vasken
Dear Friends, Recently I climbed Mountain Ararat, fulfilling a lifelong ambition. For us Christians, this is a Holy Mountain; while for Armenians it also represents a national symbol. In light of this, I have created a web site about the expedition. It’s a “journal-style” web site which provides a day to day account of the expedition. The site also contains a rich set of photos and a gallery. However, I would kindly request that you read the pages one by one. I guarantee that you will not waste your time! Please forward this URL to other friends and people you know; irrespective of their nationality or religion. Just send it to them. http://www.ararat5137.org I look forward to receiving your feedback or questions. Keep in mind that the site will be updated in the near future, so please revisit. Kind Regards, Vasken Knouni

I don't quite know where you guys are. Mostly I'm assuming in Glendale, California, I've been there once to an Armenian gala; it was very nice and I won a small 14 Karat Gold Etchmiadzin cross with chain. That's my memory from Glendale. But I'm going to school now and I can't travel to Glendale unfortunately. If you guys come to New Jersey I would gladly invite you to my house and make you tabuleh and derevi litsk, Sempougi jash with rice pilaf and whatever else that you'd like. Dounes pats e kez al hamar! Why not? My door is open to you as well! Then I guess I can invite at the same time Vava from Canada and Azat from the south, I think he said? We'll have a culinary tasting party. Just let me know guys, exactly what week in November and I'll start cooking for you. At the same token we can discuss our Haygagan problems, issues and the problems of the world vs. Armenia. In short, we'll have a meeting of the minds.
