What you are telling me is that it does not matter if there is harmonies, it does not matter if there is a musical rythm(not only a timed rythm of speech and base) etc... So, if everything that moves you and that you like that are not paintings are musics... ok then, I just have trown few books on the floor, it moves me, I find that fine... so I will just record it the next time I do that and sell it as music. And again, your post does not say anything, you said it does not matter what it is... I do agree here, but I fail to see how from a "it does not matter" you could end up with "it is music."
