I don't know why you are directing your anger specifically at Zurderer. He has already said that he is no Islamist fanatic. He is refering in his post to that crude and blatantly nationalistic Turkish film that was relased last year, and he doesn't seem to be exactly praising it. BTW - don't be too praising of Armenia. In Armenia they would certainly not have been murdered, but they would have been harrassed, physically assaulted by never-identified thugs, probably imprisoned for short terms on trumped-up charges, and had their bibles confiscated and destroyed, at the instigation of the Armenian Church and nationalist fanatics.

She had lived her final years in very poverty-stricken conditions, almost her only possession was a Bible in Armenian.

I did more than anyone here did. And more than anyone in Armenia too. And for your information the Azeris twice stopped what they were doing, after publicity about their actions reached the surface. But that publicity only reached the eyes of the media in Armenia and a few concerned individuals. However, since Azerbaijan thinks Armenia is the most important place in the world after itself (just like Armenia thinks Turkey and Azerbaijan are the most important places in the world after itself) it gave great importance to those reports, assuming that they would have to lead to more widespread and damaging publicity. So Azerbaijan twice halted the destruction. But thanks to Armenian incompetance (and people like Karapetian who seem to need Armenia's eternally internalised victimhood) those early reports were never capitalised on. Twice the chance to save the graveyard was lost. And, wiser now, the Azeris were not going to let a third chance arise.

Under what laws or conventions? ROA did not exist when the genocide took place. Don't confuse the Establishment in Europe and America pandering to Israel and the Jewish lobby with anything that has a real legal justification.
