But all of them are great. I think they are going to have more chorus type songs in the future, and it comes out very well with them. Like the I.E.A.U.... (something like that). What do you think? I like the first the best - more varied and nore interesting then Toxicity in general IMO - though I like Toxicity very much indeed. Aside from a very few tunes I can barely listen to the STA CD though. I truly think most of the tunes were/are throwaways...I don't think it should have been released in the form it was. Sasun Posted February 23, 2003 Report Share Posted February 23, 2003 Toxicity is the more "normal" album out of 3, easier to listen I think. STA is the more "abnormal" one, with really weird songs like "F.. the system" or "Chic'n'Stew" or others. (Having said this, most SOAD songs are not normal songs). Some of the tracks on STA would not fit in any regular album because they fail to satisfy certain requirements/constraints. That I think puts STA above the others. "SOAD" is the album that shows the "classical" face of the band (then again SOAD and the word "classical" are incompatible things).In general, I don't see much difference in quality between the albums and enjoy all 3. I was watching an interview with Serj on MTV2 yesterday. They don't have plans for a tour this year. I guess that means no plan for a Yerevan tour either, unfortunately P.S. I like the guy, he is smart and witty unlike most other rock singers A few days ago I watched an interview on MM (Much Music USA, if am not mistaken) with Serj and Daron. It was also interesting. Daron (or Serj?) recommended to the public to turn off their TVs. Daron is a little weird He made the interviewing girl to turn off her hand camera, I think the girl felt uncomfortable.
