It's so bad during my time in Japan I saw so called gangsta's out there! It was wild, kids dressed in all blue and all red, in the SAME gang! I even saw magazines out there teaching Japanese kids how to throw up gang signs. Just ignorance at it's highest form. As you said Thoth-y, the surburban jermak kids are bad enough, but IMO it's the hardcore Korean/Japanese/Chinese kids that give me the biggest chuckle.
