Edward, I am editing the post in question, there is stuff I forgot to add... I may change its form as a more general essay and post it here myself today or tommorow...

I may post it here, because it entirly kick off all those claims of said Armenian sources which supposedly prove Armenians started out a revolution.

Domino I've read your posts on the Turkey forum and I must say you have done a great job there. We need people like you.

I really value your effort, though I get the feeling that sometimes you are talking into a stone Turkish wall.

Edward, I think we should wait for Domino's revised essay :)

Vava jan I agree with that

I was thinking what if we were to combine efforts, just take a look in this forum we have so many young dedicated people who really can take our message across for those who need to know. Just something to think about.

I certainly admire for those who are doing all they can, especially Domino and Phantom, important thing is to have a collective approach, maybe a sub-forum can be opened where we or those who it matters can come and discuss and share. Just a thought

My intention is not to convince the Turks, my intention is to restort the memory of my encestors... my intention is that young Armenians read those stuff keep them and use them elsewhere at exposing denialists... the little stuff I wrote discredit over 80% of the denialist materials over the web... I have added 20 new pages to it BTW(OK I cheated on that one, I just copypasted 20 pages from my McCarthy work).

----

Oh guys, why this sudent interest over my posts? :D Was that little thing that impressing? :D

You know what makes me laught the most... it is this one

"Belge no. 3, Tarih. 1916-5-22, number of Victims(Van): 8

Belge no. 3, Tarih. 1916-5-22, number of Victims(Van): 8,000

Belge no. 3, Tarih. 1916-5-22, number of Victims(Van): 80.000"

If people wonder what it is, it is an Ottoman"archive" which was forged 3 times, and a fourth times a "1" was added and send to the Germans to claim that Armenians killed 180,000 Turks in Van. If you take a look at it, the three archives are classed with the same identification, the same date and the same location, they only bothered adding zeros after the "8" and to finish up the distortion, they followed by placing a "1" before the eight and send them to the Germans. :D

Another one here... from the Turkish foreign ministry released "archives."

“Ciphered telegram from the Ministry of the Interior to the 4th Army Command, regarding that the deportation of the Aintab refugees to Zeitun has begun, however, because Zeitun is not suitable for settlement and agriculture, that an opinion be communicated.”

Trying to fool the public into believing that "Armenian" refugees will be sent from Aintab to Zeitun... do you imagine? They will relocat Armenians in an Armenian city. :D (beyond imagination what they can try hard to make us buy)

Well, obviously, the said "refugees" are Muslim refugies relocated in Zeitun after that the Armenians were kicked out from there.

This is what Henry Wood reported then in the United-Press, it as well appeared in the Montreal Daily Star.(which I have a copy of)

"Twenty thousand Turks from Thrace were taken to Zeitoun and established in houses that for generations belonged to the Armenians, while the former owners were scattered to the extreme ends of the Empire. One portion being sent to the sandy deserts at the head of the Persian Gulf and the other to malarial marshes in the interior, Eyewitnesses from the interior, coming to Constantinople describe the processions of these ragged, miserable Armenians as the poured off to Zeitoun, herded by soldiers in groups ranging from fifty to several hundred. Old men who could not maintain the pace were beaten by the soldiers until they died in their tracks. Children dropped out by the wayside to perish. Mothers, unable longer to nourish their babies, dropped them in wells as they passed, preferring to end their sufferings."

---

this is a little summary of the essay in question, debunking such senseless claims... hmmm... patience, everyone will have a part of the cake when i post it.

Domino, I have a good question for you:

Why do you spend so much time debating Turks on these messageboards? You are spending alot of time with those posts, messageboards are a very ephemeral medium(and especially on boards where Turks are the mods they sometimes delete his posts, because they cannot argue with him on an even field and make their lies or fales historical perceptions compete with Domino's research and arguments) and not as many people are reading them probably, compared to a high ranking website on the subject. Why do you perfer to debate Turks with your time instead of making a decent Armenian genocide website with your time? (Of course the average website does not last much longer than a year either, but there are always things like mirrors and now there is the Wayback machine archiving websites.) Most of the sites on on the subject are rather poor due to lack of expertise and the webmasters should really invest their time into helping scan books on the subject in which the copyright has expired instead.

Those posts are kept for usual purposes.

As for the rest, Stormy answer was adequate I think. :)
