Guys, guys...you are again involved with talking nonsense. Why don't you learn to talk about the issues at hand. Remember, in those days, we had no guns, no army, and no plan of any kind. The Artsax movement started in 1988...and by 1991, when the first major armed conflicts were reported, our tashi(dashnak) brothers weren't ready for a war. Do you see now where are main problem is. WE NEVER DID, AND STILL DON'T HAVE A PLAN FOR OUR FUTURE. We are among the best in the business world, our artists and musicians are well respected in all over the world, our scientists work miracles, we gave 4 Marshals to the soviet army...yet in no way we use our own power for our own benefit. Once Karen Demirjian said "Measure you success with tomorrow's standards" -meaning, instaed of becoming reactive, become proactive. We only act when we are cornered...and that's because we know nothing about our values and standards. We have never learned a simple lesson [from our past] "If you want to live in peace, be ready for a war" And if we were to follow Karen Demirjians advise, we would have have a plan for tomorrow and the day after that. We won the war, but we had/have no plan for the future. We were forced to fight and defend ourselves by the same enemy who have massacred our people for centuries. If two armenians were to come next to each other and form a plan for the next 50-100 years, we wouldn't be today were we are now. THE PROBLEM HERE ISN'T OUR ENEMY. Let the turks and their azeri brothers keep armenain in a blockade for another 1000 years. If we were smart enough, we would have make the turks to beg for a relationship. How??? :)It's simple. I already said that our musicians, scientists, businessmen are among the best in the world. If we would have them to become more active and to CREATE more, in a short period of time we would force the world to respect us. In today's world, we can win all the wars by becoming more CRETIVE. You don't need to worry about guns and atomic bombs. The times are changed. The turks are left in 1600s while we work miracles. give us a time until april 24, and you'll become part of the armenian renaissance.

Rubo, what kind of nationalizm are you talking about? The turks were in our house killing our own women and children. Since when a self defense is called a nationalism? Do you mean to tell us that the turks who killed us for centuries, have become saints? If you truly love your country, you would think of a way for all of us to make a progress instead of going back and being killed by the same enemy. For that matter, if you have no vision and no new ideas, just keep yourself in a silence and please, do not stand on our way.

No Rubo, we have nothing to give to the azeri-turks. In fact, we still need to liberate Nakhijevan and western armenia. You don't aggree with me??? I care less. I shall like to see anyone with guts try to impose their ideas on us.

think what would happen to the poor turks who would one day be confronted with the reality in a place outside of turkey. how much these poor creatures will suffer when they find out that they were lied and made fun of by their own government.

well, well...anything new??? this isn't a first time the azeri juntas spread this kind of lies. Just before the presidential election, the azeri president couldn't forgive himself for not having a control over what is happening in the [azeri] army. The azeri boys one after another are tortured to and killed by their own generals. The people in azerbaijan are gone hysterical. The Artsak armenians, for a second time, are electing a president. All their hopes to resolve the Artsax conflict in their favor is gone to hell. The azeri turks are sick and tired for blaming everyting on the armenians. They don't want to look weak anymore. They want to stand on the same ground with the rest of the civilized world. They want to build a positive image of their army.
