Are you using XP? if so you can follow the following few steps and see if that helps. Start->Control Panel->Regional and Language Options->Languages->Detail At the box in the center you should see English for sure, see if Armenian is there if not Click on Add and select English on the top box. Thanks! style_images/master/snapback.png what operating system are you using? if you have installed the fonts (arial am, courier am, etc..), as you said, when on the page, try clicking on view menu -> encoding -> more -> user defined. if this doesn't help, it means you have not installed the fonts correctly or you're using mac and you should throw it out of the window.
