Bari Satana Posted September 29, 2004 Report Share Posted September 29, 2004 Hello hayer!!!!!!! My name is Bari Satana. This is my first posting, and I chose something from real life (my life). So, there we go; this is my story in London… I just made a move into a new apartment. It was about a week I didn’t shave because of all this relocation related hassle. I looked like a terrorist… My neighbor right next door is a pretty French girl, a student, who was so surprised to have a "Muslim" living in the same house. Her surprise was obvious… Well, I can’t stand all that race related issues. She, anyway, welcomed me, and I asked her where she is from. "France" was the reply. "So, where are you from?" she asked me. "My name is Mohamed Al-Qaeda, and I am from Afganistan", I answered politely. As she heard this, I noticed some strange colors with different shades changing on her face. That was it; she never talked to me. Just "hi" and "bye" for all matters. This girl has got shillings missing from her sconce, and she has a cat. To punish her for her attitude, I kidnapped her cat. I took the cat to my friend and asked them to keep it for three days. Naturally she started searching the cat the first day. The second day she was very desperate, and that’s when I was making a barbecue in the courtyard. I saw her passing by. "Hello Marie! Did you find your cat?" I asked her. "No…" "How about a cat on these skewers", I lifted the barbecue skewers with chicken legs that smelled so deliciously. She said nothing, and left swiftly. After a while police came. "What are you cooking?" they asked me. "Chicken, can’t you smell it?" "What were you cooking before that?" "Just barbecue-chicken, and some roasted potato" Useless talk and unclear negotiations... Anyway… After the police left, she came to apologize. "Sorry Mohamed, simply I am so desperate… you shouldn’t have said that…" "Well, I am sorry Marie… Especially reading the news in the paper today…" "What news?" "They say Bin Laden is in France…" "I never heard anything like that." "Ask your parents, I am sure they know" What happened next? Carry on reading. She called home and asked her parents of whereabouts of Bin Laden. They obviously didn’t know the "news". So they asked their neighbors. Their neighbors asked their neighbors and so on... After provoking the whole neighborhood and being perfectly sure, that Usama is not around, they got back to their super-minded daughter saying, that he is not in France, and surely not in Niece (where her family lives). This all takes nearly a week, when her cat is already "found". So she comes across to tell me, that Bin Laden is not in France!!! WOW!!! What a gifted neighbor! Second of all, I don't know where you got the first name "bari" but I certainly understand the last name I would just go over and appologize and say you were just messing around and that now you want to make it up by cooking a "non-cat" dish for her Funny stuff.
