Ashot Posted April 24, 2008 Report Share Posted April 24, 2008 Well, here we are ~~~ April 23rd, 2008 - 1 day away from the Commemoration of the 93rd year of Armenian Genocide... Weird things happen to me every April 23rd and on... Just like today and now, for some reason I start feeling more and more powerful towards the end of the day, I don't sleep all night, and get ready at 6 am in the morning to fulfill my duties as an Armenian!!! Every year me and my friends and some of the family members get ready to go to the Hollywood march and then go to Montebello to lay flowers!!! Throughout the day I feel more and more powerful and strong!!! That feeling stays in me until the next year and on the 23rd of April same thing happens again, only this time the power and strength only grows... I don't know how to describe the power and the strength but it is not the fighting ability nor it is the power to break stuff, it's the mental power and strength!!! Nané Posted April 25, 2008 Report Share Posted April 25, 2008 Maui was ... nice. But I don't think I'll go back to the islands again (unless I have to). The water was great ... did a lot of snorkling ... saw beautiful big and small fishes and corals. Went on a rainforest hike ... returned with numerous mosquito bites. The food was great ... nothing beats fresh seafood. Moso, I had mahi mahi also (at one of the best restaurants on the island - Mama's Fish House) ... and it WAS delicious. With all said and done ...
