Stormig
More power to her for not choosing to have surgery done if she doesn't feel comfortable about it. "Having surgery done is the right thing to do" is another mindset, and there's nothing pleasurable or desirable about surgery although some people opt for it for the silliest of reasons. If people are given the option to undergo abortion or feel against it, same with her. She has probably gone through enough, deliberating between having surgery or not and such. At any rate, I don't understand how people can see her aberration as a physical problem to be concerned with. The most it probably does is make it difficult for her to put her chin on the chin-rest when having her eyes tested, that's all. No major handicap. THOTH
Stormy this was my thinking exactly. However some just take a negative slant on everything - befiting their own personality...shame that - just because they are bitter and unhappy they assume that everyone else must be as well... Sasun
Tell us how you view yourself-yes,this is your chance to express your every self glory and the negatives as well.Have a ball! Self-esteem should be the reflection of how the person loves and respects others. If it's more than that its arrogance. If it is less then it's humility - not necessarily bad, and it is even better than self-esteem in many situations.

bellthecat
Cheers. Stormy, maybe you would like to comment on some of the little peccadillos that Winston likes to do to reinforce his own self esteem? Steve
Stormig
I am not a personal consultant and have no interest whatsoever in trimmings. Any person on the other hand should be able to make their choices without getting raised eyebrows and speculations as to their "real" intentions from the rest of us who can at the most have an inkling of what it is like to be in their shoes. You don't want to end up in a mindset when trying to avoid one. And if you two have personal problems, take it out with each other, I'm sick of this cross-fire BS and witnessing the petty innuendos (yes, both of you). Leave me the hell alone. hyebruin
reminds me of that british lady who inherited a fortune and transformed herself into 'barbie'..wow!! she went from average to gorgeous!!! and claimed to be 'happy'?? don't know!! one thing these plasitic reconstructive surgeries can't buy for sure is wit and personality!! if you're born dull, you're likely to die dull!!! and average + sexy is more irresistable!!!urrr!!! than gorgeous + no personality
