Ani
I am glad there are more crusaders for the advocation of truth as a means for the advancement and betterment of our youths' future well being!

LK82
The impression this day has left on me is not a happy one. I was at a 7-11 in Glendale, as I walked out to get back into my friend's car, I noticed a group of young Armenian guys' extremely worked up and one of them was cussing at someone over the phone. It's sad how only 5 days after our annual recognition of the Armenian genocide, Armenian's begin to mix friend's with foe's. I wanted to walk over there and tell them something, but I decided to stay out of it instead. It left a nasty impression on me the entire day, I feel like we're fooling ourselves sometimes. Nané
Just got back from the Americana. WOW!!! Could not believe I was in Glendale. They have really done an excellent job. Shops: H&M, Barney's, Sur La Table, GUESS, Lacoste, A/X ... just to name a few. Excellent resaurants: Caffe Primo (very euro), Granville, Cheesecake Factory. Did not have time to check out the condos but from what I hear they are very inviting. Not too sure how many Glendale residents will be willing (or able) to pay those rents (one-bedroom apartments start at $2,160 per month, and two-story town homes cap off at $5,480 per month). There definately will be a change in demographics in the near future. Really liked the open spaces, dancing fountains, and the overall Euro-feel. Ashot
Sulamita jan - If there weren't so many Armenians in Glendale they wouldn't make it a Euro-feel, more like NY!!!

There aren't a lot of Armenians in West Hollywood but I get a similar impression when I go to the Grove.
Zara
I passed by it a little while ago. I have to admit it looks really freaking good but the Glendale Galleria's red wall just kind of kills it for me. Other than that it's nice. Did you notice the little hotel that on the side of the whole thing? I can't remember what street it was on. I think it's green or something. That has to go. Or at least get undated. Ya because they're all Russians over in West Hollywood!!! So basically if it weren't for the Russians in West Hollywood, Grove would be Santa Monica 3rd st!!! That little Motel makes more money per night then any given store in the whole area. You saw it on Colorado, across the street from Foxy's!!! That small place has been there right before the area was purchased for the new buildings!!! I don't think that motel is moving from there at all!!! Hey it's not bad either, you come from out of Cali, you get a room and you can do all your fun and staying at the same place! you won't have to walk long or get a cab!!! Azat
Or maybe its just the style of mall development by Caruso Affiliates Ashot jan... The little Hotel sucks. When Caruso was buying land Glendale residents were up in arms protecting the small guy and basically forced Caruso to build around the motel and this is what one gets when they only think short term... Its a great project and Caruso did a great job
Azat
As for the Galleria. It was build in the early 70s and it was the first indoor mall of USA. People use to fly to LA when it opened to go shop at the Galleria. Its old and needs a face lift.

Eva
Advice of the day… Get rid of you wisdom teeth or you’ll end up with braces… I am even scared of thinking about teeth,, just the idea of going to the dentist scares me so much, thati will do ANYTHING to postpone the appointment,,
Em
LOL! And then you will learn to smile with your mouth closed. And repeatedly ask ppl not to make you laugh so you dont open your mouth and reveal your braces. Lol. And stop eating altogether. Lol. And count the days... Yup. Not worth the hassle. Listen to her guys! Get your wisdom teeth removed. Preferrably under anesthesia! ;-) I really enjoyed the two days of vicodin intake after my procedure. ;-)
Em
I am even scared of thinking about teeth,, just the idea of going to the dentist scares me so much, thati will do ANYTHING to postpone the appointment,, Uh huh, that's what I was doing too. I avoided the dentist for so long that one inevitable root canal became two! And the sad part is that had I gone at the first sign of trouble, I could've avoided both of them. So go to the dentist ASAP. U can't avoid it, so get tough and step up on time! :-)
Ashot
what if you remove your teeth and you stop understanding and learning? that's scary... it's ok, I'll learn how to smile with my mouth closed, and every time I need to lough I will cover my face, who cares about the braces nowadays, it's like the glasses back in the days, they used to call them dorks, geeks and freaks who were glasses, now it's something sexy for women and something usual for men!!! One day braces will be concidered sexy for women and usual for men!!! KEEP THE TEETH, You need them!!!

Ani
Impressions of the day...(loooong day) -It’s not a shame to lose the battle you didn’t fight for… -While walking forward I look back more than I look forward…that’s why I don’t get anywhere… -Being sad is not inferiority… it’s a choice that can be changed in a second… -Living without memories might feel like hiking without a backpack…it’ll feel like something’s missing but going up the hill will be effortless… P.S. -One should be able to sleep in order to wake up...early... Ani
Impression of the day…Love is beautiful… This morning I was washing dishes as always looking out of the small window on top of the sink…We have 3 pomegranate trees…they’re beautifully bloomed…there were these two little hummingbirds playing with each other…flying from one tree to another…drinking water from the fountain…cuddling in the grass…there are many birds always in our backyard, we put food for them…but I have never seen something like this…I was there for around 15 minutes, and they did not get away from each other…Love IS beautiful …
