THOTH
http://www.caranddriver.com/article.asp?se...3&page_number=1 I know maybe its not an Armenian topic per se - but I read about this in Car and Driver and couldn't believe it...folks paying thousands of dollars and waiting for years for cars that didn't even exsist...and for which thay had no information, picture or anything....(I actually considered putting this in the religion cataegpory - if you read it you'll see why...) sev-mard
Wow, amazing story. I don't must trust people, so I always vow to never get caught up in such schemes, but it's still always interesting to me how certain people do. Dan
Speaking of scams, etc., I recently got charged 100 dollars by my phone company for an international call to Nauru (?)... I didn't even know where Nauru was until I Googled it... The company told me I had a dialer on my computer, but so far, there is no sign of any dialers on it... So I filed a complaint with the telecom. commission against the company.. lol.. Bell Canada 'tis, in case inquiring minds wanted to know.. Sip
Dan use Spybot or Adaware to check for these things ... not sure if they would detect it but you could well have a dialer and not know about it.

Sip, I have used both, that's why I am pretty sure there's no dialers on it... besides, the call was initiated at midnight some time in september, and I don't think I would be staying up that late when there's school the next day... Sip
Was your PC on? That is the only sure way to know is if your PC was off. Look in what programs are running and see if you can recognize any strange processes (assuming you are running win2k or xp) ... other than that, good luck!
