I think if even it was an artifical earthquake whoever did it were not stupied and would think about the way of making it look like a natural earthquake long before even starting the project. Probably time will show. I remember an article in russian magazine a few years ago. It was about an horrible experiment in army when they used a real nuclear bomb during a military training against about 20-30000 soldiers in Ural military poligon. A few survivors were lucky enough to pass the 25 years of non-disclosure barrier to speak about this and sue the defense ministry for ruining their life. Domino do you know any good method of protecting buldings from vertical earthquake? There are a few effective ways to protect the buldings from horizontal movements of the land. As for generating an earthquake by using resonance machine I think in that case there should be small earthquakes before it reaches to its maximum level.

I've read that the earthquake was so destroying because the ground was moving vertically (up and down) while during most of the earthquakes the ground moves horiozontally. It's extremely diffucult to protect the bulidings agains the vertical earthquakes. I think as a result of underground explosion you'll most likely get vertical movement of the ground.

Steve if IE is the problem it should give problems always. As Harut says after using recovery CD it works for a while. Also if the system runs out of memory Windows will give the Out of Memory warning message but Harut did't say anything about this kind of message. I'm sorry Harut but you're giving me too general information to diagnose your problems and it may take too long time to find out what's wrong with your computer. There may be a lot of different reasons. Try to find a person who has physical access to your computer or call the manufacturer if their warranty is not expired.

what browser do you use?IE or NN? does it happen with both browsers or not? try to download the latest driver for your modem and reinstall the driver.

Born in Alep, Syria, Carzou arrived in Paris in 1924 to complete his studies in architecture. Frequenting the Montparnasse area, he decided to devote his time to drawing and painting and worked as a theatre decorator. Considered as one of the best painters working in France, Carzou produced Surrealist compositions under the influence of Cubism during the 1930s and illustrated many books. he took part in numerous exhibitions in France and abroad, notably in the Venice and Sao Paulo Biennials and painted a 600 square metre surface in the church of the convent of the Presentation in Manosque, which was inaugurated in 1990. Strangely enough, Carzou, who became a member of the French Academy of Fine Arts in 1982, considered Cézanne and Picasso as responsible for the degradation of modern art.
