Take out ads in the major world newspapers and show these pictures and others. Disseminate to the world what the Turks have done.

Mosjan, You forget that with the exception of my former marriage, that I have practiced celibacy for most of the past 22 years. Only had sexual relations with my ex-wife during our marriage. As long as the authorities in the US and most nations continue to evade the public health crisis (earthquake) that is brewing, I will remain celibate unless I get re-married. The religious leaders want things to remain at the status quo, so that anyone who has sexual relations outside of marriage is at risk for death.

So now there are idle accusation that certain Armenian officials are homosexual or bi-sexual. It comes from the Aryan alliance in Armenia. What else is new? Homosexuality has been around for thousands of years. In ancient times even married men occasionally practiced homosexaul acts. It is everywhere in the world. Armenians deceive themselves that they are immune from it. How laughable.

The polls show that the majority of American feel that Kerry won the debate. This is true for Republicans, as well as Democrats or independents. Furthermore the sons of two of the last four duly elected Republican Presidents, the senior military officer son of President Eisenhower, John Eisenhower, and the radio-show host biological son of President Reagan, Ronald Reagan Junior, have endorsed John Kerry.

"Tongue in cheek," Gamavor? But you are still parroting the Turkish spin.
-
Gamavor, It has NOTHING to do with race. The Greeks are NO problem for the EU. They would welcome Armenia with open arms if she made a few minor changes in internal policies. Present day Turks are primarily Anatolians who are not much different gentically form Greeks or Armenians. The problem is cultural and religious, besides Turkey is not a true democracy, the generals rule EVERYTHING.

There's a big world out there. Armenians have succeeded in every corner of the globe (almost every backwater from Madagascar-to Manila-to Maracaibo), as long as they remove themselves from other Armenians. How sad that we have never learned to work together. We only succeed as free agents.

Stormig, What do you mean "read MJ?" Do you mean he is Jewish?
-
Jewish Friend, I am familiar with the background of the Doenmeh, who mainline Jews reject as apostates. These guys harp on this small sect because it's members were involved with the Genocide. They don't talk about Franz Werfel or Henry Morgenthau who did much for the Armenian Cause or the 120 Jewish scholars who signed a letter in the New York Times speaking of the veracity of the Armenian Genocide. There is a lot of hatred toward Jews in Russia and in the Middle East from whence they come. Some Armenian-Americans hang out with the Wasps who hold anti-Semitic views. My brother an I went to a Waspy Protestant church. I was in a bathroom stall one day and overheard two young waspy kids taking about our family. One kid said "My mother wants to know when these Jews are going to get out of our church." So prejudiced and ignorant to boot, as we are Armenians not Jews. The kid's Dad was a prominent attorney in our town. They lived in a huge beautiful house on the golf course. They also didn't like us breaking into their lily-white neighborhood. Glad that you realize the source of that crap.

Artsakh, MJ is a KNOWN quantity to me. I KNOW who he is. For his privacy I will not give his name, but he is well known to the Armenain community in the USA and is a former citizen of the ROA.
-
Artsakh, What kind if hashish are you smoking?? I know who MJ is, a prominent Armenian thnker. I have serious disagreement with his views and bullying manner, but he is definately an Armenian. Hey Jewish Friend, you are right-on that Armenians should support Kerry. I was very active in Wes Clark's campaign and now Kerry's. Both of these guys are of part-Jewish heritage yet raised in the Christian faith. Now some esheg here is going to claim that I am part-Jewish. Perhaps 1,000 years ago, but of late I am more part-Arab than part Jew (part-Assyrian just like that sweetheart Rep. Anna Eshoo, Nancy Pelosi's close friend). The ANC just endorsed Barbara Boxer, a beautiful woman in mind as well as physically. Jewish Friend, Thank you for the support of all your Jewish buddies

I will never forget the young attractive Yerevantzi woman who came and sat next to me on the tour bus to Garni. She was clearly flirting with me until she heard that I was a vegetarian. Then she abruptly got up, stated that she does not approve of Armenians becoming Hindus and moved to another portion of the bus. I was flabbergasted. I am not a Hindu, but have read and do practrice aspects of Zen Buddhism.

Gainfully employed. Don't smoke no dope. Hair is fashionably cut, not long and straggly. A reformed hippie, perhaps.

Now I understand why I am so divergent from the Armenian community. I like my women barefoot. I rarely wear shoes, myself. My suits are in moth balls. I prefer surfing to soccer. I take a beach chair everywhere. Sunflower seeds and helpfulness are the only two aspects of Yerevan that I coincide with.

This is a very smart move on Armenia's part. It is ingraciating itself with the neo-cons of the Bush Administration and top echelons of US military brass. If those of us who are working very hard to unseat Bush fail, Armenia will have taken one step toward a more balanced approach of the US toward Armenian vs. Turkish interests.

Sorry to "burst your bubble" ArmenSarg, but Armenians are not immune to this. The website "GALAS" wll spell this OUT for you

Domino, So you claim that all is lies? Court-proceedings "engineered" to make Republicans look bad, BAH!!!!!1
-
Consistent, yes. This has all been documented in the news media. Furthermore, Bush lied to us about Genocide Recognition. Kerry may backtrack if he is elected, but I don't think we should reward Bush with our votes.

The most arch-conservative Republican from Orange County, Senator Schmitz was found to have a mistress. Their love child, an infant boy, was discovered with human hair tightly wound around his private member. His daughter, Mary Kay LeTourneau, molested a 12 year old boy in Washington state and had two children from him. Now we find out that Paul Crouch was having a sexual affair with a younger man. Yet so many our esheg Armenians support the Republicans, instead of Kerry and his allies.

Arpa, You have answered your own question. Still in the homeland, he became assimilated into the Armenian community. His mother was Armenian and he married an Armenian. Al that remained was his surname.
-
My parents came to America, went to school here, joined American social organizations and blended in with the community. They spoke Armenian at home (no my mother did not speak Syriac, even her 1/2 Assyrian father never spoke Syriac) and sent us to Armenain school. We were raised in an odar Protestant church. They did not try to transform America into another Armenia. Today, I see headscarfs of Muslim women everywhere. I wonder whether some of these people are are Azeris or Turks. Every few weeks, I see some German tourists glaring at me with hatred in their eyes. I am so very assimilated. What gives here????
-
Gamavor, My father did not arrive upon the shores of America until 1935. During experiences in Europe throughout the 20's, in Germany and then France. he was not accepted despite being a "germag" Hye with fair hair and blue eyes. America embraced him. My parents were close friends with an Armenian scholar who would go back to study the homeland, risking his life every time he entered "the beast." Please do not generalize about us assmilated Armenians in the US.

The point that I am trying to make is that in an age when Armenians should be gathering their international forces, some Armenians are conducting "litmus tests" as to who is a "true" Armenian. I have had Armenian friends from almost every nation in which they live. The arrogance of the Armenians who are newly arrived in America toward those who have assimilated somewhat is apalling.
