Image of choc. mousse at this hour? Where do I get some? Azat, for some reason Boule's logo is very familiar to me. But can't recall why. Will definitely stop by the La Cienega location one day. I love chocolate creme brule and make them couple of times a year and if you secretly put a little bit of Nairi in the cream everyone would be wondering what that great taste is. Did i ever write about the chocolate covered pomegranate seeds that I made couple of months back? Ya it was delicious. just use a form and put 5-6 seeds in each small cup and pour about 60% dark chocolate on them. Very light coating... It was delicious. There's an artisan chocolatier here in town: Genevieve Grandbois - she makes amazing chocolates, often times with more interesting ingredients like saffron, cayenne and seranno peppers, and white truffle oil. Nané Posted February 2, 2009 Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 Does anyone like Hershey's? It's been puzzling to me that I, as a chocolate lover, could not love all chocolates. I don't like any Hershey's chocolates, but I especially dislike Hershey's milk chocolates. They always leave a buttery aftertaste, which I hate. I cannot eat Hershey's - period.
