Stver Broadcasting Inc.
Hi guys, I find the Yerevan-Moskva compilations/collaborations, to be entertaining, but i think there's much more happening behind the curtains than just music. In short, it's the Republic of Armenia, confirming its ties with the super power of the region, Russia. We don't see our neighbors to he east, west and north or any of the former Soviet republics with such strong ties. to Russia What say yall. aSoldier
I'd like to see Armenia "break away" from the Russian influence.
Helios
Of course, we would all like to see a really independent and powerful Armenia. However, today it is essential to be close with Russia.
hayemyes
Although i don't listen to that kind of music much, but I really like "Anapati Arev". i dance under that song in my room very often But i never played it during my B-day parties, cause it does sound a lot like an arabic song, and i don't want others to think that armenia is an arabic country. i also don't wear traditional clothes i have from other countries, cause, again, i don't want others to think we in armenia drees up like that another thing about me: because i neither smoke nor drink, they(foreigners here) always think i am muslim As for the group "Reflex", well... 2 or 3 years ago they had a song "padali zvyozdi" (the stars were falling) and i liked it very much i find one of the girls quite pretty (the one that looks like a fox) why is listening to an arabic sounding song bad, whereas listening to a russian song and liking it is good?
