I just would like to know if the U.S. and the worldwide governments have cooperated in catching and busting people who try to hack and crack into systems and other people's comps.? Who are the proper authorities to report this to? Microsoft people tell me that there is a law, an internationally agreed law that says the culprit would serve jail time if caught and identified.
