But, instead of making your own dictionary, maybe it would be a greater idea if you give your dictionaries' words and meanings to an existing online dictionary. What do you think?

Are you asking these questions because you're the person who works for the Google Armenian department thingy? Well... for starters, the font is a bad choice because it's too small and narrow and hard to read and the spacing between the letters is a little off, so I would change it to a clearer font like Sylfaen (there may be other good ones).

Hmm... well, at the moment, I can't think of any English words that have the sound in it... it's sort of like a snoring sound? Sorry, but it's hard to explain... try thinking logically and trying to find out what kind of sound "k" and "h" would create when combined.

If you mean the Armeanian transliteration of "soul mate", then it would be "սոլ մէյթ". But, if you're looking for a translation... then it would be something along the lines of "հոգական ընկեր", which would be "hogakan inker" in the Eastern dialect and "hokagan inger" in the Western dialect. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

"xot" might be grass... but not likely, cuz it seems like the words you heard were in the western dialect... but there's a way to find out, when you wrote down "x", did you mean the actual x sound in english, or the kh sound? If it's kh sound, then it's probably armenian.

But what you could do is ask her what type of Armenian she speaks (say: "Eench desag hayeren g@ khosees?" or "Eench tesak hayeren khosoom es?"). The first one is Western dialect, and if she doesn't understand, try the 2nd one which is the Eastern dialect. If she answers "arevel...", she speaks Eastern dialect, if she answers "arevm@d..." she speaks Western dialect. If she's Western dialect, try using my translations and if she's Eastern, well, there are many Armenians in this forum who speak Eastern dialect, so that shouldn't be a problem. But, I don't know which dialect it will be. If it's going to be the Eastern dialect, do you think it would be a good idea for me to enter the class? If I enter it, should I join the Armenian-speakers class or Beginners, because I don't know the Eastern dialect that well?
