Sasun
Armat jan, sorry to hear about your pain. I can't be of much help since I don't know much about it but I also would recommend yoga (I heard it does wonders).
whitelotus
I feel like im floating on air after I do yoga. It's the most beautiful feeling. You feel like your body and mind have been cleansed from top to bottom, finger tip to finger tip, but thats if you incorporate the spiritual aspect of it with the physical. It's always lovely to take little breaks of meditation in between yoga poses too. But then again, if you don't believe in or want the spiritual, the physical can definitely help you regardless.http://gogortilozforum.com/style_emoticons/default/newicon7.gif

I plan to do yoga. Currently I only do meditation.

vava
Armat jan, I just saw this - sorry for the late reply: Consult your doctor - but BETTER, go to a doctor who practices Sportmedicine. You can probably find one HERE. Usually they run their practices in conjuction with physiotherapy clinics. Atheletes often have these tyoes of muscle injuries - and why get get treatment from those who specialise in athletic injuries? Physiotherapy is probably your best option. I was convinced of the merits of sportsmedicine pratitioners and physiotherapists after numerous ski injuries (way back when I was competitive). Armat
Friends thank you for your inputs.I have been doing light yoga and streching in addition to back exer. but my spine or posture is slightly to my right.I was severly tilted to my right but after all my hard work I still don't have my normal posture. It is funny when I look in the mirror when walking my hips are not in line with my head and feet.I am trying to strech opposite of the tilt but it is still there. My spine is stright,I can tell it when folding over my legs my spine folds stright. It must be my back muscles still crooked Anyway I must get well in three days since I am out of money. whitelotus
Did your doctor say if you have Scoliosis? Is it definitely only your muscles that are taking you out of alignment ? I hope you get better soon Armat Edited March 19, 2005 by whitelotus
vava
Do you ever carry a back pack or a shoulder sack? Make sure you don't use the kind that hang on one shoulder only. If your back is slightly crooked (or worse!) then you have to make sure that every movement/action that you do daily is perfectly symmetrical. Good luck Armat

Anileve
Sorry Armat, but I propose an unconventional treatment which always does the trick. It has interesting leaves and can be dried and smoked, works like a charm.
