Sip
It was "nice" 100 years ago. Now's it's time to treat that as Armenian Family History (I hope). And some of it, although may be true today, is VERY sad (like the part where Armenian drunk never gives up his car keys).
vava
Actuallly - i thought it was meant to be a satire
Sip
Actuallly - i thought it was meant to be a satire I agree! So as a "satyric" piece, I do agree it's nicely done. But as far as the truth it represents, it's not so nice.

gamavor
http://forum.hayastan.com/uploads/post-26-1068475977.jpg Armenian families always looked like this, contrary to popular social rumors.

shiner
You guys should also read the "character and psyche" part. I think it's true (it gets more and more true the farther you go back in time). Whoever wrote this did a good job. They mentioned both negatives and positives as part of one phenomenon. It's up to the reader to decide whether the whole phenomenon is good or bad. Actually it had a very factual tone to me (but it's funny, interesting, and true that it can also be considered satyrical). shiner
In the "character and psyche" part they mention how Armenians act differently among foreigners, placing them in higher regard. This may be true in some situations, but it is countered by "Armenians are the best and unique" mentality in other situations.
