Sasun Posted January 31, 2005 Report Share Posted January 31, 2005 (edited) On Jan 29, 2005 something extraordinary happened. I had a flat tire, so I took it to pepboys to fix it. They fixed it in 5 minutes! ... and didn't charge me anything! I was shocked and dumbed, could not believe, had to ask again and again to make sure the guy is not joking. How is that possible? Normally they make you wait a long time, and rip you off, or after waiting a long time tell you they don't have the part. If anyone doesn't believe in miracles here is one. I had an old car before and needed to fix it often, and my experiences with mechanics were always bad. If you have to buy flowers for your loved one and you are a Delta Airline frequent flier, you should head on over to www.ftd.com/delta25. Prices are all the same as regular ftd.com but you get 25 points per dollar you spend. so if you buy a 100 dollar bouquet of flowers you will get 2500 points. and if you put it on your Delta Amex card you will get an additional 200 points from Amex. Then you may have to take her to dinner take her to Ruth's Chris or Smith and Wellinsky and you get double points if you spend on your Amex. So the bill will be 200 or so and you will get 400 points for that. A small gift and more spending here and there and pretty soon you got enough miles to take your self on vacation.
