Armine3773
I don't live in Glendale but I've always been interested in the Armenian way of life in LA. How is the relationship like between Armenians at school? Are they protective over each other?
Shahumyan
Armenians in diaspora are only good in small quantities, you get too much and it becomes a s**t hole, with tosser people all over the place, see LA, London, Paris etc... Armo77
I don't live in Glendale but I've always been interested in the Armenian way of life in LA. How is the relationship like between Armenians at school? Are they protective over each other? Were are always in each other’s Business! LOL, when I was growing up, my mother was always worried about what the other Armenians in the community thought of me.. I was always like "who cares what they think. They will talk trash regardless." I still feel the same way. But I did have a hard time hanging with fellow Armenians because they were always worried of each other ratting each other out. One thing we all had in common was We all had our share of troubles with the Mexicans when I was growing up. We did stick together in that aspect.. Because regaurdless if you were associated with AP or not.. If there was an "ian" in your last name.. You were a target. angel4hope
i went to high school around west hills-there were alot of armenians when i was a freshman they were okay-but i never hung out with them because theyd always ditch or do something stupid-the rabiz ones-and theyd think i was weird because i wanted to concentrate on school and studying-trust me there comes a time when armenians can be worse than other races- if you dont hang with them theyll start talking crap behind your back and sometimes even worse---i had more white people backing me up than armenians-the girls were okay but the guys i went to school with had no respect whatsoever--most of them not all--they wouldnt even care if another guys from another race said something to a girl they would actually be the ones picking on you if you werent like them--ditching, bringing alcohol 2 school, getting high--but i remember when i was going to elemenrary school-with alot of armenians-the shrjapat was different-they were more respectful, and would always try to help one another--i think it just depends on the person/individual and how they are raised and i also notice that armenians were more respectful when i was younger--times have changed---
Armo77
They dont make Armenians like they used to... Now my Grandfather.. THATS A TRUE ARMENIAN!
angel4hope
haha thats true though- i love the fact that most armeniaans stick up for eachother--not necissarily in fighting or what not-but at least in regards of respecting one another--i usually see this among young boys-teenagers living in the hollywood area--it used to be that when i was growing up-guys treated you like their sister and respected you-but nowadays you wont find that-bcause most dont even respect themselves let alone respect another person....but yet again each person is different-i can only speak of my own experiences... Armine3773
But it's a good thing Armenians always have each others backs.
