I'm in Armenia right now and I saw the Armenian Navy Band live last night at the Avantgarde Folk Music Club. They were amazing. A very tight-knit group. They expended such a vibrant energy. Everybody enjoyed it. I talked to Arto Tuncboyacian after the show. I got a few pictures and autographs, which I'll post upon my return to the U.S. I asked him about the project with System of a Down and his exact words were "System is 'down' after this summer." He was referring to the hiatus System is taking after finishing their Ozzfest tour. So there you have it-- there will be no joint project.
