Sip
IE 7. Why? Because most webpages are designed for IE first.

vava
Man I've heard Safari is uber gay when it comes to rendering web pages correclty ... this is mostly from my web master brother. Safari is very picky about CSS syntax, plus positioning/layout using styles can be a real pain. Essentially a good work around for a webmaster is to detect the browser and implement you styles based upon the browser variable. It's kind of long but it ensures better end point results.
