Flew back into LA (from the Gay Area) on new year's eve ... spent new years with the family till around 1AM exchanging presents, eating, playing pictionary, etc etc ... then after that we (including some cousins who were visting and brothers) went over to one of my friends' house and danced and partied till around 4 AM ... after that we kinda kicked back and watched some Ali G and Borat episodes for a while. All in all, it was a pretty good day. By the time I drove back home and got to bed it was around 6AM I think. As far as food, my mom had made ham, my uncle's wife had made some potatos and saldas, and my grandma had made cabbage dolma (wrapped in cabbage) as well as lima-bean rice.
