Common sense is like a gift inside everyone..well, in true not-in-everyone, rather select few in our present earth that is wobbling toward destruction. How much common sense there is in Armenia? Not for me to answer, let the reader make the input. What I noticed that Armenians there have some traits of craziness due to the slow torture that they were subjected, during long centuries, by the Muslims taking over their lands and life (torturing someone makes him crazy-loco). In response Armenians had to resurface their ingenuity and common sense from their spirits in order to overcome turning totally insane because of Muslim slow torture expanding for centuries. What is common sense? --Sound judgment not based on specialized knowledge; native good judgment. And the basic ability to perceive, understand, and judge things. --As to Aristotle he said: "Common sense is where comparison happens, and this must occur by comparing impressions or symbols or markers of what the specialist senses have perceived. This is therefore also where consciousness [out of our spirits] originates". Let us study Putin in order to understand this C.S. thing. Putin when elected TIME magazine's Man-of-Year in 2007 he said: "First and foremost we should be governed by common sense." Author Gavin Slade wrote in 2006: "In the 1990s Russia’s political discourse was framed in terms of good and evil. There was little compromise or synthesis. The rejection of revolution and change shows that Putin is effectively trying to establish a discourse focused on unity and stability knowing that the binary oppositions of politics during the Yeltsin era had created a situation where the state was unable 'to muster a critical mass of leaders who articulated one or another political discourse that resonated in political society.'" Sad to say Armenia did not develop beyond this "binary oppositions of politics" (good VS bad) in its politics since independence, and we see today Armenia, in general term speaking, is lacking unity and stability in the political arena. For this same reason I hate to read news of political nature from Armenia. On the contrary to Armenia, Putin appears to well understand the evolutionary necessity of this third way approach to governance based on common sense-derived synthesis, and leverages that knowledge to promote unity, social cohesion and commonality of purpose on a national and international scale. When Armenia becomes a member of United Costumes of Russia then hopefully she will become a member of this new way governance by Russia and take the path of unity and stability. If a society like in Armenia is lacking in common sense, how does one propose to govern such a population? Learn from Putin, since the capacity for auto-correction by common sense is built into the natural system of human beings and undoubtedly woven into the very fabric of cosmic existence itself. The reality is that humans who lack common sense are unable to put themselves in the shoes of others and are kept strapped to the bed of their own egotistical narcissism and selfish pride. When a community, no matter how small, which is not characterized by delusion but common sense, they can always choose another path and consciously create what you want. They can finally transcend childish dualism as they take a quantum leap into the common sense adult world. Putin has been directing Russia toward a higher center of meaning outside the plurality of visions and interpretations, by arresting the flow of differences, by constructing a center. At the base of Putin’s policies and as his “third way” lies the idea of a grand transcendence of so many of the conflicts that had both shaped and torn Russia in the modern era. What about you Armenia! See how Putin is challenging the Russians to reclaim their common heritage as intelligent, discerning and consciously evolving individuals in a country of rich heritage and national achievement. The achievements of Putin’s leadership in the field of economic, impressive as they are, pales in comparison to the raising of individual consciousness en mass in Russia, which is what can happen to a nation when real common sense is applied to governance. That requires rare leadership qualities on a level that few in other countries have experienced in a long while. What many in the West often fail to comprehend is that when you’re the leader of a 9 time zone wide, 17 million square kilometer (6.6 million sq mi) Eurasian land mass comprised of a wide range of European, Caucasian, Asian and Indigenous cultures, in order to successfully lead and inspire such a diverse group, you must possess the gift of common sense. When an individual like Vladimir Putin, who both at home and abroad is recognized as having an authentic character, repeatedly demonstrates sane, balanced actions, as he declares the rule of law and common sense governance as the goals of the nation and backs it up with corresponding actions, he naturally enjoys widespread support and trust. In stark contrast to the West’s current political downward slope, it’s fascinating to observe the progress of Putin in his quest to help instill and nurture a return of common sense to the realm of politics. It makes one hopeful that new leadership possessing similar strength of character will follow President Putin’s lead.

Global Scientists Issue Stunning GMO Safety Warning – Breaking News October 23, 2013 by admin2 http://mynaturesmedicine.com/2013/10/23/global-scientists-issue-stunning-gmo-safety-warning-breaking-news/ http://sustainablepulse.com/wp-content/uploads/ENSSER_Statement_no_scientific_consensus_on_GMO_safety_ENG_LV.pdf There is no scientific consensus on the safety of genetically modified foods and crops, according to a statement released today by an international group of more than 90 scientists, academics and physicians. The statement comes in response to recent claims from the GM industry and some scientists, journalists, and commentators that there is a “scientific consensus” that GM foods and crops were generally found safe for human and animal health and the environment. The statement calls these claims “misleading”, adding, “This claimed consensus on GMO safety does not exist.” “Such claims may place human and environmental health at undue risk and create an atmosphere of complacency,” states Dr. Angelika Hilbeck, chairperson of the European Network of Scientists for Social and Environmental Responsibility (ENSSER) and one of the signatories. “The statement draws attention to the diversity of opinion over GMOs in the scientific community and the often contradictory or inconclusive findings of studies on GMO safety. These include toxic effects on laboratory animals fed GM foods, increased pesticide use from GM crop cultivation, and the unexpected impacts of Bt insecticidal crops on beneficial and non-target organisms,” Dr Hilbeck continues. In spite of this nuanced and complex picture, a group of like-minded people makes sweeping claims that GM crops and foods are safe. In reality, many unanswered questions remain and in some cases there is serious cause for concern. Prof C. Vyvyan Howard, a medically qualified toxicopathologist based at the University of Ulster and a signatory to the statement, said: “A substantial number of studies suggest that GM crops and foods can be toxic or allergenic. It is often claimed that millions of Americans eat GM foods with no ill effects. But as the US has no GMO labeling and no epidemiological studies have been carried out, there is no way of knowing whether the rising rates of chronic diseases seen in that country have anything to do with GM food consumption or not. Therefore this claim has no scientific basis.” The signatories to the statement call for the compliance to the precautionary approach to GM crops and foods internationally agreed upon in the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety and UN’s Codex Alimentarius. Commenting on the statement, one of the signatories, Prof Ernst-Ulrich von Weizsacker, Co-Chair of the International Resource Panel (UNEP) and Co-President of The Club of Rome, said: “The future of food and agriculture is one of the great challenges of humankind of the 21 century. The claim of scientific consensus on GMO safety is misleading and misrepresents diverse and inconclusive scientific evidence. The full range of scientific research needs to be taken into account, in open, transparent and honest debates which involve the broader society, when decisions of global concern are being made. This is a responsibility of scientists and science.” Another signatory to the statement, Prof Brian Wynne, associate director and co-principal investigator from 2002-2012 of the UK ESRC Centre for the Economic and Social Aspects of Genomics, Cesagen, Lancaster University, said: “It is misleading and irresponsible for anyone to claim that there is a consensus on these important issues. Many salient questions remain open, while more are being discovered and reported by independent scientists in the international scientific literature. Indeed answering of some key public interest questions based on such research have been left neglected for years by the huge imbalance in research funding, against thorough biosafety research and in favour of the commercial-scientific promotion of the technology.” This statement is released by ENSSER the week after the World Food Prize was awarded to employees of the GM seed giants Monsanto and Syngenta. This award has provoked outrage worldwide and stands in stark contrast to recent rulings in several countries restricting or banning the field release or commercialisation of certain GM crops. These include 9 countries in Europe and Mexico, but also developing countries like Bangladesh, Philippines, India where an indefinite moratorium on field release trials was recommended by the Technical Expert Committee of the Supreme Court unless certain conditions are met including proper safety testing. Furthermore, GMO approvals are under legal challenge in Argentina and Brazil due to questions over the scientific basis of approvals. Most if not all of them underline the lack of proof of safety and insufficient testing. Signatories of the statement include prominent and respected scientists, including Dr Hans Herren, a former winner of the World Food Prize and this year’s Alternative Nobel Prize laureate, and Dr Pushpa Bhargava, known as the father of modern biotechnology in India.

The secular humanists, liberals, abortionists and homosexuals are beside themselves with joy over the pope Francis' position against the fundamental ideologies of followers of Christ. They are expressing their desires now to go to church services as long as indulging and doing their sins will not be spoken against from the pulpits and during the Catholic mass when a very short sermon is given. Here are the five fundamental ideologies that could not be denied without falling into the error of liberalism and atheism. These are: (1) inerrancy of Scripture, and the errancy of man and man's traditions (2) the divinity of Jesus (3) the Virgin birth (4) Jesus’ death on the cross as a substitute for our sins, to save and liberate us from our sins and from the dark domain of satan (5) His physical resurrection and impending return. These doctrines are what separate the sheep from the goats. In this list; two, four and five cannot be denied while in any meaningful way remaining a Christian. After all, Christ is the center of Christianity, the Gospel is His death and resurrection and the great hope of the believer is in Jesus’ promise to return (Heb 9:28; Tit 2:13). Even an anti-theist said: "if you don’t believe that Jesus of Nazareth was the Christ and Messiah, and that He rose again from the dead and by His sacrifice your sins are forgiven and made free of sin provided you do not return to sin, you’re really not in any meaningful sense a Christian."

Last Thursday, Oct. 17, pope Francis while doing his daily mass attacked those faithful who become disciples of ideologies or advocates of ideologies and adherents to ideologies. What is an ideology? It's a set of beliefs, of ideas, of doctrines that form the basis of a political (fascism, communism, democracy), economic, or religious system. Based on past statements, Pope Francis’ remarks about ideologies were aimed to those Catholic-Christians who are anti-gay and anti-abortion, those who have made ideologies with anti-gay and anti-abortion strains; things which, as a matter of fact, are wrong and sins in the eyes of God according to His Holy Word in the Bible. During his mass Pope Francis called this ideological Christianity “an illness” that doesn’t serve Jesus Christ. Instead, it “frightens” people and pushes them away from religion Does this pope has his own ideologies that he is working for to make real? Of course. The Pope has shifted the focus of the Catholic Church to issues facing the poor in material possession and the sick in body physical (never mind those who are sick in soul and mind). He has railed against economic inequality. He often attacks “savage capitalism” and takes up the plight of the unemployed against a system that worships money. Earlier in September, the Pope also criticized conservative Catholics for focusing so much on abortion, same-sex marriage, and contraception. There is no doubt that the ideologies of this pope consist in supporting and helping the poor in material things; he believes in economic fairness; and he denounces hatred of gay people. He thinks the war against abortion and birth control has gone too far. According to the pope ideological extremism is dangerous, not only to Christianity, but to the world. According to Radio Vatican, this is what the Pope said during his daily Mass : “In ideologies there is not Jesus: in his tenderness, his love, his meekness. And ideologies are rigid, always. Of every sign: rigid. And when a Christian becomes a disciple of the ideology, he has lost the faith: he is no longer a disciple of Jesus, he is a disciple of this attitude of thought… For this reason Jesus said to them: ‘You have taken away the key of knowledge.’ The knowledge of Jesus is transformed into an ideological and also moralistic knowledge, because these close the door with many requirements. The faith becomes ideology and ideology frightens, ideology chases away the people, distances, distances the people and distances of the Church of the people. But it is a serious illness, this of ideological Christians. It is an illness, but it is not new, eh?” In this regard about sin/sins let us hear what Jesus said recently: Once the Heavens and Earth become one, there will be no PurgatorySaturday, October 12th, 2013 @ 17:10 My dearly beloved daughter, My Throne will be placed upon the renewed Earth and soon all will live in peace and harmony, in accordance with the Will of My Father. The world will become as it was in the beginning and no discord will be felt. All of God’s children, who are chosen to join with the angels and saints, will live a perfect existence. But know this. Those who do not accept the reality of the New Paradise, when they have been given every chance to decide which path they wish to choose, will not be given a second chance. Once the Heavens and Earth become one, there will be no Purgatory. The only path souls will take, who refuse to accept My Mercy when it is handed to them freely, will be the one which leads to Hell. Many will be so stubborn, because they rely almost completely on intellectual reasoning, that they will, unwittingly, chose to spend eternity in the fires of Hell. Those who do not believe in God, or accept the Truth, do not believe in the existence of Satan. He, the deceiver, will cloud their minds with lies, so as to entice them into the chambers of torture. Once there, because of his hatred of man, he will make them suffer non-stop for eternity. I cannot help these souls then. How I weep with bitter sorrow for the souls of the arrogant, the ignorant and those with hardened hearts. They are so stuffed with pride, that will never see Me because they can’t. It is not possible for a person to see Me or to be filled with My True Word, if they are stricken with the sin of pride. Those of you, on the other hand, who know Me, but who accept Me on your own terms – you too distance yourselves from Me. Why do you say you know Me and then twist what I told you about following Me? How can you call yourself a Christian and be prepared to accept false theology and lies, which you have twisted to suit your own lifestyles? Who are you if you do not follow Me and accept the full Truth of My Teachings? You are a traitor. You betray Me. When you betray Me once, you will be tempted to do it again and again, until finally, you will no longer be a Christian in My Eyes. I must call on all those who believe in My Word and ask you, when have I ever condoned sin? I forgive sin, but I never condone it. If you believe that I condone sin, then you justify sin. You will suffer for the error of your ways and you are no better than those who betrayed Me, mocked Me, laughed at Me and Crucified Me. Remember, I taught you the Truth. Nothing but the Truth will bring you to accept the salvation I now come to bring to the world, at this, the final stage of My Covenant to save humanity. Never forget that I Am the Truth. Only the Truth comes from Me. Your Jesus

Seeing the mindset of the youth, who will take over the affairs in the future, could we predict the future-outcome ? One thing is clear that the Azeris are still being taught that Artsakh is part of Azerbaijan, so this conflict will not have a solution in the future and will remain the same! In Azerbaijan and Armenia, the confusion of a forgotten youth By William Elmassian In La Monde, of France En Azerbaïdjan et en Arménie, le désarroi d'une jeunesse oubliée Translation is by "google translate engine" it's not always accurate and expect lots of mistakes and irregularities Between Azerbaijan and Armenia in conflict for a quarter century over Nagorno -Karabakh , the situation remains extremely tense and incidents are frequent on the " front line " . Youth from abroad look at it. Testimony . In Azerbaijan, where individual freedoms are restricted , the repression has increased with the approach of the presidential election October 9 2013.Ilham Aliyev , president since October 2003, has inherited this position after the withdrawal of his father and does not hear abandon . Sitting on the terrace of a cafe, three friends recount their complaints anonymously , asking to be designated as a "youth group " . "The authorities have become extremely sensitive and aggressive , " they warn . WIDESPREAD CORRUPTION One of them tells his return to Baku after studying in Europe: "Since I got back , I do not find me a job to meet my needs . I think the authorities wary of young people who have studied abroad : they say having seen democracy work , we will claim it here . all beautiful monuments and Mercedes you see are only a facade Azerbaijan is completely riddled with corruption , lack of freedom and justice , which prevents the majority of citizens live with dignity. " In Armenia , however , where President Serge Sarkisian elected 2008, was reappointed in February , freedom expression allows young people to criticize the "minimal democracy " that prevails. The expression is Varsik , a 25 year old student native of Gyumri , the second largest city after the capital , Yerevan . She complained , too, corruption and electoral fraud. "I know a lot of people that the president's party came canvass ; 5000ou 10000drams [ about 10 or 20 euros ] against vote. And to intimidate the numbers of their identity papers are identified. And it works . This is clearly seen in each result. Not to mention the non- indelible ink to dab some election cards... When I went to redo my passport and I asked the price , it was naturally said: " It is 1000 drams and another ticket in 1000 slipped into the old passport . " It is absurd , but still rooted in our culture. The change seems to be for tomorrow and many young people prefer to leave. " THE EXODUS OF YOUTH The exodus of large-scale , is a central concern. "Being a young Armenian today is from want " , says Arman, medical student at the University of Yerevan , which is preparing itself leave the country. Like most of his countrymen, he does not believe political change in Armenia. Nare , one of her friends, adds: " We have the right to say anything , but nobody listens to us ever ! " The young people of Karabagh also leave mainly to Russia, because jobs are scarce . However, in rural areas of Nagorno-Karabakh , a largely Young eventually return . As Sassoul : 34 years , he worked in Russia with enough money to open a garage in his hometown . " Before, I had a tractor I rented to farmers , but no money , so no payroll. I had to go to Russia to work in a factory , " he says , sitting on the edge of the sofa. Above the station TV , the picture of the brother Sassoul dead " for Karabakh " in In 2005 , eleven years after the cease -fire . " The problem here is that no work and no money but my family is here , my land is there. This may be a mistake but I will remain as possible. " In a Yerevan park, a young 22 year old Armenian takes the sun . She is called Ani , same as the ancient capital of Armenia, the "city the thousand and one churches ". The identity of the Armenian youth has built in culture a millennium memory , transmitted from generation to generation. "Obviously, being Armenian is a pride. How could it be otherwise? Our country is one of the oldest the world. " THE LOVE OF COUNTRY In Azerbaijan , the three friends bakinois ( the " youth group " ) are madly proud , too, of their country despite their aversion for the regime of President Aliyev : "Azerbaijan is not Paradise and those who claim to have never seen anything but I'm still proud to be Azerbaijani . Our people are good people as welcoming as tolerant, it is our system that is discard. However, I do not see myself living anywhere else . It leaves me not at liberty to do so, but I want to help Azerbaijan to develop. I love this country . We deserve so much better. " This love of country is unanimous , even away from Baku , where money Oil does not happen. Behruz young man of 32 years who supports power up, sees Azerbaijan as the only place on land where he could live . "The country is growing every day. That I ask? In Azerbaijan , we respect the traditions , we respect our elders while looking ahead still further, " he analysis by drinking his tea. " We are proud of our country because we are a great nation, even if other countries are sometimes unfair to us. " In Baku , Teymur young lawyer also supporting President Aliyev touts his country : "Later, I want to go live abroad, but always work for Azerbaijan and help become better known in the world. My country is too unknown , while , for example, we are the first in the world to giving the right to vote to women in 1918. " However, it recognizes that the development of Azerbaijan still hampered by blockages : " All is not perfect, the salaries are still too low , but we are a young country , independent for just twenty years. We have already succeeded in achieve many good things despite the considerable dispute we have with Armenia, which occupies 20 % of our territory [Artsakh and surrounding lands never were Azeri territory, some Azeris lived in Armenian territory of Artsakh along with Armenians and that does not make it Azeri land, still Azerbaijan occupies 15% of Armenian land]. There was more than one million [Azers] displaced and more than 15 % of the national budget there is assigned for them. Obviously, this hinders our development. " [and there were almost half millions Armenians who were displaced from Baku and surrounding towns & cities with thousand slaughtered by Azeris] His voice changes when he addresses the issue of Nagorno -Karabakh . "Obviously , I wish a peaceful resolution of the conflict. The President Aliyev always said that our military can resume our territory, but need to focus on solution diplomatic . He's right. I do not expect war. We already had for four years , that's enough ! Violence , the chaos economic . But we can not accept the occupation of our territory. The largest in the world must help us . How long will you wait? " Teymur continues his argument by question: " Legally, this territory is to us one . How such occupation is it possible today? " [Armenia&Artsakh is one, not other way around] Sevan Karian , Parisian lawyer of 28 years , an active player in the diaspora Armenian attempts an answer: " Legally, there are two non- human hierarchical opposed . On the one hand , the right to self-determination peoples , and the other the right to territorial integrity. In my understaning, in this case , the first has more strength, given the weak foundation upon which this so-called membership territorial . But the neighbor [the Azers] did not acept it that way. " VOLUNTEERS FIGHTING In Azerbaijan, there are few who think a peaceful exit conflict, but the three friends remain hopeful : "As long as the same leaders are in power , nothing will change. However, our two people are very close to one another in many areas . it Twenty years ago , we cohabitions smoothly. There was even intermarriage. We need our two peoples will find the to " re-meet " without the politicians of the world whole involved in the discussion , each with its interests personal . Armenians also have a long history , and we must respect their history like ours. We will not be moved our country anyway , so this is the mutual respect that comes the salvation of the South Caucasus . " In Yerevan , the Armenian girl Ani , who has not experienced war or Azerbaijanis never met , do not want the situation change: " The Nagorno-Karabakh is our territory , and if we were their give an inch , I would go myself to war . it is our history , we do not mess with ! I 've never met but I have a very bad opinion of Azerbaijanis . They are aggressive and provocative . If one day I were to meet one, I think I kill him , so I prefer to avoid ... " Nagorno-Karabakh , the memories are still too vivid to imagine reopening of borders. Everyone fears the war while there preparing . "We all live in our land and that's fine , says Sassoul . I do not need any more " , however warns " . The next time they come to attack us , we will go to Baku "If one day the conflict restarts, many young people will probably volunteered to fight . As Souren , who wants to leave to Russia " never to return " , but that changes when speech we talk about a possible resumption of hostilities. This hypothesis the leaves long silent. His jaw tightens. Behind him, the living room curtains dancing in the wind. Then, after a long time, he asserts : " I will return to fight by obligation. . " William Elmassian ( World Academy )

The Turmoil of The Armenian Apostolic Church!
man replied to man's topic in † Armenian Apostolic Church
The Armenian Church is Held Hostage by Its Hierarchy: Part 2 by Vosgan Mekhitarian (the author Vasgan: Please do not exploit our devotion and faith in the Armenian Church. If these conditions are not corrected, in all likelihood, they will create further disunity and discord, thus threatening the existence of our nation.) If "Jesus is the Savior of the World" then He is the Savior of Armenia since Armenia is part of the world. Taking our eyes off Jesus is what will be threatening the existence of our nation (and may I add our souls) Mr. Vasgan the author. Pray that Jesus will anoint your eyes for you to see 21 Oct. 2013 MORE details at: http://hetq.am/eng/opinion/30136/the-armenian-church-is-held-hostage-by-its-hierarchy-part-2.html Having looked at the various [human] types of law that govern the human condition [except the Law of God of which the author is mostly ignorant], how should one regard the relationship between the Holy See of Etchmiadzin and the Patriarchate of Jerusalem? We maintain the public be the judge. Before analyzing [the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem] Nourhan Patriarch’s letter of protest, it is important to pay attention to the sentiments and discontent of our readers, i.e., that the relationship between the two patriarchates of Jerusalem and Istanbul is in a state of discord. During the last Jerusalem patriarchal elections, Catholicos Kareken II attempted to interfere and manipulate the situation but was thwarted. Furthermore, while late Torkom Patriarch was the Locum tenant in Etchmiadzin, he attested to the corruption of the Nersisyan clan and was courageous enough to express his opinions and make recommendations, which were not cordially received by Archbishop Karekin Nersisyan and his clan. Let’s return to the protest letter dated August 3, 2013, and analyze the impetus for Nourhan Patriarch to officially pen and submit such a letter. Foremost, the letter was written in a brotherly spirit, a letter addressed to his big brother, Catholicos Karekin the II. Second was the final decision of the Supreme Religious Council to accept Archbishop Norvan’s resignation from his post as Primate of France. The non-elected and irresponsible members of the Religious Council, did not have the courage and integrity to question His Holiness Karekin the II and under duress and pressure, took the degrading decision to accept the resignation of Archbishop Norvan. What would they think if, instead of Archbishop Norvan, one of them had their own integrity questioned and their spineless “brothers” took such a heartless decision? They would probably curse the day they joined the ranks of the clergy. It is understandable and only just that a brother should be able to advice his older brother to be lenient and considerate of another brother, even though there are some misunderstandings, and that the latter deserves punishment commensurate with his transgression. But in a situation like this, where there is injustice perpetrated, it is unconscionable to stand by and let a brother be sacrificed and become the target of vengeance. After mentioning in his letter that the decision was “unacceptable and unjust”, Patriarch Nourhan [the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem] suggests that his Holiness should act with forgiveness towards his younger brothers. “ Two years ago you (Karekin II) tried to convince Torkom Patriarch to elect Co-adjutor and when Archbishop Aris Shirvanian objected saying that there is no such Article in the Jerusalem Patriarchal constitution, you were furious and declared ‘I will defrock all of you’, and furthermore you repeated the same to me and my answer was ‘Is this how you will threaten every one? Don’t you know anything else’?” [it's said that even he treatened the one of Atrsakh to resign] It is very likely that this threat has seriously affected all members of the Jerusalem Patriarchate. Indeed it is very sad, but it reflects a reality, a reality that is unlawful, unjust and non-Christian, and unfortunately this kind of behavior is practiced in both Catholicosates--Etchmiadzin and Antelias. The last piece of advice given by Nourhan Patriarch [the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem], where he says that “it is impossible to bring up and prepare a healthy- minded new generation of clergy under pressure and dictatorship”, is a sad commentary on the state of affairs in the church, which is not only widely expressed in the general newspapers, but is also expressed by members of the clergy, who are currently suffocated and muzzled under the dictatorship of the Catholicos. The bishops that participated in the conference, especially those who grew up in the Jerusalem Patriarchate, knew all these facts, but did not have the courage to bring this subject up for discussion at the Bishops’ conference. What will the young generation of clergy think? One can only shudder to imagine what the impact of that letter will be on the psyche of the clergy. 2 Comments to Vasgan's article: 1. American Hye 11:03 - 21 October, 2013 Church exists for people to strengthen their relationship with God. Democracy is not required for a church to thrive, democracy may not even be helpful. The idea of an Armenian Church governed "of, by, and for the people" is a clearly American idea - that phrase comes from the U.S. Constitution. Armenian clergy in Armenia are very careful to resist such foreign ideas, and perhaps they should. But outside of the Armenian Liturgy, there is a clear lack of Christian teaching in Armenian churches. The Armenian Liturgy is beautiful in its praise of God. But outside of the Liturgy, there is an excessive and bizarre focus on race, ethnicity, and overall "Armenianness", such as in sermons and during non-liturgical gatherings. This is a danger to Christianity, a disservice to those believers seeking God and Communion with other believers. The canonization of over a million genocide victims continues the strangeness. How about merely canonizing those victims who clearly lived holy lives and devoted themselves to God, people whom we regard as having attained their reward in God's Kingdom? Armenians exterminated by Turks because they were Armenian is lamentable, and we lament the brutality every day of our lives, but are these the kinds of people who have shown us how to love God? I don't think so. If the Bishop's Synod will not even consider discussing these simple questions, then I will have to practice my Christian faith elsewhere. Armenian church is yet another failed Armenian institution, where people mainly seek to show off their clothes and cars, and to bask in their own glory. Such environments are anything but Christian. 2. Not Hye 17:24 - 21 October, 2013 Since his Beatitude Archbishop Nourhan Manougian took his position, he has been showing leadership and has already made positive changes to the Armenian Patriarchate of Jerusalem. I am not surprised to read this article and learn that again he showed that he is the right man to lead, to teach and mentor and be a symbol of good and Christianity. =========== in part 1 of Oct. 6: The Armenian Church is Held Hostage by Its Hierarchy: Part 1 http://hetq.am/eng/opinion/29854/the-armenian-church-is-held-hostage-by-its-hierarchy-part-1.html Vosgan Mekhitarian wrote: The most recent Synod conference, which took place in Etchmiadzin from September 24 -27 of this year.....The topics and issues discussed were clearly secondary and non-essential in nature,.....One cannot understand why the Synod did not address the most crucial issues that threaten the stability of the church’s foundation, the threats that are related to the internal life of the church and the collective and private lives of our people. Why is it that no one from the participating clergy addressed the following issues? --The letter of protest of the Patriarch of Jerusalem, His Beatitude Archbishop Nourhan Manougian—addressed to his Holiness Karekin II—and the impact of that letter on the psyche of the clergy. --The resignation letter of the Primate of France, His Eminence Archbishop Norvan Zakarian and the impact of that letter on the psyche of the coming generation of the clergy. --The illegal election of the Supreme Council of the Armenian Church in Holy Etchmiadzin. --The re-evaluation of the spiritual mission of the clergy and the requirement to abstain from involvement in secular businesses. --How to revitalize the spiritual life of the church and reflect it in the daily lives of ordinary people. In other words, the issue of being the guiding light and spiritual compass of the people. --To stay away from all secular wealth and to focus on, and to understand and heal the spiritual wounds of the people. --The church, as a “hospital-in-the-battlefield,” needs to heal the wounds of its soldiers and to reassure the hearts of the faithful and give them hope for the future. --The church has to develop an appropriate standpoint regarding gender issues, specifically as it relates to women and their place in the daily life of the church. The church cannot subsist without a comprehensive understanding of women and their role in it. --The most crucial issue of celibacy of the clergy (the quasi-married status (legal/non legal) of high-ranking clergy). A solution needs to be found to end this nefarious practice. --The covert and surreptitious practice of homosexuality in the church. --The church must have a clear stand regarding abortions and must articulate it unambiguously, as they have direct implications for the survival of our nation. In the future, we [Vasgan the author] will evaluate and analyze individually issues that are mentioned here and we will suggest reasonable solutions. Please do not exploit our [Vasgan the author] devotion and faith in the Armenian Church. If these conditions are not corrected, in all likelihood, they will create further disunity and discord, thus threatening the existence of our nation. If "Jesus is the Savior of the World" then He is the Savior of Armenia since Armenia is part of the world. Taking our eyes off Jesus is what will be threatening the existence of our nation (and may I add our souls) Mr. Vasgan the author. Pray that Jesus will anoint your eyes for you to see -
Chicago centenarian [107 years old] honored as one of Armenian mass-slaughter's last survivors By Jennifer Delgado | Tribune reporter October 20, 2013http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2013-10-20/news/chi-armenian-genocide-20131020_1_armenian-genocide-centenarian-relatives Helen Paloian started her life without a home. Orphaned as a young child in Armenia, Paloian — then Helen Kherdian — wandered the streets, begging for food and shelter. She witnessed Ottoman Turk soldiers raid her village and deport the locals, just before mass killings that many historians call the Armenian genocide began in 1915, her relatives said. During those killings, she briefly found refuge in an Armenian church but fled when she learned Turkish soldiers planned to burn it. She later moved into an orphanage that relocated several times across the Middle East until a cousin found her and brought her to Racine, Wis., in the mid-1920s. On Sunday, a white-haired Paloian sat smiling, surrounded by family in the place that has become her home — St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Church on the city’s Northwest Side, which honored the 107-year-old, believed to be one of the tragedy’s last survivors, for her strength, perseverance and faith in God. “It’s amazing. It’s as if the more bad things that have happened to her in 107 years, the stronger her faith is,” the Rev. Aren Jebejian told church members during a morning service. “By living today, she is an example to all of us.” Almost a century ago, the Ottoman Turks killed an estimated 1.5 million Armenians as their empire dissolved during World War I. Many historians have called the period a genocide, but Turkey disagrees and has never formally apologized, said Richard Hovannisian, a professor emeritus at UCLA who held the Armenian Educational Foundation Chair in Armenian History. Born in 1906, according to relatives, Paloian does not remember how her parents died. During the slaughter, two of Paloian’s two older brothers were exiled and a third brother left for the U.S. Later on, she briefly reunited with the third brother but never heard from the other two again, relatives said. Left on her own, Paloian lived on the streets until she was rescued by a woman from an orphanage, where she stayed until the end of World War I. After the war ended, the orphanage moved to other countries, like Syria and Lebanon. Paloian followed. By chance, an American cousin of Paloian’s named Jacob Hardy found out she was living in Greece as he was recovering at an American hospital after he served during World War I. Visiting relatives had brought him an Armenian newspaper that listed orphans living in that country, including one he believed was his long-lost cousin. That suspicion was enough for him to travel to Greece to bring her back to the U.S. with him. The pair traveled as far as Cuba before a Chicagoan originally from Armenia agreed to travel to Havana to wed Paloian, mainly to ease her entry into the U.S. The two wedded in February 1926 in a civil ceremony in Havana. Once in the U.S., Paloian and her husband, Zadig, decided to stay together and eventually had four children. To this day, Paloian talks about her love of America and how God has taken care of her despite the hardships, said her granddaughter, Marianne Ajemian. Paloian lives on the top floor of a two-flat with a caregiver in the Montclare neighborhood, just above her son and daughter-in-law. “She was obviously very blessed … with a strong mind and spirit,” said Ajemian, when asked what has made Paloian live this long. “She loved life and she loved helping people … and I don’t think she ever wanted to say goodbye.” At the service, Paloian wore a gentle smile as she sat in the pews, sometimes craning her neck to get a better view of the rituals performed at the altar. She clutched a cane inside the church, which was filled with the smell of incense and illuminated by small chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. Afterward, relatives helped her walk down the stairs to a special luncheon, where children gave her a red rose corsage. “She had the worst life and God saw fit for her to live the longest. That’s what impresses me,” said her nephew, Chuck Hardy, who sat next to Paloian during the meal. “God works in a mysterious ways.” jmdelgado@tribune.com Twitter @jendelgado1

The new article is coming at the bottom after this old one: ARMENIAN REQUIEM : A Fine Sense of Survival : THE FIRST ACT OF HONORING HISTORY IS TO HEAR THE STORY. THE SECOND IS TO MAKE IT YOUR OWN. April 26, 1992|Bernard Ohanian | Bernard Ohanian is a Berkeley-based writer whose recent work includes "A Day in the Life of Italy" and "Baseball in America," both published by Collins. Eva Ohanian was born, she told us, in 1905 in the village of Toumarza, in central Anatolia, in a four-room clay house where pillows were the only furniture and water came from a spring in the back yard. There was every reason to expect that she'd live her whole life in Toumarza, where she'd marry young and have as many children as God wanted. But her story really began in 1915, when most Armenian stories begin. Turks had been killing Armenians by the tens of thousands in sporadic pogroms, most recently in 1896 and 1909, in an effort to create a nation free of troublesome, non-Moslem minority groups. Then, during World War I, the Turks claimed that the Armenians might collaborate with the Allies and had to be deported. On the night of April 24, 1915, hundreds of Armenian intellectuals and community leaders in Constantinople were gathered up by Turkish security police and executed. The next day, Armenian families in virtually every part of the Ottoman Empire were rousted from their homes. Most men and boys were shot on the spot; the women, children and the surviving males began walking, under the rifle prods of Turkish soldiers on horseback. Their destination was Der El-zor, the desert east of Aleppo in present-day Syria. Eva's brother Sarkis, already in America, had sent her a little money, and on the morning that the Turks came, Eva tied it up in a ribbon in her hair while her mother stuffed bread into her pockets. Within days, Eva, her mother, father and younger sister Nazalee were eating grass they pulled from the ground as they walked and drinking whatever water they could find out of sight of the soldiers. Eva saw stragglers shot to death; she saw the sick and starving crawling away from the march to die alone. She and her family walked for three weeks, until the soldiers left them for the night at an informal refugee encampment on the outskirts of Aleppo. Eva was 10 years old. "Your grandmother died in Aleppo," she said to my father. "My mother." I watched her face, waiting for her to cry, and realized that she was watching me right back, just as carefully. "The first night in Aleppo," Eva said, "she wanted to wash our hair because we had lice. Suddenly, after finishing, she got sick. I remember her throwing up, then crawling on the ground saying, 'I'm sick, I'm sick.' My father sent Nazalee and me off to sleep. The next morning, I heard her saying, 'Keep going. Kill me, kill me.' Blood was flowing from her mouth, and she died. She died. She just died." The three of us fell silent, each considering the horror. I would learn later that Eva's story was unique only in its particulars. In research for their upcoming University of California Press book "Survivors: An Oral History of the Armenian Genocide," USC professor Donald E. Miller and his wife, Lorna Touryan Miller, the daughter of a survivor, interviewed more than 100 survivors, who told of seeing husbands and fathers bayoneted to death; of mothers who dropped back to care for dying children, knowing that such a move would kill them, too; and of young girls who joined hands and jumped into the Euphrates River, rather than be raped by Turkish soldiers. That night at my father's home, I pulled out several books about the massacres and stared at the photos of Armenian refugee children--the tattered clothes, the vacant eyes, the bare feet. I wanted them to feel less foreign to me, but I kept wondering how that was possible. What did I know about starvation, about cholera, about the despair that led young girls to leap to their deaths? If they're Armenian, I thought, I'm not. "I NEVER SAW MY FATHER AND SISTER AGAIN," AUNT EVA TOLD US WHEN WE went back the next day. "My father's eyes had become so bad that he couldn't see. He asked two women to help him find a place for my sister to live; the four of them went off, and he said he'd come back for me. He never did." Another woman in the Aleppo camp sold Eva to an Arab family, telling her that it was her best hope of survival. And in fact, while Eva dusted, washed and cooked in her new home, the Turks pushed the Armenians into desert concentration camps from which few returned. "The family treated me well," Eva recalled, "but I wanted to leave, to be with my people. I thought I'd have to live the rest of my life in that house." One day Eva answered a knock on the door to find a couple whispering to her in Armenian, telling her to come with them. They had been sent by her brother Sarkis, who had arrived from America in search of his family. In Allied-occupied Adana, a city northwest of Aleppo, Sarkis had met by chance an Armenian from Aleppo, a young man named Hagop, who recognized Eva's picture and knew where she lived. http://articles.latimes.com/1992-04-26/magazine/tm-1286_1_aunt-eva/2 ============== PIERCE: The Virtue in SufferingOctober 21, 2013 By ZACH PIERCE http://cornellsun.com/blog/2013/10/21/pierce-the-virtue-in-suffering/ September of 1922 on the Aegean Sea: The diminutive bodies of two newborn twins, a boy and a girl, are dumped over the side of a Greek ship. Their mother sobs quietly on deck. Somewhere on the Anatolian mainland, her husband is being transported to a prison camp. She is weak from hunger, and bruised from the savage beating she received the night before from a Turkish soldier. For the second time in her life, she has been driven from home and had her entire family taken from her, and she is only 17 years old. Her name is Eva, and she is my great grandmother. A full account of Eva’s story of surviving the Armenian Genocide was written by my uncle Bernard and published in the LA Times Magazine in 1992. (the same as the above one). At 10 years old, she and her family were forced from their village and marched many miles south into the Syrian desert. She watched her mother die outside of Aleppo, and her father and sister were separated from her, never to be seen again. Her situation was so dire that being sold into slavery, where she worked in an Arab home, can only be described as an act of divine providence. And yet, as she recalled these horrors for my uncle while sitting in her living room in Pasadena, near the end of her 84 years, she concluded, “I’ve had a good life. I wouldn’t change anything.” I originally read her words from a distance of incomprehension that could have been measured in light-years. How could a life scarred by so much death and misery ever be considered good? And how could she have never wished things had been different: That her parents had lived to see her marry; that her husband had seen their first-born twins; and that these two innocent souls had been given a chance at life? The existence of evil cannot be denied, and it has been a perennial struggle for humanity to try to make sense of this fact. Cornell’s own Menachem Rosensaft, Adjunct Professor of Law, recently wrestled with this issue in a sermon that was published by the Washington Post, which tells of his search for the presence of God in the senseless barbarism of the Holocaust. As Rosensaft explains, some ultra-Orthodox Jews have “blamed the Holocaust on Zionists who had refused to wait for the Messianic redemption,” while others take a more measured, but less conclusive stance, and reason “that the Holocaust had to have been part of a divine plan, even if human beings could not comprehend God’s reasons.” Yet, this latter point still leaves the question of how God could seemingly abandon his people to be slaughtered. Rosensaft argues that God had not abandoned them, but was with those who suffered: “God was also within every Jewish parent who comforted a child on the way to a gas chamber, and within every Jew who told a story or a joke or sang a melody in a death camp barrack to alleviate another Jew’s agony.” God was with those who endured, who resisted and even those non-Jews who sheltered the persecuted. While Rosensaft helped me see the presence of God in my great grandmother’s suffering, he did not help me understand how she was able to subsequently accept it with such serenity. Among the older generations of Armenian men in my family, it was common to despise the Turkish government, or even Turkish people themselves, for the events that transpired, leaving hundreds of thousands of Armenians dead and many more displaced. That hatred in my family was laid to rest with them and never passed on to me, and I see now that I have Eva to thank for that. Perhaps evil exists because it is necessary; perhaps affliction presents an opportunity. The astounding humility and grace with which Eva accepted her life seems perfectly symmetrical to the magnitude of torture she faced. The events that emptied her expelled all vanity and purified her. It is because she was taken to such desperate lows that she was bestowed with such magnanimous depth. It is because she was separated from her husband that they were able to remain ever faithful after being reunited. It is because she was robbed of her first two children that she was able to love the five that followed so dearly. It is because things looked so grim early on that she was able to look back toward the end and conclude, justly, that it was good.

The Sunday Times: British special forces secretly trained the Azeris on how to kill [Armenians] by Sniper Guns, all paid by the UK Government Oct.21, 2013 The Foreign and Commonwealth Office of UK paid for the training of Azerbaijan’s special forces by British SAS (British special commando forces), the British Sunday Times writes. According to a leaked secret-document (codenamed Operation Lanark) seen by The Sunday Times, members of the UK’s elite fighting force taught their counterparts sniper skills and how to storm buildings as part of a six-week training mission. “The paper says one of the aims of the deployment in 2006 — codenamed Operation Lanark — was to “enhance” the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of UK's standing in the central Asian republic,” the article reads. The article notes that western politicians have long been keen to court Azerbaijan and Ilham Aliyev, its president, because of the vast oil and gas reserves beneath the Caspian Sea. [And because of their deep-buried hate of those pagan western politicians for Armenians]. “But human rights groups have accused Aliyev’s government of seeking to silence opposition by arresting and imprisoning dozens of political activists on bogus charges,” The Sunday Times reports. http://www.panorama.am/en/society/2013/10/21/sunday-times/

HAS THE COUNTDOWN TO ARMAGEDDON BEGUN? --Blood-Moons in 2014-15 --“The Apocalypse (the unveiling of the end times) speaks powerfully of trouble ahead with storm warnings that carrying a booming jolt of truth. The warning is clear: prepare to meet thy God – followed by the voice of the gentle Shepherd – ‘Come.’” --A new world is coming, Graham wrote. The paradise that humanity lost in the Garden of Eden will be regained. Christ is coming to conquer evil and establish his perfect rule over all creation By Troy Anderson Just as Noah did in ancient times, world-renowned evangelist Billy Graham is sounding the alarm that the Second Coming is “near” and signs of the end of the age are “converging now for the first time since Jesus made those predictions.” Earlier this month, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told the United Nations General Assembly “biblical prophecies are being realized.” And last week, Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., claimed the world has entered the last days. “When you see up is down and right is wrong, when this is happening, we were told this: that these days would be as the days of Noah,” Bachmann said. The remarks by Graham, Netanyahu and Bachmann come amid a steadily rising wave of public interest in the end times, as demonstrated by recent polls and New York Times and Amazon.com bestselling books such as “The Harbinger: The Ancient Mystery That Holds the Secret of America’s Future,” by Rabbi Jonathan Cahn, and “Four Blood Moons: Something is About to Change,” by Pastor John Hagee. In September, a poll by the Ventura, Calif.-based Barna Group found 4 in 10 Americans – and 77 percent of evangelical Christians – believe the “world is now living in the biblical end times.” Now, a new wave of end-times predictions for 2014 and 2015 involving blood moons on Jewish holy days and prophetically significant events on the Shemitah – the ancient biblical year of the Sabbath – are igniting even more interest in humanity’s ultimate fate. Throw in next year’s reboot of the “Left Behind” film featuring Nicolas Cage and the cinematic destruction of biblical proportions in “Noah,” starring Russell Crowe, and last-days fever is back with a mainstream vengeance. “I think we’re on the verge of a global awakening in interest in apocalyptic events,” said Paul McGuire, an internationally recognized prophecy expert who is a regular commentator on Fox News and CNN and appeared on two highly rated History Channel specials, including “7 Signs of the Apocalypse.” “I see a fuse being lit here, between what Billy Graham, Michele Bachman and Benjamin Netanyahu said, and I think there is going to be an explosion of interest in the end times like nothing we’ve ever seen before,” McGuire said. Watching the signs In an exclusive email interview with WND, Graham, 94, who is giving what may be his last message to the world as part of the My Hope America with Billy Graham evangelistic outreach in early November, said the world is “coming toward the end of the age.” “There’s a great deal to say in the Bible about the signs we’re to watch for and when these signs all converge at one place we can be sure that we’re close to the end of the age,” Graham wrote. “And those signs, in my judgment, are converging now for the first time since Jesus made those predictions.” In his new book, “The Reason for My Hope: Salvation,” the famed preacher who has delivered the gospel message to more people face-to-face than anyone in history wrote the great hope of the Christian faith rests in the promised return of Christ. Graham said he now has a burden for “sounding the alarm for humanity to repent and turn from their sin … just as Noah did in ancient days.” “God keeps his promises, and this is why we can be sure that the return of Christ is near,” Graham said. “Scripture tells us that there will be signs pointing toward the return of the Lord. I believe all these signs are evident today.” The evangelistic outreach and book come as a number of major evangelists – Graham, his son Franklin Graham, Reinhard Bonnke, Greg Laurie, Luis Palau, Banning Liebscher and others – are turning their attention toward America in the hope of helping ignite what Graham calls an end-times “great spiritual awakening.” In what the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association describes as the largest outreach in its six-decade history, Graham will give a dynamic and poignant pre-recorded message the week of Nov. 7, his 95th birthday. The My Hope programs will be available for viewing online and on YouTube. The Cross, the primary program in the My Hope series, will be broadcast on the Fox News channel, TBN, Christian networks and local television stations in a number of cities. The event follows an open letter Graham released in the summer of 2012 titled “My Heart Aches for America.” In the letter, Graham wondered what his late wife, Ruth, would think of a nation in which “self-centered indulgence, pride and a lack of shame over sin are now emblems of the American lifestyle.” Graham compared America to the ancient city of Nineveh, the lone superpower of its time. When the prophet Jonah finally traveled to Nineveh and proclaimed God’s warning, the people repented and escaped judgment, Graham wrote, adding he believes the same thing could happen today. Acceleration The end-times warnings by Graham, Netanyahu, Bachmann and others come amid a series of events in recent years that have prompted many to ask whether the countdown to Armageddon has begun. The events include the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Hurricane Katrina, the global recession and more recently what some view as an increase in purported end-times signs, including super-earthquakes, mega-tsunamis and gargantuan storms and tornadoes. “We’re looking at things like the possibility of another global economic meltdown,” said McGuire, an author of 22 prophecy books, including “The Day the Dollar Died” and the upcoming “A Prophecy of the Future of America.” “Consider the earthquake warnings, the potential volcanic eruption of Yellowstone, the Japanese tsunamis and the radiation from the Fukushima nuclear disaster traveling across the ocean and contaminating the food supply here on the West Coast, along with massive tornadoes the size of which we’ve never seen in human history,” he said. McGuire said government and scientific experts are also expressing concerns about the potential of a massive West Coast tsunami, increased solar flare activity and severe climate change. “The dramatic and unprecedented planetary climate change is something on the level of the apocalyptic predictions of the Bible,” McGuire said. “We’re on the verge right now, because of climate change, of massive food and water shortages, which could affect tens of millions of people worldwide because of the droughts that have occurred. The intense heat and water shortages have dried up the crops, and we are going to see that play out in the near future because of all the freak weather.” Blood moons Against this apocalyptic backdrop, prominent faith leaders such as Graham, Greg Laurie, Cahn and John Hagee say they are witnessing an unparalleled acceleration in last-days signs that suggest the Second Coming is fast approaching. Hagee, pastor of Cornerstone Church and author of the newly-released book “Four Blood Moons,” told his 22,000-member congregation recently that the appearance of four blood moons on Jewish holy days between April 2014 and October 2015 points to a “world-shaking event” that could signify the beginning of events leading up to the seven-year Great Tribulation. “I believe that the heavens are God’s billboard – that he has been sending signals to planet Earth and we just haven’t been picking them up,” Hagee told his San Antonio, Texas, congregation. “Today, with the help of God’s word and some very astute scientists, I’m going to walk you through 500 years (of four blood moons on Jewish feast days) and show you how God is literally screaming at the world: ‘I am coming soon.’” The phenomenon, a rare combination of lunar and solar eclipses, has only occurred a few times in the last 500 years – 1492, 1948 and 1967. It will happen again in 2014-15. The previous dates correspond with the Jews’ expulsion from Spain and Christopher Columbus’ discovery of America (a sanctuary for the Jewish people), the creation of Israel, the Six-Day War and what Hagee and other Bible prophecy scholars believe could be the Middle East “War of Gog and Magog” predicted by the prophet Ezekiel 2,700 years ago. This war, according to Bible prophecy scholars, involves an attack on Israel by a coalition of nations led by Russia and Iran. “The Bible speaks of signs in the heavens that have been discovered and recorded by NASA that you yourself can find on Google on the Internet,” Hagee told his church. “The coming four blood moons point to a world-shaking event that will happen between April 2014 and October 2015. What does it mean? What is the prophetic significance? Is this the end of the age?” Likewise, Cahn, author of “The Harbinger,” which has remained on the New York Times bestseller list since its release in January 2012, says his book highlights a pattern of escalating judgments at seven-year intervals on the Shemitah that may point to another major prophetic event between September 2014 and September 2015. Cahn’s book, based on a real-life prophetic mystery he discovered in Isaiah 9, frames a biblical warning of national judgment in a narrative as a journalist encounters a mysterious figure, “The Prophet,” who claims the same nine harbingers of divine judgment that preceded the destruction of Israel 2,700 years ago are now manifesting in America. The book, and its newly released nonfiction version, “The Harbinger Companion,” notes that the greatest stock market crashes in American history occurred seven years apart. The first was shortly after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks and the next on Sept. 29, 2008, amid a global economic panic. “Both crashes took place on the exact same biblical day, Elul 29, the day of the Shemitah, the day appointed in the Bible to strike a nation’s financial realm, and wipe clean its financial accounts,” said Cahn, the senior rabbi at the nation’s largest messianic congregation, the Beth Israel Worship Center in Wayne, N.J. “The Shemitah is based on a seven-year cycle,” he said. “If you go back seven years from the greatest crash in our financial history, it takes you to [sept. 17, 2001].” And while Sept. 11, 2001, and Sept. 29, 2008, are not exactly seven years apart on the Western calendar, they are on the biblical Hebrew calendar, Cahn pointed out. “On the biblical Hebrew calendar, it was Elul 29, the Day of the Shemitah, to strike a nation’s financial realm,” Cahn said. “So the greatest crashes in American history, up to those days, each happened on the exact same biblical day, the day that just happened to be appointed to strike a nation’s financial realm, and exactly seven biblical years apart to the very day and the very hours.” The next Shemitah begins in September 2014 and concludes in September 2015. And while he’s not “dogmatic as to what will happen,” Cahn said it’s quite curious to note that the dates of the blood moons “in some ways parallel the Shemitah’s in that they take place also between 2014 and 2015.” “The correlation between (the blood moons) and the Hebrew holidays are very interesting,” Cahn said. “The occurrence of the blood moons on these Jewish holidays occurred only a few times in the past 2,000 years. Some of these, in the early Middle Ages, are hard to connect to significant dates. But the last three, the Spanish expulsion, the birth of Israel and the regaining of Jerusalem, are all very significant dates in Jewish history and, in the case of two of these, in end-time prophecy.” Haven’t we heard this before? Despite these apocalyptic portents, critics point to a nearly endless string of failed end-times predictions dating back thousands of years. This includes the the Mayan apocalypse on Dec. 21, 2012, and radio evangelist Harold Camping’s prediction that Christ would return on May 21, 2011. Laurie, pastor of the 15,000-member Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, Calif., and president of Harvest Crusades, said he’s seen many end-times prognosticators come and go over the last several decades. Laurie, who got his start under the ministry of Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa Pastor Chuck Smith, who died Oct. 3 at age 86, became a Christian during the Jesus Movement of the 1970s – a time when there was a great emphasis on the imminent return of Christ. It was the decade of Hal Lindsey’s “The Late Great Planet Earth,” the book the New York Times called the “No. 1 nonfiction bestseller” of the 1970s. The book popularized prophetic beliefs about the last days and contributed to the Jesus Movement. “Well, clearly, decades have passed and Jesus has not returned,” Laurie said. “Were we misguided in our beliefs? Well, I don’t think we were. The Bible says that God is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance and it also says in the same series of verses that God is not late as some men count lateness, but is longsuffering toward us. “And I’m glad that God did not answer our prayers back in the early ’70s for Jesus to come back, because if he had, there would have been a lot of people who would have missed the Rapture and would have gone through the Tribulation period.” Today, Franklin Graham, the president of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, said there is an urgency and sense “that the Lord Jesus could be returning soon.” “The Bible gives us warning signs,” he said. “Jesus told his disciples the things people should be looking for, and I believe all the prophecies that have to take place for Jesus to return have been fulfilled.” One of the big prophecies was the rebirth of the nation of Israel in 1948. “It’s just now a question of when is that time, and I believe in my own heart that it’s sometime soon,” he said. “When I say soon – the next 10, 20 years – I don’t know. But as far as the history of the world, I believe we’re coming down to the midnight hour on God’s clock.” ‘We can’t go on much longer’ Charlie Daniels, the country music legend and the host of the recent documentary, “Behold a Pale Horse: America’s Last Chance,” said Billy Graham is a very dedicated man of God and “what he’s feeling is very much valid and in connection with what is going on now.” “I also feel the end times are approaching,” said Daniels, who is best known for his No. 1 country hit “The Devil Went Down to Georgia.” “I don’t know the chronology. I don’t know when it’s going to happen, but I know it’s closer than it was. I believe that the things left to be fulfilled in the Bible could be fulfilled in a very short amount of time.” It’s a time, Billy Graham wrote in “The Reason for My Hope: Salvation,” to take the news of the day in one hand and the Bible in the other and watch the unfolding of the great drama of the ages come together. “This is an exciting and thrilling time to be alive,” wrote Graham, a man who has preached to more people – 2.2 billion – than any Protestant in history and who has appeared on Gallup’s list of the most admired men in the world 56 times since 1955, more than any other individual in the world. “I would not want to live in any other period,” he said. “The Apocalypse (the unveiling of the end times) speaks powerfully of trouble ahead with storm warnings that carrying a booming jolt of truth. The warning is clear: prepare to meet thy God – followed by the voice of the gentle Shepherd – ‘Come.’” A new world is coming, Graham wrote. The paradise that humanity lost in the Garden of Eden will be regained. Christ is coming to conquer evil and establish his perfect rule over all creation “But until then God wants to give everyone an opportunity to know Christ through repentance and faith,” Graham wrote. “Regardless of what society says, we can’t go on much longer in the sea of immorality without judgment coming. We are at a crossroads, and there are profound moral issues at stake. It is time to return to biblical truth.” The Author, Troy Anderson, is An award-winning journalist at the Los Angeles Daily News, The Press-Enterprise and other newspapers for two decades, Troy Anderson writes for Reuters, WND, Charisma and many other media outlets. This is a very important message from God the Father, He talks about the union of the world’s churches (including the Armenian Church?). The new world religion. He talks about the antichrist person now alive on earth but not being yet revealed to the public, (a non-religious person who will be embraced by the pope and by religion as the false "savior of the world"?): "I, the Father of all of you, God the Most High, wish it to be made known that the antichrist is about to be embraced by My enemies in secret rituals. He is being sworn in behind hidden walls, in places, which are meant for the Adoration of My Son. "Everyone will love the antichrist, as he will represent the world outside of religion, on the one hand, but because he will be embraced by the false imposter in My Son’s Church on Earth, he will be seen to represent all that is sacred in the world. "You, My children, will be hurt and tormented by the beast – the antichrist - if you cave into pressures which force you to embrace the new false doctrine, which is now being carefully and ruthlessly prepared." God the Father: Satan and his demons have recruited a very large armyTuesday, October 8th, 2013 @ 15:40 My dearest daughter, My Divine Powers are given to all of My children who turn to Me, asking Me – through My Son – to sustain them during these times of great trials on Earth. Sin is so rampant that My Son now suffers the same Agony, which He endured for each of you on the Cross. Sin is so widespread that you have all become immune to it and the evil which it breathes. My children, you must come to Me and never give up your quest for peace and love. Never think that I will not hear your voices, as they call out to Me, no matter how little you are. My Son’s Second Coming will create great havoc, division, mistrust, hatred and sadness, as the Truth of My Holy Word will be thrown to one side. Satan and his demons have recruited a very large army – an army so big and powerful that it would be beyond belief if you could see how it has been formed. This army controls what you, My children, are being told in public. Very rarely, from now on, will you be told the Truth. By this I mean the Truth, according to My Most Holy Covenant. All matters relating to the world in which you live will not be truly revealed to you, as wars, deliberately created to destroy My people, will soon be witnessed. None of these wars will be for the good of man nor will they be just. My Word, given to the world, since the first prophet revealed My Desires, will no longer be taken seriously. The Word, according to My Son, Jesus Christ, will be abused and defiled in order to justify lies. It is time for all those who are called to the service of My Son to remain alert. You cannot ignore this, My Call to humanity. I, through My Son, ask you to stay together, in union with Him at all times. You, My children, are Satan’s first target, as he will not rest until he seizes My Son’s Church on Earth, first. Without My Son’s Church, he will fail to draw the souls he craves the most. You, My children, will be hurt and tormented by the beast – the antichrist - if you cave into pressures which force you to embrace the new false doctrine, which is now being carefully and ruthlessly prepared. I, the Father of all of you, God the Most High, wish it to be made known that the antichrist is about to be embraced by My enemies in secret rituals. He is being sworn in behind hidden walls, in places, which are meant for the Adoration of My Son. The ecclesiastical masonry, which will now be witnessed, plays an important role in this abomination. Sadly, all of this must take place before My Covenant to gather all My children, back into the Paradise I created for them, in the first instance, is completed. It will be up to those of you, chosen by Me, to always acknowledge the Truth, so that you can help My Son to save the other souls who will swear an oath to follow the beast. My Son’s Image, common throughout the world, will soon be replaced by the image of the false prophet. His image will be adored first, instead of that of My Son. Then this will be followed by large images, in every kind of format of the beast, whose sign 666 will be embedded within every single mark he makes upon an unsuspecting world. You will see this sign hidden in such wicked objects, which will be used just as one would carry holy objects. A form of rosary beads will be created to idolise the new, soon to be declared, union of the world’s churches. The new world religion will be celebrated by the taking of holy prayer books, medals, scapulars, rosary beads, Crosses and desecrating them into becoming good luck charms. Everyone will love the antichrist, as he will represent the world outside of religion, on the one hand, but because he will be embraced by the false imposter in My Son’s Church on Earth, he will be seen to represent all that is sacred in the world. My children, do not let news of these events tear at your heart, for when you listen to Me, and follow the Path of My Son, I will spare you much of the persecution of spirit, which is to come. Your adherence to these Messages will be weakened from time to time, by attacks planted by Satan. Some of you will walk away. Some of you will doubt. The vast majority of you will remain true to Me and I will grant you great Favours and Graces for your obedience. I love you children. I will be merciful and when you ask Me, through My Son, to soothe your hearts and help you to remain at peace and walk with confidence towards the Gates of My New Paradise, I will answer your call. Your loving Father God the Most High

Super Armenian forces DO NOT SMOKE They brush their teeth though when unmasked before going to to bed at night! The problem is, in winter the iron would be freezing cold so they need some internal high-tech heating system, and in summer, yerp shok e enum, they need some kind of internal high-tech air-conditioning. But since in Ancient times Armenian fighters managed to survive with all their heavy armors, somehow they will be able to survive now also.

http://sociorocketnewsen.files.wordpress.com/2013/10/clone6.jpg?w=580&h=388 The United States has used a ballistic mask for some for its troops in Iraq and Afghanistan, and now Taiwan endorsed those special uniforms for their army. Armenia did not lag behind and some of the Armenian Special Forces of Artsakh received updated bulletproof armor that includes a ballistic face mask that serves to protect operators from lethal head shots and to reduce fighting effectiveness of opposing forces, seemingly by causing them to immediately curl into the fetal position and cry for their mothers. Armenians since ancient times were skilled in protecting their troops and Calvary by iron masks and helmets for protection against arrows and spears and for horrifying their enemies, so they have revived that ancient tradition. A handful of these modern Armenian special forces approaching, looking like phantoms from outer space, will send the enemy soldiers turn back and flee in terror, while an entire platoon marching in lockstep is so terrifying scene that the enemy nation would plead for mercy and surrender immediately. The Artsakh military by issuing those new uniforms is introducing a horrifying army of computerized supersoldiers with added protection and considerable intimidation factor upon the enemy. http://sociorocketnewsen.files.wordpress.com/2013/10/clone7.jpg?w=873&h=582

...With Deception They Killed the Armenian Nation in Historic Armenia and Anatolia, and With Deception They Will Kill The Vatican & The Catholics. July 15, 2013 A Koran for Pope Bergoglio -- How the "Gulen Movement" Latched the Pope http://eponymousflower.blogspot.com/2013/07/a-koran-for-pope-bergoglio-how-gulen.html Edit: inter-religious dialogue puts parties adverse to Catholicism in power? Wait, there's a Caliph of Cologne? Did someone go back in time and make the Muslims win in 1483 on September 11th? (Vatican) The Islamist Gülen Movement, always careful to emphasize their cultural side and to "hedge" influential contacts, now also uses Pope Francis for their "self-promotion". And the Osservatore Romano helps. The semi-official newspaper of the Pope recalled in an article about how Bergoglio Archbishop of Buenos Aires, was given a Koran. "The election of Pope Jorge Mario Bergoglio is greeted by all Argentines with pride, whichever is their creed," writes the L'Osservatore . It reported a speech by Nancy Falcon, since February 2012 Head of the Islamic Dialogo Centro Intercultural Alba of Buenos Aires, who reported publicly about "cordial relations" with Cardinal Bergoglio. Falcon, says the Osservatore Romano , "explained in a special episode" what has happened in the last year, "during her visit in the Archbishop's Palace. The Cardinal, who had on his desk next to a copy of the Torah and the Gospel, received from the Director of Centro Alba a copy of the Koran." Torah and Gospel on the desk - Korana as a Gift A gift that "was very much appreciated" by Cardinal Bergoglio says Falcon. "Bergoglio was well informed about the work of the Centro Intercultural Dialogue Alba and asked them to pray for him, says the Osservatore Romano on Falcon's comment. "A similar request, which he made as pope to the whole world shortly after his election," said the representative of Islam. "A humble gesture that impressed us even more than we have learned that he is our new pope," said Falcon. The 31 year old Argentine, Nancy Falcon comes from a mixed religious family: father, Catholic, and a Muslim Syrian born mother. The two daughters, Nancy and Gabriela decided [to convert] to Islam. Falcon explained the episode during the visit, which the new Archbishop of Buenos Aires, Aurelio Mario Poli, visisted the Islamic center Alba during Ramadan. Who is behind the Center for Intercultural Dialogue in Buenos Aires? What is this center and who operates it? The center is part of the movement of the Turkish-Islamic preacher Fethullah Gülen. His movement, which originated in the Nurculuk Movement has represented pan-Islamic ideas and sharia as the basis of the legal system. Gülen supports the Erdogan government and is one of its most significant pioneers. The Dialogo Centro Intercultural Alba belongs to an international network of Gülen Movement , which is equivalent in Germany the Forum for Intercultural Dialogue (FID) in Berlin. Gulen, who is presented and revered by his followers as the "Gandhi" of Islam, has created its own Light Houses for training and life models for young Muslims. Gülen, the son of an Anatolian village Imam was later then with the Caliph of Cologne who became known as Cenaleddin, was trained as chaplain at a mosque in Erzurum in eastern Anatolia. In 1999 he fled from a trial in the United States, as a power struggled raged in Turkey between the Kemalists and the supporters of Gulen Islamic parties. Until then, he had written numerous anti-Western pamphlets on which he has since recanted. Reason for his escape was in the announcement during a sermon to his followers. In it she pointed to Gülen: "You must enter the arteries of the system without being noticed here. You must wait until the right moment has come to you until you have taken the entire state power. If we act rashly, the world will fall on our heads, Muslims will suffer everywhere. It would be like breaking an egg without waiting the 40 days until the chick hatches." [truly By-Way-Of-Deception!] The powerful network of Islamic Gulen Movement The American sociologist Helen Ebaugh estimated its supporters in Turkey on in 2010 at about 10-15 percent of the population, plus about eight to ten million in the rest of the world. As his followers pay a tithe, Gülen has built up an extensive network of facilities and organizations. This includes having Zaman, today's highest-circulation daily newspaper in Turkey with its own European edition, as well as the television station Ebru TV and Samanyolu TV, a private news agency and the Bank Asya for financial transactions, private schools, a myriad of companies in Germany alone estimates their number in the three digits, and a great humanitarian organization that took in $ 16 million in donations in 2009. The Turkish journalist Ahmet Sik wrote the book about Fethullah The Army of the Imam . This means that the Gülen movement as the "most powerful brotherhood" in Turkey, which has "infiltrated" the police, military and state apparatus since the 80's, to replace the nationalism of Atatürk by a re-Islamization. Sik's research has not fared well. He was charged with a fanciful accusation in court for belonging to an ominous secret organization over which he had revealed something in his reports. This is possible because the Gülen movement is very strong in the police and judiciary. His book was banned and could be published only on the Internet. Gulen Movement "controls trade and economy and has deeply infiltrated the political scene has" Another Turkish author wrote a knockout book about the Gülen movement and he was also arrested with the accusation of belonging to a Left-wing group. The movement "is powerful and to mess with it comes at a high price," said the lawyer Fikret-Sik Ilkiz. In a diplomatic cable from the U.S. Embassy in Turkey to the State Department in Washington, it was said in 2009: The Gülen Movement is "controls trade and industry and has deeply infiltrated the political scene. At least one third of Erdogan's ruling party MPs belong to the movement, as well as the Department of Justice and the Minister of Culture, wrote the U.S. diplomat. James Jeffrey, U.S. Ambassador to Turkey from 2008 to 2010, in a report. It is difficult to prove the infiltration of Turkish police by the Gülen movement, but we have found no one who would deny such. The Marburg Islamic scholar Ursula winder-Stegemann says about the influence of the Gülen movement : "It is the most important and dangerous Islamist movement in Germany." The Gülen movement speaks of itself as cemaat (community). "The Army of the Imam": Alba Centro in Buenos Aires - FID in Berlin "More than a hundred educational institutes operate in connection with cemaat: schools, tuition centers." They have established 15 'discussion clubs', such as the Forum for Intercultural Dialogue Berlin (FID). The clubs organize conferences to meet rabbis, priests and imams, they invite you to travel to Istanbul." This was written by Der Spiegel in August 2012 after the report on the WDR The Silent Army of the Imam - Had broadcast on Fethullah Gulen's network. Despite the intense, dutiful preoccupationn with Islam, Germans hardly know anything about the Gülen movement, although this is largely representative of the Turks in Germany and Austria toward the Erdogan government. This is probably also responsible for ensuring that a number of high-ranking German politicians are involved in the cultural associations of the movement. This protects it. In the Member of Advisory Board, for example, the former president of the Bundestag and unsuitable Catholic in name only, Rita Süßmuth (CDU), a native of Iran Member of Parliament and security spokesman Omid Nouripour (Green) and the last GDR Foreign Minister, Markus Meckel (SPD). At FID events, the former Senator of Berlin, Ehrhart Körting and the President of the Berlin House of Representatives Walter Momper (SPD), the Minister of Justice, and Minister for Integration Jörg-Uwe (Hessian State Chairman of the FDP) , the particularly Islam-friendly chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Bundestag and former CDU General Secretary Ruprecht Polenz (CDU) and many others have taken a prominent part in politics, religion, culture and science. As in Berlin, they seek all cultural offices in Buenos Aires to make influential contacts. This is more recently from the Gülen Movement, in which Nancy Falcon has given Pope Francis a Koran and makes this episode public. Not only is the Italian edition of L'Osservatore Roman of help, but also the German editors of Radio Vatican, from which the message was distributed last Saturday. My respect for your patriotism&Armenianism Sip! http://jayperoni.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/06/head-in-sand.jpg 1-For your information there ARE Armenian Catholics with interest in the pope 2-Next year there is an enclave, an ecumenical or ecumanistic enclave where the Armenian Apostolic Hierarchy will participate with the Catholic one and most likely in Rome or Vatican. In this meeting this concept of collecting funds for the poor of the world may be in the agenda. 3-The pope is representative leader of millions of Catholics in the whole world, I think some one billion or near that number; if you do not like to be on watch and on currant what is transpiring around you then like an ostrich you would be sticking your head in the sand. 4-Conclusion: Armenians should care because what happens to the papacy will/may/could affect the Armenians. a)Vatican did not give hope in bringing the Armenian Apostolic Church back to its fold in Rome/Vatican yet. b)There are more than half million Armenians living in Catholic France; the same goes for Catholic Italy, Spain although not in such big numbers as in France. c) Both the teachings and rituals of Vatican and the Armenian Apostolic Church come from the same source, Christ; they have their differences but also many similarities.

By 'false prophet' pope Francis is meant most likely although Jesus never mention name. You will soon be told to use your faith to create a political campaign around the world to save the poorSunday, October 6th, 2013My dearly beloved daughter, the voice of the false prophet roars about all that is sacred in My Church. Little, however, will be said about the importance of upholding God’s Teachings, Sacraments and the Proclamation of the Truth. Instead, you will see diversions, such as looking after the world’s poor and hungry, and this will be deemed to be your first task as servants of God. As servants and followers of God in the Church, your first allegiance is to the Truth of what I told you. Loving the poor and the hungry and helping them is a good thing, but My Church on Earth has a much bigger role, which was sworn to Me. This includes the teaching of the Truth in everything I taught you and you will do this, if you truly love Me. The Church has a Mission to teach the Truth of My Teachings. Taking one aspect of My Word, to help the poor is admirable, but misleading, as My Teachings clearly state that you must help the poor in soul. Help them to cure their soul, before you help them to be free of life’s afflictions. If I give you a poor man and ask you to help him, how would you do this? Give him clothes? Money to feed his family? Or, would you have Me save his soul first? You will soon be told to focus all your attention on the world’s poor. You will be asked for money – and this will be taken from different sources to help the world’s poor, jobless and homeless. You will be told that I, Jesus Christ, always loved the poor. The problem is this. I seek out the poor of spirit first – to free them away from their lost lives. The poor of soul – those who have little spiritual feeling for God – are the ones I crave. Blessed are those who are poor in this life, with little to show for it, but who love Me, for these people are not poor at all. The rich man, who has no love for Me, is in more need of My Love, My Mercy, My Compassion, than those who are forced to find food, clothes and shelter. How you love Me and how you ask Me to save you is what you need to pay attention to. The Sacraments will be the saving force of those who are rich and poor, but who have no love for Me. You will soon be told to use your faith to create a political campaign around the world to save the poor by leaders in My Churches everywhere. Nothing will be said to encourage you to prepare for My Second Coming, for they will not dare to prepare you for this Great Day. They would rather take your mind off Me by asking you to spend more time honouring the works of the false prophet. Very shortly, holy statues, relics, posters, cups and large commissioned paintings will be made of the false prophet to be placed in Churches everywhere. His image, along with the antichrist, in time, will adorn many public places, churches, political centers, as well as, in countries where their parliaments will be seen to embrace the Catholic Church in a ‘new light.’ This will create a new form of false evangelism, and because it will appeal to a modern secular society, it will attract admirers from all over the world. Not one word will condone the importance of the Holy Sacraments, as they were given to the world or the important Graces, which they yield. Instead, each will be played down – extra meanings added, in order to appeal to those who deny them as they are. This will be in the hope that the abomination of the desecration of My Sacraments will be offered to as many people as possible, to take them away from God, so that the enemies of God can complete their pact with the devil. The devil will deceive many who belong to My Church in this time in history. He will do this in the most charming and convincing way and he will justify lies when his servants will say that I would approve of these new changes. I, Jesus Christ, will be misquoted in order to win over souls. My Teachings will be twisted in order to destroy My Church and steal those souls closest to Me. Millions will accept the lies, without a care in the world. You must pray for them in the hope that they will realise, in time, that something is wrong. When I appoint leaders and when a chosen soul has been appointed to spread My Holy Word, within My Church on Earth, the Truth is always straightforward, clear, concise, and straight to the point. When you are being lied to, through the influence of the spirit of evil, you will become confused. Phrases won’t make sense. So-called improvements, presented by enemies within My Church, mean that the Truth is not ‘good enough.’ My Word, My Sacraments, My Teachings do not need to be improved upon, for they came from Me. I Am God. I Am Perfect. My Word remains forever. Any man who tampers with My Most Holy Word is an enemy of God. My Anger is great at this time and any man who treats My Body, the Most Holy Eucharist, with disrespect and says he leads My people, know that this is untrue. I would never request a leader in My Church to change the Word of God, by introducing new meanings or new interpretations. This could never be. Your Jesus

Saturday, October 19, 2013 "Focus" on Growing Resistance Against Pope Francis -- "This Pope Makes Our Church Kaputt" http://eponymousflower.blogspot.com/2013/10/focus-on-growing-resistance-against.html (Rome) Focus correspondent Eva Kallinger and Focus editor Gregory Dolak writes in the new edition of the weekly magazine on the "revolt against the Pope" While Pope Francis was preparing "fundamental change" in the Church, there is " growing resistance to his brash nature." And not just in the Vatican, but also among bishops and Catholic groups around the world. There is also a "creeping nostalgia" detectable for Benedict XVI.. The two journalists report of "enthusiastic Masses" in St. Peter's Square and a "measurable" increase in church attendance and confessions. A statement that has been variously asserted last spring, immediately after the election, siince it could hardly be measurable empirically. Since then it has hardly been heard. The participants at the Wednesday catachesis have measurably increased. Whether "Francesco" is the new fashion in names for newborn boys, the statistics of the coming years will show. Atmosphere in the Vatican "Lousy" because "Brash Style" of the new Pope In any event, according to Focus in the Vatican "the euphoria about the new pope, however, is long gone." The mood is described as "lousy". Publicly they say there is trust, but no one does. The reason is obvious, because everyone was confused, "because nobody knows what will happen tomorrow with him and the Church." The recent low point was the criticism of the Pope in the Vatican to its employees through the media. Vatican employees felt alienated by the infamous interview with Eugenio Scalfari for the daily newspaper La Repubblica. The Pope blustered before the enthusiastically listening atheist Scalfari: "The leaders of the Church were often narcissistically, surrounded by sycophants and egged on by their courtiers to slander. The Court is the leprosy of the papacy. . . " "The Curia - a troop of lepers" asks Focus . Several thousand men and women, priests and religious, the years, often decades, performing their silent and faithful service to the Church and the Pope. Pope Francis hardly meant those members of the Curia, who had made life difficult for Benedict XVI. with their intrigues and their boycott.. They belong to the so celebrated new pontificate and have been favored by the emergence of rank and standing. The image of the gentle Pope, who acts collegially, is not confirmed in Rome. "Not only in the Vatican is there resistance to this. Around the globe, as critics report in Rome, the discomfort grows," says Focus . U.S. bishops see "Acute Risk of Loss Without Profits" In the U.S., there was anger by the Pope's interviews, especially with his "liberal sayings" about gays, abortion and contraception. The bishops, including "publicly" one of the Bergoglio electors, Cardinal Timothy Dolan," fear they will lose believers to the Evangelicals. Focus did not write this, but among U.S. bishops there is talk of the "acute risk of loss without profits ". The weekly magazine cites opposition to Pope Francis in Latin America. There, priests and lay people have often fought "for years against communist and Church-critical populists." You feel overwhelmed by Pope Francis' perceived "left-swing". Poland: "If This Continues, This Pope Will Make Our Church Kaputt" Focus summarizes the mood of the Polish clergy and episcopate with the words: "If this continues, this Pope will make our Church kaputt," says a Vatican-insider, about local concerns. " The official motto of the Church in Germany is "Celebrate". Focus journalists have so far perceived as much. You do, however, find even north of the Alps, rumblings, because the reforms are too slow to go for the "German bishops" who have "spearhead the demand for reforms." Since last 13 March, satisfaction prevails here, that the "brakeman" John Paul II and Benedict XVI. have finally been gotten rid of. But we are wanting to see some action. The expectations are so screwed up, the "minimal solutions" expected are to celibacy, women priests and remarried divorcees. And then what? Hans Küng and the Rif Eskimos and Notker Wolf About Papal "bomblets" Focus also questioned the apparently inevitable Hans Küng, who can dish out his broadsides against everything that has even the appearance of a Catholic Church. His words say much about as much about Catholicism, as a lone Berber in the Rif mountains could tell about the customs and traditions of Eskimos. They should therefore be mentioned. Abbot Primate Notker Wolf thrilled at the Pope and his own, hardly decipherable ciphers: "The Pope exactly delivers bomblets that are needed in our time, which are bomblets that come from the Gospel, and there are many." "Creeping Nostalgia" for Benedict XVI. - Lack of Theological Depth Focus also reports of a "creeping nostalgia" for Benedict XVI. Citing a Curia employee: "The German Pope inspired us with his arguments". Thus, it is now over. Focus also reported a lack of theological discussions, i.e. theological depth of this pontificate. One criticism voiced especially at Catholic universities around the world, but "only unofficially of course." "New Modesty?" Francis has "Whole Floor" in Santa Marta, "Big as Old Pope's Apartment" The Focus editors leave the Vatican "bubble". "What do you mean new modesty," a Curia employee is quoted. The Pope, who refused the papal apartment, "Evidence is now he has a whole floor in the Vatican guesthouse Santa Marta". Considering the large chapel in the Apostolic Palace, the Pope's new apartment "is not much smaller than the old place." Even the house rules meet with criticism and incomprehension. Pope Francis said he wanted "not to lock" out and place himself among the people to talk to everyone. The reality, says Focus , looks different: "For in Santa Marta, one must not approach the Pope and not even greet him." Text: Giuseppe NardiITrans: Tancred vekron99@hotmail.com ==================================This is the audio link:http://sspx.org/en/media/audio/fatima-sspxrome-pope-francis-2583Where Bishop Fellay, in one hour sermon, amplifies a few points regarding Fatima, the Third Secret, the 2012 SSPX relations with Rome, and then spoke of some of the many grave problems with Pope Francis. Sermon preached in St. Vincent de Paul Church in Kansas City, Missouri, during the Pontifical Mass for the Angelus Press Conference, October 13, 2013. Bishop Fellay on Pope Francisdetails: http://www.cfnews.org/page88/files/14e8cf27a431ca52105cf70b45567b82-149.html Bishop Fellay, Superior General of the Society of St. Pius X, gave an extensive lecture on Saturday afternoon [Oct 11-13, 2013] that focused on the Third Secret of Fatima, and its apparent prediction of both a material chastisement and a great crisis in the Church. Bishop Fellay quoted in detail Sister Lucia's words, those who have read the Third Secret, and those who have knowledge of the Secret. He noted Sister Lucia said that if we want to know the contents of the Third Secret, read chapters 8 through 13 of the Apocalypse.” Sister Lucia’s reference to Chapters 8 through 13 of the Apocalypse is particularly chilling, since the end of Chapter 13 speaks of the coming of Antichrist. The bishop quoted Cardinal Luigi Ciapi, the Papal Theologian of all the Popes from Pius XII to John Paul II who said, “In the Third Secret we read among other things that the great apostasy in the Church begins at the top.” He also spent a good bit of time on the famous and dramatic 1957 interview of Father Fuentes with Sister Lucia, in which she reiterated that “various nations will disappear from the face of the earth,” and that “the devil will do all in his power to overcome souls consecrated to God.” He [bishop Fellay] said there is “definitely a ‘material’ chastisement of the world in sight. There is something big in front of us. "How? When? I have no idea. But if you put everything together, it is clear that God has had enough of the sins of man.” He continued that we are in “very scary times” but we are not helpless. He noted the “the situation of the Church is a real disaster. And the present Pope is making it 10,000 times worse.” “In the beginning of the pontificate of Pope Benedict XVI, I [bishop Fellay] said, ‘the crisis in the Church will continue, but the Pope [benedict] is trying to put on the brakes.’ It’s as if to say, the Church will continue to fall, but with a parachute. And with the beginning of this [Pope Francis] pontificate, I say, ‘he cuts the strings, and he put a [downward] rocket’.” “If the present Pope continues in the way he started, he is going to divide the Church. He’s exploding everything." Bishop Fellay noted that we cannot simply obey the present Popes without question, because then we would destroy ourselves, we would endanger our Faith. Following the warning of Sister Lucia, Pope Leo XIII and Pius X, Bishop Fellay further warned that we may be entering into the time of Antichrist, but we cannot know when, or how far off in the future this may be. Bishop Fellay returned to these themes at his Sunday sermon at the Pontifical High Mass offered at St. Vincent de Paul’s Church in Kansas city. “From the start,” he said, “we have the impression that we have something wrong with this Pope. From the start, he wanted to distinguish himself to be different from anybody else.” We must look, said the bishop, at what is his vision of the Church, his vision of the Council, and what is his plan. It was around the time of World Youth Day, late July of this year, that Francis began an avalanche of talks, interviews, phone calls, etc. “We may not have the entire picture at this point, we have enough to be scared to death.” As is typical of the Modernist, as Pius X warned in Pascendi, the Modernist will sometimes speak in a heretical fashion, and then speak in an orthodox manner. Bishop Fellay gave the example of one of these contradictions: He spoke of interview in early October that Pope Francis conducted with the atheist journalist Eugenio Scalfari in Rome’s La Repubblica wherein Francis appears to promote a dangerous relativism: Scalfari: “Your Holiness, is there is a single vision of the Good? And who decides what it is?” Pope Francis: “Each of us has a vision of good and of evil. We have to encourage people to move towards what they think is Good.” Scalfari: “Your Holiness, you wrote that in your letter to me. The conscience is autonomous, you said, and everyone must obey his conscience. I think that's one of the most courageous steps taken by a Pope.” Pope Francis: “And I repeat it here. Everyone has his own idea of good and evil and must choose to follow the good and fight evil as he conceives them. That would be enough to make the world a better place." With a good deal of emotion, Bishop Fellay said of the Pope’s response: “That’s really not Catholic! Because whatever I think has absolutely no value if it does not fit with reality. We have a conscience, but it will only lead us to Heaven if our conscience is a mirror of God.” The conscience must be formed according to God’s law. “So to pretend that anyone can full his own idea is just rubbish,” said Fellay, “It has nothing to do with Catholic teaching. It is absolute relativism.” About a week after this, however, Pope Francis spoke of the necessity of fighting the devil, the final battle with the devil, that nobody can fight the devil half way, and that we must fight relativism. Francis said the opposite of what he said to La Repubblica. “There is the contraction with him”. Francis: A Man of the Council Next: what is the vision of Pope Francis on Vatican II? This is found in his much-publicized recent, lengthy interview with the Jesuits, published in various publications throughout the world, and in the Jesuit’s America magazine in the United States Bishop Fellay says that Pope Francis “takes it for granted that the Council was bright success. What was the main theme of the Council?” To re-read the Faith in light of modern culture. You could say, “to incarnate the Gospel in the modern world.” Francis “is very happy with this…” and believes “The Council brought forth many good fruits. The first example he gives is liturgy – the reformed liturgy. That is the beautiful fruit of the Council. That’s what he says. And he’s very happy with it.” Francis tells us “this re-reading of the Gospel within the modern culture is irreversible, so we will not go back. We are in front of a major fight.” Of the Old Mass, Francis speaks of the “Vetus Ordo” (Old Order). Francis believes that Pope Benedict probably helped restore the Old Mass as a prudential act for those who still hold to it. “But don’t expect Francis to come back to the Old Mass. Maybe he will ‘indulge’ it [let us celebrate it unmolested]. God knows.” But Francis “sees there is a problem with this Old Mass. Because there are people who ideologize this Mass. Guess to whom he is aiming? I don’t need to say much. So what is going to happen with us? What I see: there is quite an obsession in him about those people who look to the past. Listen to the Pope’s words": Pope Francis: “What is worrying, though, is the risk of the ideologization of the Vetus Ordo, its exploitation. … If the Christian is a restorationist, a legalist, if he wants everything clear and safe, then he will find nothing. Tradition and memory of the past must help us to have the courage to open up new areas to God. Those who today always look for disciplinarian solutions, those who long for an exaggerated doctrinal ‘security,’ those who stubbornly try to recover a past that no longer exists—they have a static and inward-directed view of things. In this way, faith becomes an ideology among other ideologies. I have a dogmatic certainty: God is in every person’s life.” Bishop Fellay continues, “The impression we have in the present Pope is that he has a zeal for the ‘more or less’, for the ‘about’; and he wants at all cost to escape what is too clear and too certain. But the Faith is like that [it is certain] because God is like that. Well, that’s not what he thinks.” Another troubling quote from Pope Francis: “If a person says that he met God with total certainty and is not touched by a margin of uncertainty, then this is not good. For me, this is an important key. If one has the answers to all the questions—that is the proof that God is not with him. It means that he is a false prophet using religion for himself. The great leaders of the people of God, like Moses, have always left room for doubt.” Bishop Fellay exclaims in response: “What Gospel does he have? Which Bible does he have to say such things. It’s horrible. What has this to do with the Gospel? With the Catholic Faith? That’s pure Modernism, my dear brethren. We have in front of us a genuine Modernist.” "How much time will be needed for people in the Church to stand up ‘by no means!’ [will we accept this new teaching]. I hope and pray this will happen. But that means an enormous division in the Church.” He speaks of the Pope making a mess, and reminds us that this is what the Pope urged at world Youth Day: he urged the young people to “make a mess”. Bishop Fellay responds, ”Incredible. We have never heard of this [a Pope speaking like this]. But that’s what he wants." Francis also tells us he is a greater admirer of the ultra liberal Jesuit Cardinal Martini (now deceased). Martini wrote a book calling for a total revolution in the Church. “And that is what Francis wants. And he told us the eight cardinal he chose to help him ‘reform’ the Church think like him." The bishop says, "We could go on and on" with such examples. The final example: Ecumenism. Bishop Fellay says Pope Francis claims “very little has been done in this direction.” This is astounding, the bishop notes, because ecumenism has launched untold disaster to the Church, to Catholic nations. Yet the present Pope says, "very little, almost nothing has been done in this direction.” As part of his summing up, Bishop Fellay says: “The mystery of the shadow on the Church has never been so great. We are in front of very hard times. Don’t have any illusions. And it is clear the only solution is to stick to what we have; to keep it, to not let it go by any means. “Pope St. Pius X said that it was the essence of any Catholic to stick to the past. The present Pope says exactly the contrary: forget about the past; throw yourself into the uncertainty of the future.

Bishop Fellay on Pope Francis Details: http://www.cfnews.org/page88/files/14e8cf27a431ca52105cf70b45567b82-149.html Bishop Fellay, Superior General of the Society of St. “From the start,” he said, “we have the impression that we have something wrong with this Pope. http://www.keghart.com/sites/default/files/images2/Peltekian-British.jpg starting with comments: Dear Katia, as a regular reader of your articles in Groong. I am very much impressed and amazed by your monumental decades of efforts in compiling and publishing all the news regarding the Ottoman massacres of the Armenians in the 19th and 20th centuries in the British newspapers and publications. Your efforts are indeed commendable. This is a remarkable research project. Congratulations to Katia Peltekian. I hope her findings are utilized as we commemorate, in less than two years, the centennial of the Genocide and the theft of our lands by Turkey. Please let us know how/where we can purchase the book. **University lecturer, well-known journalist, and Genocide data collector par excellence Katia M. Peltekian has just published her two-volume monumental work on the coverage of the Genocide of Armenians in the British press [Volume 1: 1914-1919; Volume 2: 1920-1923]. Born and raised in Beirut, Ms. Peltekian has a BA and MA in English Literature from the American University of Beirut (AUB) and MA in Education from Dalhousie University (Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada). She taught English at AUB from 1988 to 2005, has presented several papers at international conferences and conducted numerous teacher-training workshops in Lebanon and Jordan (1990-2010). She also taught English and Business English at Haigazian University (Beirut) from 2005 to 2012. She has published numerous articles related to the Armenians. Since 1999 as a volunteer, she has been compiling on a daily basis news about Armenians and often translating from Arabic to English for the Armenian News Network Groong. Some of the links of her work appear in Armeniapedia An interview (October 16, 2013) with author Katia Peltekian about her just-published monumental two-volume “The Times of the Armenian Genocide: Reports in the British Press (1914-1923)” KEGHART: Did you undertake the project at your expense or did you receive financial support from Armenian or non-Armenian sources? KATIA PELTEKIAN: I did not receive, nor did I ask for, any financial support from any Armenian or non-Armenian sources. The whole project from A to Z -- including traveling, reading, scanning, copying, typing, layout and printing were all at my expense. The one thing I did not do is the cover. It was designed by my brother, a businessman by trade. In 2000 I published my first compilation of newspaper reports called Heralding of the Armenian Genocide: Reports in the Halifax Herald (1894-1922). I had sent proposals with samples of the book to a few Armenian organizations/institutions in North America, but for four years I did not hear from any of them. It was completely ignored. My father then decided to finance the printing. We distributed copies of the book free to Canadian MPs, libraries (both public and university) and some Armenian organizations in North America, Armenia and Lebanon. Because of that experience, I decided to keep this one personal as well in order not to waste valuable time. After all, I am not a scholar in history, nor am I an expert in history. I am simply someone who loves reading books and newspapers. KEGHART: Did you do your research in London, elsewhere, or through the Internet for example? PK: After the Halifax Herald compilation was published, the reviews from friends were encouraging. It is my hobby to read newspapers in several languages; it doesn’t matter whether the newspapers are old or new. While working on the Halifax Herald compilation, I noticed that many of the sources used were from the British newspapers and news agencies, so I thought of collecting from the British press. Most Genocide scholars seem to focus on the American response to the on-going massacres, and little is done about the British reaction. Therefore, in 2001, I began on a second journey to compile as much as I could from The Times (London), which was easily accessible in Lebanon (the library of the American University of Beirut where I used to teach) and at the Reference Library in downtown Toronto, where I spent my summers. After a while, I was advised to include other British newspapers that might fill some gaps. That is when I began traveling to London to work at the British Library’s newspaper archives in north London (at Collindale). After much research, I decided on The Manchester Guardian [currently known as simply The Guardian] because it did include additional information about the British reaction to the massacres, perhaps because Manchester had a substantial Armenian community at the time. Although I made eight trips to London for that purpose, The Guardian collection is not as inclusive as The Times’ collection. My collection represents only a small portion of what the British Press has to offer. I am certain there are many other British newspapers with small details here and there, but that require a larger number of people working on such a huge undertaking. Let me note here that the online index of The Times located much fewer news items than the manual work I did. I read The Times between 1875 and 1923 (minus a few years) page by page on microfilm and copied whatever I could find. Although the 1914-1923 volumes include just over 1,000 pieces, I have also collected over 2,500 items from The Times for the years 1875-1905 [i still have to read the few remaining years].KEGHART: What were the major challenges of the compilation and how long did it take you to gather the material for the two volumes? KP: I did not expect the work to be this overwhelming. Although I started with the Hamidian massacres of the 1890s, there was constant mention of “previous” massacres and of course the reason for the 1878 Berlin Treaty. Thus, I deemed it necessary to go as far back as I could. And the further back I went the more material I found. As this is only a hobby, actually a good distraction from teaching, I did not feel any stress of deadlines. Every summer since 2001, in Toronto, I would spend my days at the library, reading and collecting and then carrying two pieces of luggage back to Beirut filled with papers. This two-volume book, 1,035 pages combined in size A4, is the result of 12 years of work. KEGHART: Did you use everything you discovered or was some material not used because of repetition or for other reasons? Do the books include illustrations? KP: I used every single article I found related to the Armenian massacres, persecutions, deportations and survival. Some are very short, just a few lines, and others are quite long filling up a whole newspaper page. Sometimes I found the shorter pieces to be more interesting. There were also articles that described the war fronts in the Armenian provinces, but were not directly related to the Armenian massacres. I included these as notes together with the headline and date/page where they appeared for those interested. As for illustrations, the newspapers at the time did not print any photographs until 1922. However, I did include the many maps of the war front as well as the ones that were used during the peace negotiations. In addition, I located a number of advertisements asking to help the Armenian refugees, some in the classifieds section, some two-three columns long, and a couple that occupied one whole page. These were also included in the book, and printed as large posters. KEGHART: Which publications were your major sources? KP: As mentioned before, my sources were The Times, The Sunday Times & The Manchester Guardian. KEGHART: In addition to newspapers, were there articles and reports in academic or specialized journals? And was there a uniform attitude toward the Turkish depredations and the events at the aftermath of the war? KP: This is purely a newspaper collection. No academic or scholarly papers were included, nor did I try to analyze any of the events. The book includes reports about the condition of the Armenian (and sometimes other Christian) population under Ottoman rule. It includes descriptions of the on-going massacres as witnessed by foreigners and survivors themselves; and it includes reports on the status of refugees dispersed in the region. It includes over 65 short and long debates in the House of Commons and House of Lords; these debates were about the situation in Armenia, the condition of the Armenians, the necessity to help the Armenians, and the British duty to give Armenians a homeland, free from Turkish rule. It also includes many editorials, for example, demanding the British government do the honorable thing towards the Armenians; and there are many letters to the editors of the newspapers shedding more light on the Armenians. KEGHART: Did you find long-lost historic "nuggets"--facts and data that are important additions to our knowledge of Turkish barbarism toward Armenians and about what transpired at Sevres and Lausanne? KP: Yes, of course. The book is filled with a lot of tidbits that perhaps experts in the field can follow up on. Since the book spans from January 1914--just before Turkey entered the war--to 1923 at the signing of the Lausanne Treaty, it does include not only the Armenian massacres perpetrated by the Ottoman Turks, but also those perpetrated by Mustapha Kemal [aka Ataturk] and his Nationalists. I also included a few pieces that described Kemal’s treatment of the British prisoners. However, what was more interesting is how the British interest dwindled and almost disappeared with the Lausanne negotiations, and I will leave it to the reader to discover why. The book’s 1920 section, when the peace negotiations were going on, is the most extensive part. Most of the articles in that year and onward are related to the peace treaties and what went on between the “Allies” and Turkey. Of course, there are also the Russian, Georgian and Tartar intrigues in Armenia after the war, as well as the Baku massacre of Armenians after the British withdrawal from the Caucasus, despite many warnings by the British Parliament. KEGHART: Who were the major pro-Armenian British journalists and politicians of the time? Were there anti-Armenian personalities? KP: We all know how much James Bryce fought for the Armenian cause. However, there were also the Welsh MP Aneurin Williams, The Archbishop of Canterbury, the Lord Mayor of London, among others who advocated the Armenian cause and brought up the issue of the Armenians and Armenia at every chance they got. The only so-called “anti-Armenian” personalities were the British Empire’s Indian Moslem citizens. Their representatives in London were very vocal in 1921-23 demanding a “just” treatment for the Caliphate in Constantinople. In fact, some of these letters sound exactly like the current Turkish government’s allegations that no massacre of Armenians took place. KEGHART: The book includes statements made in the British Parliament. Can you give us a brief example of a ringing statement or two made there? KP: There are many of those as the British parliament had the opportunity to question or debate the state of the Armenians, the news of the massacres and deportations, etc. The book includes over 60 items from discussions in the House of Commons and 7 long and extensive debates in the House of Lords. These are not the “official” parliament minutes, but the proceedings as reported by journalists and reporters who attended these meetings. KEGHART: There are several books about the coverage of the same events in North American media. In fact, you compiled one about the "Halifax Herald's" coverage of Turkish/Armenian affairs from 1894-1922. Now you've produced the British counterpart. Are there similar books or books under consideration of the French, German, Russian media reports of the same events? KP: The Halifax Herald compilation came to be because I was living and studying in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I had nothing better to do on a very cold April day, since my thesis was progressing smoothly, so one day on my way back home, I just went into the Archives Library of Halifax just out of curiosity. April 24 was approaching and in Halifax, only a handful of Armenians lived (mostly my uncle’s family and brothers, actually) and I was only curious to see if any Halifax paper had printed anything about the Armenians at the time. That resulted in the large 350-page book. I wish there were other possible compilations. But I admit, it is not the work of one person alone. Since I did this manually page by page, it usually took me around two to three hours to skim through just one month’s issues. If each person in a group takes the responsibility to scan a year’s issues, the compilation would be finished in just a few months. Armenian youth organizations should probably take up such projects in their own communities. I am sure many unknown little pieces of information will come to light. I was quite fascinated by a few items that The Times had translated from the German press, for example. There are also a number of items referring to Italian, French or even Dutch papers. KEGHART: What's your next literary project? KP: I still have more than 2,500 items that shed a more extensive light on the life of the Armenians living in the Ottoman Empire, including persecution and massacre, long before 1915-1916, or what we have specified as the Genocide period. It does give substantial evidence that the Turks and Armenians did not live side by side “peacefully” before WWI as the Turks claim. There were persecution, unjust treatment, and massacres of whole Armenian villages long before WWI. We should keep in mind that prior to WWI, the British were staunch allies of the Ottoman Turks; thus their reports cannot be described as biased. Whether I will proceed and work on this project that will result in a 3 or 4 volume book remains to be seen. I am not supported nor am I funded by anyone to be able to dedicate my full time on such a long and demanding project. KEGHART: Are you planning a book tour? KP: The only book presentation that I have for the time being is in London, UK, at the end of November. http://www.keghart.com/Interview-Peltekian ========================= P.S. The Turmoil of The Armenian Apostolic Church!
man replied to man's topic in † Armenian Apostolic Church
I do not know "onjig" who they are and where they are located, in Armenia or in France! Are they leftists or rightists? Are they Christians or pagans? I did not want to waste more time to look-out. What was important to me that satan can use anyone to attack another or an institution and that is why I brought this to attention in the forum. I would pray both for the Apostolic Church and the people of the blog Keghart. -

How amazing because that name "Jesus Christ" is NEVER NEVER allowed to be pronounced in Congress and in the Senate because it was forbidden by masons & freemasons for that name to be uttered in those two buildings. "He [God] will not be mocked (1), He will not be mocked (2), He will not be mocked (3). The greatest deception here, is that this is not one nation under God. It never was. Had it been... it would not have been... No. it would not have been... the Constitution would not have been written by Free-Masons... and go against God. You cannot serve two masters. You cannot serve two masters. Praise be to God, Lord Jesus Christ." She is saying "go agaist" which refers to masons, if she had said "goes against" she would have referred to the constitution. Here is the video version from C-SPAN but the voice is not clean because of all the chatting and the banging of the gavel all around, in the audio version above the background noise was eliminated by sound technicians: http://www.politico.com/multimedia/video/2013/10/stenographer-removed-from-house-floor-during-vote.html CNN's Dana Bash spoke with several staffers who knew the woman well. "She's a well-known person, she's a perfectly nice person, a good colleague, somebody who's respectable and dependable, and this is very surprising to everybody who works with her," Bash reported on air. A Report By JOSE DELREAL | Oct/17/13 The House stenographer that took over a microphone and began shouting in the House chamber Wednesday night told a Fox News reporter that the Holy Spirit compelled her to do it. “For the past 2 and 1/2 weeks, the Holy Spirit has been waking me up in the middle of the night and preparing me (through my reluctance and doubt) to deliver a message in the House Chamber,” stenographer Dianne Foster Reidy told Fox News’s Chad Pergram in a written statement. “That is what I did last night.” As members of the House were voting on the funding bill that would reopen the government and lift the debt ceiling last night, Reidy began shouting into a microphone near the House speaker’s chair, leading to her removal. “He will not be mocked. He will not be mocked – don’t touch me – he will not be mocked,” she said Wednesday night. “The greatest deception here is this is not one nation under God. It never was…the Constitution would not have been written by the Freemasons. They go against God.” Link: http://www.politico.com/story/2013/10/house-stenographer-holy-spirit-moved-me-98486.html#ixzz2i0NXbAjr
