The Khojaly affair which was a propaganda scenario, very distorted and horrified by Turkish masterminds at that time to hide the Sumgait and Baku pogroms of Armenians, and now it is used to hide the Armenian Genocide of 1915, In several Azeri sources you can find there contradicting numbers from there own pages going from 200, 250-400, 500 and even 2000, and all in a unreliable way. The Khojaly operation was no different from similar operations against Armenians in Maragha, Chahoumian, Getachen and so forth. The responsibility of Azeri authorities on not evacuating the people, and second the will of the popular front of Azerbaijan to organize the massacre and to catch the power from Mutalilbov. The fact also many of the civilians were not Azeris but Mshkhetian Turks from Uzbekistan. The fact that the killings were done just before the Azeri lines. The evacuation in Khojaly was always the case of Turks which was done in a pity way that is Armenians crashed there defense lines, their soldiers changed there uniforms into civilians, and hided in 'civilian' groups, while shooting on there way out. Well there is alot of Turks already, you just need to follow simple rules and you will have admin support (most important). 1. Don't do threats, no cussing, be polite etc to other members. 2. Don't do edit wars. 3. Back up your claims with sources. This won't happen they are not experienced in wikipedia and they do not know the holes and walls. I am handling a few of these idiots, and believe me they are failing horribly. ERZURUM - The Turkish Association for Fight Against Unfounded Genocide Allegations (ASIMED) launched an e-mail campaign against Wikipedia urging it to remove the "Semi-Protection" lock over the article on Armenian allegations concerning the incidents of 1915. Chairman of Asimed, Assistant Professor Savas Egilmez, said the best thing about Wikipedia was its feature allowing users to edit (make corrections, deletions and additions) in articles published on the website. "When you browse the English version of Wikipedia which publishes its content in various languages, one notices an issue in complete contrast with the Wikipedia principles. In the english website while the article on Armenian allegations concerning the incidents of 1915 contain all the thesis of the Armenian diaspora, the Turkish thesis are excluded," said Egilmez. "The web site allows users to make editions in all subjects, but it does not allow edition of the article on Armenian allegations. The site only provides the theses of the Armenian diaspora. This is a great injustice against the Turkish Nation." Egilmez said they started an e-mail campaign to stop this injustice and asked Turkish nationals to support it by sending e-mails to the web site`s administrators (wikien-l@lists.wikimedia.org) . Wikipedia has a "Protection policy" allowing administrators to protect a page to restrict editing or moving of that page, and remove such protection. "Editing or moving of a page can be restricted by administrators. As Wikipedia is built around the principle that anyone can edit it, this should only be done in certain situations," says the policy. Under the policy there are four types of protection. -Full protection, -Semi-protection , -Creation protection, -Move protection. Though the policy says "Semi-protection in particular, should not be used to settle content disputes" currently there is a "Semi-protection" lock over the article on Armenian theses concerning the incidents of 1915.

Yeah animals all have there own part, to contribute to this world likes bees or cows for example. The ancient Greeks considered animals a gift from god, (which I think they may very well be) and I agree humans are most creative. Armenian Y chromosome haplotypes reveal strong regional structure within a single ethno-national group Michael E. Weale et al. Armenia has been little-studied genetically, even though it is situated in an important area with respect to theories of ancient Middle Eastern population expansion and the spread of Indo-European languages. We screened 734 Armenian males for 11 biallelic and 6 microsatellite Y chromosome markers, segregated them according to paternal grandparental region of birth within or close to Armenia, and compared them with data from other population samples. We found significant regional stratification, on a level greater than that found in some comparisons between different ethno-national identities. A diasporan Armenian sub-sample (collected in London) was not sufficient to describe this stratified haplotype distribution adequately, warning against the use of such samples as surrogates for the non-diasporan population in future studies. The haplotype distribution and pattern of genetic distances suggest a high degree of genetic isolation in the mountainous southern and eastern regions, while in the northern, central and western regions there has been greater admixture with populations from neighbouring Middle Eastern countries. Georgia, to the north of Armenia, also appears genetically more distinct, suggesting that in the past Trans-Caucasia may have acted as a genetic barrier. A Bayesian full-likelihood analysis of the Armenian sample yields a mean estimate for the start of population growth of 4.8 thousand years ago (95% credible interval: 2.0-11.1), consistent with the onset of Neolithic farming. The more isolated southern and eastern regions have high frequencies of a microsatellite defined cluster within haplogroup 1 that is centred on a modal haplotype one step removed from the Atlantic Modal Haplotype, the centre of a cluster found at high frequencies in England, Friesland and Atlantic populations, and which may represent a remnant paternal signal of a Paleolithic migration event.
