Eva
Hey there... I've know a couple of people really close to me who have spoken in a similar way. Both of them went through a clinical depression and in the end were able to make it through and are now enjoying happy lives. It's important to realise the difference between just being sad or a little 'down', and a chronic, clinical depression. While it's fairly easy to "get over" some sadness, it can be really tough (seemingly almost impossible) to deal with depression. I hope you're not experiencing clinical depression, but you may want to go through this quick quiz just to check... If you think you may be depressed, you may want to have a chat with your doctor. Family can help, but if they don't understand the true nature of depression, they can sometimes be more of a hinderance than help. Good luck Thank you....but I am not depressed,,,,,,I am fine,, and i don't think I need to see a doctor , I am mentally healthy person, thank you Edited October 2, 2006 by konfetka

Eva
Konfetka, I was feeling like this a couple of years back and at one point I was ready to give up. And during that time all the advice I got and read about didn't make sense. I didn't think things would turn out OK or that there really was a purpose to my life. But you know what? They were right. People who say that tomorrow will be better are really right. Maybe not tomorrow, or after tomorrow, but the following day will get better, and the next day will get better, and eventually you'll begin to forget what the stress and worries was about in the first place. Hang in there, you'll be fine You are right, tomorrow will be a good day. “Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is not to stop questioning.” Edited October 3, 2006 by konfetka

Yervant1
Yeravt jan your so naive dude Konfetka jan in a few days you'll feel much better Edward Jan believe me I know what I'm doing. The first time she pulled this attention seeking game, we all thought she might be serious. But second time around I tried to corner her and she failed the test that's why I did not answer after that. I knew the first time she was pulling our legs. She is twenty but acting like twelve. Anoushik
Yervant, come on, everybody has a bad day once in a while. Unfortunately, sometimes it's more than one bad day. It doesn't mean that a person is acting like twelve when saying the he/she is having a bad day Plus, that's the point of this thread, to express our impressions of the day. My impressions of the day so far have been great! Konfetka, my best wishes to you! Hope your day will improme a bit
Sip
All I can say is we all have our reasons to be on this forum ... and I can guarantee you that more often than not, it is to forget or vent about some of the troubles of life or to at least talk or joke about them ... or to read about others' doing the same. Takoush
Yor are so rude, mind you business,, I am not twelve , good advice to you, watch what you write,, thanks. Dear Konfetka; some of us when we grow up to be older we forget what it was like to be 20 and 25; but all we have to do is exercise to have a good memory and relieve again those years, then we'll see and remember that we all went through a lot of new experiences, sometimes uncertainties and trying to figure out amidst this complex and I mean very complex world where we stand. It's hard sometimes and we have all gone through some good and some hard times. Don't be despaired, you'll be OK kiddo. One thing I remember that made me to this date feel better is when I have tried to help people or organizations. That's when I forgot about myself and made me to be more unsellfish it is when I helped people. Try it, even in small doses and you'll see how you'll say to yourself; why did I worry about the little things; this is nothing compare to my neighbour or my friend. Take care and you can PM me anytime.
