don't understand what the problem is in those comments (and I am most certain that you don't) then let me just tell you that putting too much emphasis on appearances, and picking on people's looks with the most degrading comments (degrading for you, I should point out, "defectavorner"??? "Quasimodo"???) just shows how shallow you are... qo voghormeli andzn es tsuyts talis
