According to the Armenian foreign minister, Vartan Oskanyan, Israel is ready to reconsider its decision, but he does not know yet when and how. In any case Israel has already stopped the construction. Oskanyan stressed the need to continue the efforts. To remind, the lands were seized in June 2002. Israel said it was going to erect a wall there to protect itself from Palestine.
