The pictures are from here http://www.old-picture.com/ , and with the exception of the one in Russia they do not have further info as to where they were taken , I think ... (I need to double check since the ones I posted , I had them on my computer and did not post them directly from the website ) I have more pictures I will post soon . It is a job, historic materials are not handeled by anyone who has some cheapo scanner. It cost to scan over 20 thousand pictures. Their prime mission is to preserve pictures. Yeah you have a point , but then , that wouldn't be a serious undertaking of digitalizing all the old pics but just only a few pics to show to people, which I will do soon , i think (when i have more time to dig out the photos ). My great-grandfather served with Gen. Antranig and there is a paper given to him signed by Gen. Antranig (if I remember correctly , i need to re-check it ) which we have still !
