Jend
www.patkerphoto.com It's one of the best photo galleries I've ever seen. Besides Armenia, other republics such as Azerbadjan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran and others are presented. Comment are also very well done, without bias. I spent this morning just watching different photos and writing an essay about Sevan. The pictures about sig fishing are great. And I don't know why I'm in sentimental mood... I want to see happy armenians. a lot... By the way, there is a need to be registered - just do it, it won't take a lot.
EMMA K
Those pictures are so powerful that they flood me with emotion. In fact the "CENTURY" bok by Phaidon had the same effect on me. I just wonder how the photographer must've felt when he had actual contact with those poor souls. Did it change him as a person?

angel4hope
wow MJ those photographs have deeply rooted meanings and i cannot express all the emotions and memories that seem to be indirectly attached to them...thanx for the site....its just a phenomenal feeling of joy sorrow and an ironic mixture of emotions that all make sense then jummble together in confusion...but my main impression was that of regret and sorrow, because why did our government and the socioeconomic problems have to be such that we cannot go and live in armenia-our homelend? shat tsavalee ee vor otar ays otar yerkeeree hamaroom enk mer yerkeeree, yev mer harazatee, yerb mer yerkeeree hayastann e, yev chenk karogh aprel aynegh... i wish i had armenian fonts on my computer...i feel really bad for not being able to at least write in armenian at an armenian forum sometimes... MJ
Hi Martin, My CD project is now available for download in its eight component parts for redistribution. Anyway, I'm hoping people will download these component parts and assemble them for burning to CD and passing on to people. There is no restriction on distribution for not-for-profit and educational purposes. The eight files necessary are listed at the bottom of this page: http://www.oneworld.am/CD/ Cheers, Onnik
